A nossa experiência no foi marcada por pontos positivos e outros que deixaram a desejar. Começámos bem, com a possibilidade de fazer o check-in antes do horário previsto, algo que apreciámos bastante. O processo foi rápido e a recepcionista foi muito atenciosa e prestável. O quarto inicial era espaçoso e confortável, mas com uma vista pouco agradável, diretamente voltada para uma escada. Solicitámos a troca para um quarto com vista para o lago e, embora tenham cobrado 100 dólares adicionais, decidimos aceitar, e a vista realmente compensou. No entanto, o conforto do novo quarto deixou a desejar em alguns aspetos importantes: A água do banho escorria para fora do box, molhando parte do chão.
