The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking especially on game days or days with events in the area. There is only a limited amount of parking in the garage for hotel guests. On game day the garage was full and i was unable to park. I had to drive a couple blocks down in a different garage and walk back to the hotel. Thankfully the weather was nice. You can valet but on event days they charge $75. Other than that i have no complaints. The hotel is unique for lincoln NE. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic pet friendly hotel. Arrived very late while driving across country, and the front desk person was so pleasant and helpful. And gave us two little bags with treats for our pups. Room and bed were very comfortable. Nice gym. I would definitely stay here again.

It is quiet and lovely. The staff are always helpful and kind. If you travel with your dog it is also an excellent pet friendly hotel. We also love the Boitano’s bar.

We liked it overall - good location, very helpful staff. The mattress was not very comfortable, the bathroom sink is very small so we were always splashing on the floor. The shower head was installed way too high so we got water all over the floor when we showered. You need to pay for parking - either park your own at a garage or they have a valet for a daily fee.

The staff was super accomodating, and the room was spottless and so cute! The snack bar and mini fridge were fully stocked, and the heated bathroom floors were a game changer for it being almost Decemeber. 10/10 !!

Hands down the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. My husband is a clean freak and he kept commenting how clean this hotel was. It's very beautiful inside as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

An extremely clean and lovely hotel. The parking garage is attached to the fifth floor so you can walk directly into the hotel from there…very convenient! The location is perfect as it is walkable to the university and the fun Haymarket District. The clerk that checked us in was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pretty sweet property. The people who work here are pretty nice. Only two weird occurrences there was a weird smell and the elevator wasn’t working for a minute but by the time we came back to the hotel they fixed both things. Love that you can walk to a lot of places.

Super nice room, but even better attentive staff and fabulous lounge/bar/bistro food area. Price was right even adding parking and breakfast. Room had safe, microwave, coffee maker, good shower, comfy bed, and fridge but sadly no freezer. Would alter our schedule to stay here again.

Amazingly luxurious hotel for it's price. Surprising amenities such as heated floors in the bathroom, large wardrobe and drawers, new HVAC system, glass shower door, window seat, and more. Would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in Lincoln.

Hotel was fancy but also very clean and comfortable. Parking was pricey but it is downtown so not surprising. Rooms were quiet and had the right amount of space and amenities. Staff was always friendly.

Friendly staff stylish hotel and rooms. Unfortunately important elements are not there. Doors don’t finish down to the threshold making hallway noise intrude. Especially bad near the elevator. Bathroom light tripped on in the middle of the night several times while in bed. Loud refrigerator noise. Expensive parking. Uncomfortable cheap pillows.

Loved everything. Staff is always great. Good location. Good rooms. Just tiny gripes: hooks in the bathroom would be way too high if you’re shorter than 5’6, and they still use disposable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Mini Bar prices are high for nonalcoholic items.

We liked the hotels atmosphere and style. However, when it came time to sleep, it was very noisy. I seemed like the walls were very thin and you could hear a lot of noises from other rooms and hall. Hard to get a good nights rest.

Overall good stay. Room was just right and clean. View was good. Valet staff and front desk staff night of check in WONDERFUL! Front desk staff morning of check out… not so much. THIS PROPERTY DOES IT RIGHT! KELLY WAS AWESOME & WELCOMED US RIGHT AWAY WITH OUR LATE CHECK IN, THE GIRLS WHO I WISH I COULD REMEMBER THEIR NAMES, MY APOLOGIES WERE ALL SMILES & VERY ATTENTIVE. Such a nice unique property close to the Haymarket Area of downtown Lincoln. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very nice. Love the ambiance of the lobby and bar, plus the decor was very nice. Can't stress enough how great the staff was. My wife wasn't feeling well the next morning and I requested a later check out. They accommodated and asked if they could take her anything, like crackers or sprite. Definitely above and beyond.

There was NO help. Do I want to stay at a hotel , pay the price and then hear, sorry we are short staffed. Then close the hotels for gods sake. There was tons of help across the street at embassy suites

This is one of the nicest, schwankiest hotels I've stayed at...ever! And the value for the money is unbeatable. I loved how close it was (within walking distance) of the Haymarket District and plenty of great eating establishments.

Parking situation is kind of a pain and ridiculous what you pay for the room that parking isn't included. Drinks in the bar were overpriced for what we received but the bar staff were absolutely fantastic at their jobs! Rooms were beautiful, clean and the heated floors in the bathroom was a wonderful addition to the class and style these rooms have.

The restaurant attached had very limited food for outrageous prices. Same for room amenities $4.00 for a can of Coke. The room was very small. The pictures are exactly what you see. You can hear people talking in room next to you.
