Lovely boutique hotel; updated, clean, and great location. Valet parking is convenient. Nothing detrimental but We stayed on a lower floor and could hear the guests above us and our room had almost everything except a mini fridge. Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent stay in every aspect . Will return! Restaurant outstanding. Very clean. Bed very comfortable, no smells, lobby, elevator, gym, REAL plants, friendly helpful professional staff. Located near great shopping and medical. Pleasant 5star turndown service -which is rarely seen anymore.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. From the Tates cookies and sparkling water available, to the water bottles at the end of the night, they really pay attention to small details, making it a great experience. The rooms were clean and roomy. We ended up walking the entire time in Boston since the hotel was at a great location, but if you plan on driving, keep in mind that you have to call ahead of time to access your car. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend the Whitney. So comfy and quiet luxe. Location is spot on. Mattresses and bedding exceptional. Lovely showers. Staff was fantastic (shout out to the brunette at the front desk during the day she was so great). Beautiful little courtyard. Nice extras like gourmet treats at turndown and snacks on each floor.

What a charming and welcoming hotel! We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by every member of the Whitney staff. The location is fantastic and the staff suggested helpful places to explore. They had umbrellas available, fresh fruit, snacks and beverages on each floor. The beds are very comfortable and rooms amazingly quiet. They go above and beyond with every detail.

Located in the most beautiful part of Boston… Charles street! It has a wonderful little restaurant and bar in the lobby. I had lunch there and it was delicious. There’s walking to everything …shops, restaurants, pubs and the Boston common. The staff was lovely really and so accommodating.

Had a fabulous stay! Quaint, boutique hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned daily. Even the towels smelled lovely!! I felt like our room was brand new! Very clean! And I am VERY particular! Great location! Would stay again!

Great stay at this lovely property. Everything was immaculate from the check-in area to the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and the room relatively quiet. Great location at one end of Beacon Hill with shopping and restaurants. The T red line right outside the door. Highly recommended.

We stayed on 9/5 thru 9/8. On 9/7, it rained and the ceiling and walls in our room started leaking. I reported this issue at the front desk as we were heading out for the day and the assured me they would find us another room, which they did. The only problem is the room was a downgrade from what I paid for and no one ever contacted me about making that situation right.

Lovely hotel on the Charles River. I book a room with a view and it was incredible. Several things were broken in the room. I needed a new coffee machine, the blind was hanging strange, and the shower leaked.

Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable. Enjoyed the shower amenities. Location is great. I also requested a mini fridge for my room and it came quickly, no problem. I appreciate the 12 pm checkout, too. It gave me time in the morning to enjoy breakfast at Tatte and walk through Boston Common without feeling like I had to rush back, AND I had enough time to relax in the room before leaving.

Our stay was incredible! We loved this hotel and all the luxury touches and excellent service made this hotel special. The bed was super comfy with fine linen. The towels and robes were heavenly and high quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. We received cartons of water every day when returning to the hotel. Ahead of our stay we were able to request a fridge in our room which was set up for us and nice and cool. Being tea rather than coffee drinkers, we were provided with a electric kettle and tea making facilities when requested. The location is excellent for exploring Boston and Beacon Hill is a beautiful part of the city. Yes, its got a price tag and this was a splurge hotel stay for us. But would we stay again….absolutely! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was beautiful, but check-in was a little bit problematic. They gave me a room in the basement and not the category I paid for. I paid for a double queen, and they gave me a much smaller, less expensive room. Eventually, the manager resolved the issue and gave me the category room that I booked on hotels.com. The manager said that she was unaware of the category I reserved. I had to show her the receipt from Hotel.com.

The Whitney is an absolute jewel. We had a wonderful stay in a gorgeous room in an ideal location. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and everything was immaculately clean. The rooms are perfectly appointed and it felt as though all of the details from toiletries to the clothes steamer were curated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the convenience of the location with so much walkability and beautiful paths behind the hotel on the water. We will definitely stay at the Whitney again!

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. It is central to all attractions and restaurants. We feel Boston is a walkable city. The train station is just across the street from the hotel. Would definitely recommend the Whitney Hotel as it is good value for money.

The location was incredible my wife was able to turn right and walk down Charles Street to great restaurants and stores or jump into the red line and go to Cambridge and walk Harvard yard! Great staff that was attentive and informative.

My mom and I loved our stay at the Whitney Hotel. The service was wonderful starting with the upgrade to a bigger room upon arrival, and ending with the restaurant manager getting us hot chocolate when we returned from a frigid night out for dinner. The hotel is beautiful and the food and drinks at Peregrines were delicious. Our room was so comfortable and spacious, we didn’t want to leave it.
