Noise is the issue. Street noise at all hours (seems they didn’t pay up for sound attenuation with windows or the interior) + people overhead noise (you can hear every single step). The ac fan doesn’t make noise so you can’t “cancel” it out that way and it’s just so close to a busy street you can’t cancel it at all. Pricey for them not to have done a proper renovation to address interior and exterior noise. Oh and no bathroom fan? So odd.

We could not sleep. The upstairs guest was stomping from 12am-2am. When I made a noise complaint around 1am the issue was not mitigated. We were again woken up at 6am by the neighbor continuing on with stomping. The hotel phone line didn’t work so I had to connect via my cell and go through prompts to even make the original complaint.
