Rooms were clean, Staff was great, parking cost was a surprise.

We had an 11:30 PM check-in, and unfortunately the experience went downhill from the start. The front desk associate provided keys but seemed distracted, as she was engaged in another conversation. After getting everyone settled and bringing our luggage upstairs, we discovered the key didn’t work. When I returned to the front desk, she casually stated that she had given the wrong key and already had a new one ready. It was frustrating that there was no effort to stop us before we went upstairs or to call and correct the mistake. Once we finally got into the room, the pullout sofa had no bedding, and there was none available in the room. We had to call down, and when items were brought up, they were still incomplete with no pillows provided. There was also a persistent beeping sound in the room. The solution offered was to run the dishwasher using dish soap she would bring. At midnight, running the dishwasher was not a reasonable fix. To make matters worse, the HVAC unit was extremely loud throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and far from comfortable.

Breakfast had a nice variety of items and was tasty. The egg souffle was a hit in my book. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
