Nos encantó el hotel! Las habitaciones son amplias, tienen un pequeño frigobar en el clóset, la cama muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado enfríaba muy bien.La piscina es chica pero a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno, sólo nosotros estábamos ocupandola, así que estuvo bien. Tiene una ubicación bastante céntrica, lo que nos quedó perfecto para conocer el centro a pie. Tienen 2 estacionamientos, uno en el hotel y otro a unas cuadras de ahí, sólo conocimos el del hotel y se llena bastante, de noche es imposible sacar el auto pero de nuevo, nos movimos a pie. Muy muy recomendable

Accueil correct, lieux communs jolis et bien entretenus. En revanche la piscine est en fait un bassin de décoration, le parking trop petit pour le nombre de chambre, heureusement qu'on nous en propose un second gratuit mais a 400m et qui ne semble pas être surveillé en journée. Le.plus gros point noir reste le bruit de la rue incessante pour les chambres côté rur(chambre A1, A2, A3, A4 et A5.si vous avez la malchance de tomber sur une des ces 5 là, dormor relève de l'impossible. On a l'impression de dormir sur le trottoir. Dernières choses les lits sont petits et la cuisine ne serr pas a grand chose Il y a un frigo, un micro ondes 4 assiettes 4 couverts et 4 verres. Bref c'est vraiment léger. Pour finir sur une note positive l'emplacement est idéal à côté des centres d'intérêts

Hôtel agréable, bien situé avec chambre spatieuse. Celle-ci donnait sur la route donc un peu bruyante. La piscine est petite mais permet de se rafraîchir. Il est très agréable de profiter des transats et de cette cour intérieure calme bien que proche du centre. Check-in très rapide, agréablement accueilli. Nous sommes passés par l'hôtel pour réserver le taxi qui nous a amené à Chichen Itza à prix acceptable (on s'est fait arnaqué par les taxis officiels pour aller de Cancun à Valladolid). Nous avons pu stocker nos bagages en toute sécurité pendant toute la journée jusqu'à notre départ, gracieusement. Pas de petit déjeuner disponible

El hotel es tranquilo y muy bonito, eso sí básico ya que no cuenta con restaurante, elevador, ni minibar. Sin embargo quisiera recomendar el servicio de front desk, si bien todos son muy amables, Roberto y otro chico (desafortunadamente no recuerdo su nombre): ) de cabello negro largo, se llevan los aplausos, desde nuestra llegada nos ayudaron con cambio de habitación ya que mi mamá tiene problemas de rodilla, al apoyarme con un servicio ya que necesitaba enfriar una compresa, yo sé que fui un fastidio esos días, sin embargo siempre estuvieron al pendiente para apoyarnos. El hotel se encuentra a una distancia que puedes llegar caminando tanto al ADO si requieres autobús o para el centro. Regresamos sin duda (:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a dos calles de la plaza central. Muy limpio, muy amables y es muy muy silencioso y tranquilo, solo nos gustaría que contara con restaurante para desayunar ahi. Y que la alberca fuera más grande.

Beautiful place. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have an elevator, so going to the last floor with a large suitcase was a big of a deal.

This is a very clean, cute hotel within easy walking distance to the main square and many shops/restaurants. Beds are comfortable and A/C worked great. However, we stayed in room #1 and I do not recommend that room. It is near the entrance on the ground floor so is in a busy, high traffic area with lots of people coming and going. From the room it is also easy to hear staff or other guests talking at night and early in the morning. The shower didn't drain properly so by the end of my shower I was standing in over an inch of water. It drains...eventually. It is possible this is a problem with any room on the ground floor. There are no safes in the rooms which meant I had to carry my passport and other valuables around with me all the time. I would stay here again but just not on the ground floor.

Es un hermoso y bien cuidado hotel. Todos los detalles lo hacen hermoso, lo mejor: su jardin central con alberca. El personal muy amable y servicial. Claro que hay que recordar que es una casona antigua y por lo mismo no cuenta con elevador. Una cosa que se podria mejorar es una maquina de café en la recepción.
Es un hermoso y bien cuidado hotel. Todos los detalles lo hacen hermoso, lo mejor: su jardin central con alberca. El personal muy amable y servicial. The place looks nice, such as the lobby and pool area, simple. However, there is work to be done. The room we had smelled moldy, and we had to leave the window open. Also, the pillows were old and had many yellow stains. We had asked this woman at reception to switch the pillow in the morning, but when we came back in the afternoon, it was not done. The door to the bathroom would not close as the doorknob was not working. The rooms are not noise-proof, so you hear the back alley and the room next door.

A clean, beautiful hotel, with attentive and friendly staff. We were really impressed with this place. They are staffed twenty-four hours a day. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, attractively furnished, with good air conditioning. It's just a few blocks from restaurants, the zocalo, churches, etc. We only stayed one night, but would have been happy to stay longer. They don't have breakfast, but there are a few options nearby. We checked out 3-4 places before sitting down and recommend Marimbo's, a block away.

Hotel encantador, excelente ubicación, cuenta con piscina. Desafortunadamente mi habitación, en particular tenía un serio problema de drenaje, y se rebalsó el agua de la ducha, nos Dina cuenta en la primera mañana pero soli nos hospedamos una noche así que no fue de mucha molestia pero aparte de eso muy recomendado, el personal es muy servicial

Amazing cute colonial style hotel. Perfect location close to everything. Very reasonable rates. My room was huge and I loved hanging by the pool. Wifi was patchy in room but was totally fine by the pool. Highly recommend.

Tuve estadía de una noche, el hotel muy bonito, la habitación menos, pero muy cómoda, cuenta con una mini refrigeradora y microondas, tambien cuenta con platos, cubiertos, dónde y con que lavarlos. Muy a gusto. El parqueo pequeño.

Great location but if you have a room on the street/city side of the hotel, the outside noise can keep you up. Especially if a group of tourists chat and laugh underneath your window at 1 am.

Great location and air conditioning. However this was offset by very average service, uncomfortable bed, poor water pressure and limited hot water. Our shower ran out of water after 15 mins on one occasion; staff were unapologetic and offered no attempt at compensation. This hotel isn’t exactly marketed - or priced - as budget however overall this was our experience. Probably wouldn’t return again.

Property was very nice! The ac in our room was not working properly upon arrival and we were given another room right away. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We walked all over the city even late at night and felt very safe the whole time.

A clean, beautiful hotel, with attentive and friendly staff. We were really impressed with this place. They are staffed twenty-four hours a day. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, attractively furnished, with good air conditioning. It's just a few blocks from restaurants, the zocalo, churches, etc. We only stayed one night, but would have been happy to stay longer. They don't have breakfast, but there are a few options nearby. We checked out 3-4 places before sitting down and recommend Marimbo's, a block away.

We had an excellent experience with this hotel: charming, well-situated near the central plaza, staffed with very kind and helpful people; attractive and nicely-furnished rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time here and wish we had longer to visit Valladolid… if that were the case we would have definitely continued our stay here. Family friendly and economical, but still rich in history and class.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fundadores. The room was very big with beautiful furniture. The hotel is just a 5 mins walk to the town centre where you’ll find all kinds of restaurants and shops.

Great location - very walkable to the town centre and restaurants etc!! Property was beautiful with greenery and courtyard. Staff were fairly helpful, but not overly friendly. Room was sufficient and clean. Pool was a hit with the kids and we liked the different seating area options, with tables in addition to pool loungers.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Great location, clean rooms. The one downside is there was no coffee to be had .. none in the room (which is not unusual in Mexican hotels that aren't run by American companies) but also none in the lobby. This was just a minor inconvenience and wouldn't discourage me from staying again - sharing to give people a head's up

es ein gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, in dem wir vor 4 Jahren schon einmal waren - der Innenhof ist wunderschön - der Pool auch schön, aber zum Einstieg für ältere evtl. nicht ganz einfach - Frühstück gibt's generell nicht, lediglich Donuts bekommt man für ein paar Pesos

Really good value hotel with a lovely central courtyard with small swimming pool to cool off. Very central and everything within walking distance. Rooms were spotless and air conditioning and fan in room kept the temperatures down. Didn’t have any tea or coffee making facilities so take some if you want a coffee in bed. Otherwise recommend Eva & Art for coffee or El Atrio for breakfast.
