The service from the staff was amazing, they are all really lovely. I was really pleased that the hotel had a self-service laundry area. You have to pay 300 PHP (nearly £4) for detergent and dryer, I thought this was a bit expensive to charge guests when all other places I've stayed with self service have offered this free to guests. However this is a minor point, the hotel is lovely and the pool is good too.

Stayed in a one-bedroom suite for nearly two weeks. Easy to cook in the room or go out. Breakfast buffet had Western and Filipino choices. Appreciated laundry in the room, as warm weather means sweaty clothing! Full gym facilities and a beautiful pool with a view.

Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days. The rooms are serviced apartments and reasonably priced. There is a small gym which has the basic kit but could do with upgrading. Staff are very friendly and efficient. there is a great Sky bar which overlooks Manila and is a good watering hole! Bar food is excellent and aslo the pizzas from the kiln are worth a go!!

The property was nice and conveniently but unfortunately, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser was totally empty. Called the reception, was informed that the housekeeping will provide but even after calling the 2nd time, it never arrived. There was no hot water in the shower, informed the receipt but to no avail. I just left the hotel in the morning feeling disgusted for another hotel. Will never return to this property.

I've been in différent Seda établissements with family for staycations and Seda Résidences Makati was my least enjoyable stay. Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and we enjoyed having the kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing that could be done better on our end was that the bathroom sink and showers could be cleaned better (grime on the undersides).

The staff was very respectful and very responsive to questions and your needs. The rooms are well-kept and clean, especially the bathrooms. One thing that scored low for the hotel was the constant sewage smell in the bathroom which was strongest early in the morning. It smelled constantly like sewage even if it has not been used. It could have been a perfect stay if not for this.

It was a very comfortable room. The air-conditioning worked so well, weird I have to say that, but many hotels in the Philippines have weak air-conditioning. The rooms are big and the views are great.

My spouse and I stayed here for a week for our wedding. The room was clean, large and very comfortable. We opted for the Premiere One Bedroom Suite. We had a corner room with a great view of the city from both front and side large windows. The WiFi it must be said was very poor. No mention was made of our wedding although the property staff knew about it. We had dinner twice at the rooftop restaurant. One just us and once a large group. Food was ok, but took a very long time to be brought out. The security for the building is good. There are several places right outside the building to visit and shop. We didn’t use the pool while there due to bad weather. On the whole we would stay there again probably. But likely eat elsewhere.

Very functional for a business traveler. Comfortable desk nook near windows with a view. Great pool and gym. Easy access to restaurants in Ayala North or Greenbelt Malls, via elevated walkway. Nearby grocery store when we wanted to cook in. In-room washer and dryer meant we didn’t overpack. Taxis readily available with Grab app, but meetings in Makati financial district were oftentimes a walkable distance.

Excellent as always. Staff are all exceptional from the minute they welcome you to the lobby staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every time we call within the 10 minutes or less staff will be at your door to answer your request. I have a separate booking and just need another room for my grandma's visit. Looking forward to book to this hotel in the future.

We were very impressed with the property and specifically with our room at Seda Residences Makati. As I will likely be returning to Manila in the next 3 to 4 months, I will choose Seda Residences again for my next stay again. The absolute only issues I had during my stay was one of communication with Housekeeping. They tended to come fairly late in the day; afternoon or even into the evening. And they also had to be reminded to replace all of the bathroom towel sizes (hand & face towels, in addition to bath towels). But they were always extremely friendly and willingly to comply with my requests to come earlier and bring the needed towels.

When we arrived, we waited over an hour and 15 minutes to check in. It was poorly organized, and in my opinion, they need updated equipment so that they can expedite check-in process. They also allowed people with dogs who were barking like crazy. The security guy ignored it and you guys need to know that not everybody thinks it’s cute to listen to a dog barking next time. Perhaps send your Security guide to ask them to take the dog outside.

With Yuchengco Museum across the street and Ayala Museum at Greenbelt Mall within easy walking distance by elevated walkway, I can enjoy Philippine culture, while my husband has easy access to business meetings in Makati. Grocery stores (including a Korean grocery) are also walking distance, and we enjoy the weekend markets at Salcedo and Legazpi parks, with prepared food, fruit and veg, local carabao cheese and handicrafts. Lets us make use of a useful kitchenette, if we decide to eat in. So many good restaurants nearby. Full laundry in the room allows us to pack less on longer visits. Staff remember us between visits, and service at Misto breakfast service on the 35th floor is always exceptional—what a view! Our one-bedroom suite was cleaned daily by attentive housekeeping staff. As always, we’ll be back!

Lovely room again, but ridiculous size hole in the bedroom toilet, so kept on getting blocked. Breakfast was good, but might be an idea to bring back the self service coffee machines as had to ask a few times for a refill and when really busy there's a chance you are forgotten.

Todo el.personal del hotel es de nota alta (notable),pero la.gerencia del.hotel tiene que solventar cosas relacionadas con la.organizacion. El fin de semana subes a desayunar y el resturante es pequeño para la apacidad de clientes que hay( sabado y domingo tienes que gacer cola para desayunar). Y para lo que pagas por noche deberia haber aguas pequeñas en la habitacion ,nonla garrafa que ponen de 2 litros . A parte no ponen toallas de mano si no lo solicitas solo ponen de vaño.
