Hampton By Hilton Nuneaton

The room was clean and updated. I found the staff to be relatively helpful and pleasant. The free car park was about a five minute walk, but it had plenty of spaces and was in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I'd stay here again.

The hotel is less than a year old and looks modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking in the council car park behind the hotel which is free overnight but charges from 8:00 am. And the hotel is very convenient for the town centre and the ring road.

Ideal for the dance events at Co-op club. It will be even better once the EV charging points are installed.

It was OK for the event I attended however the parking arrangements were poor and there was no ev charging available.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a business trip. Easy parking, excellent check-in staff (remember me from previous stays), new hotel so condition excellent, spacious clean modern rooms with air-con and large shower, relaxing bar/restaurant area with very good food. No complaints :)

Hotel is new. Rooms were small but clean and modern. Plenty of free parking on the street opposite. Not as much variety during breakfast compared to other Hampton by Hilton, however was still pleasant. Although I paid for the booking via hotels.com, I was asked to pay again during check in. I felt communications between staff members was poor. I had initially booked one night, but then booked an extra night. I emailed the hotel in advance asking them to merge both bookings together to avoid changing rooms. They agreed via email. I reminded them again during check in, however the next morning I had the cleaners knocking on my door and reception ringing me asking when I'm checking out. Ruined my morning.

Enjoyed our 1-night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and everything was in great condition. We were able to use the iron/ ironing board to aid us getting ready to to a formal event which was really handy. We had a standard king size room and it did feel like there wasn’t a lot of storage space for luggage/ clothes. We were fine for one night but feel if we’d been there longer we wouldn’t have had enough space to put our clothes etc but it didn’t disturb our stay much. Overall the room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. It’s rare that I find a hotel that has soy milk/ soy yogurts/ gluten free cereal available so this was a very nice touch and made having breakfast much easier. The only let down was no EV charging available. On the Expedia page for the website it says charge points are available but when we arrived this wasn’t the case. There are bays which seem to be marked out for EVs but charge points haven’t been installed yet. On returning home we checked the website for this hotel and it does say no charging available but this discrepancy did cause us quite a bit of inconvenience the next day having to make a journey early to our next location. The car park was also quite small, so when we returned to the hotel later in the night it was full and we had to seek alternative parking. Overall though, a very good, clean hotel with decent amenities and friendly staff.

Hotel has good comfy beds and a range of pillows. Checked the gym but didn't use. It looks well stocked. Nice breakfast with fruit and yoghurt as well as the usual. Scrambled eggs pretty flavourless.

The reception staff were very helpful as we arrived to check us in. We needed more milks and decaf coffee which was quickly replenished by dtaff that were closeby. The room was clean but there were a few hairs in the bathroom which had been missed and it was nice to have a towel each for showering and washing our faces. The shower was large and good and we enjoyed using it. The gym looked good and there was a large range of equipment to use if you wanted to, we didn't. The weekend menu was a little sparce and so we ate out at a nearby italuan restaurant. Finally, drinks were a little on the expensive side i thought but there was a good selection. Overall, fairly good value for money and it would have been better with the car park fully open and a note placed on the website about the Ringo parking as this was not completely clear.

Relatively new hotel, clean & tidy, comfortable room, with a small gym facility. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Car parking was OK, although the hotel car park was full. Only negative point was a very slow check-in.

We booked a night out while visiting the Christmas markets. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside. The reception staff were very polite when we checked in. However, when we entered our bedroom, it reeked of cigarettes smoke. My partner and I are non-smokers, so this was very off-putting. At first, I even thought someone might still be inside the room. We called reception straight away, and they asked us to come down. The receptionist gave us another room and mentioned that the manager would speak to us, but we never saw the manager. On a positive note, breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of options. The bedroom itself (in terms of comfort) was very nice: the beds were comfortable, the toilet and shower were great, and the massive TV on the wall was a bonus. Unfortunately, the lack of management follow-up and the oversight of the housekeeping staff (who should have noticed the smell and reported it) affected our overall experience.

Only a flying visit following a friend's wedding so didn't check in until after 10pm but very impressed with the room and indeed the hotel as a whole. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and still smelt new! Great room layout and decor, excellent shower and comfy bed. Breakfast being included was much appreciated and delicious, very laid back atmosphere, didn't feel at all rushed. Would recommend and return.

Spotless friendly good atmosphere cannot fault one bit

For a new hotel, we were quite disappointed. After being told breakfast was 7-11, we got there at 10am to be told this was a mistake and to grab what was left as it was now finished (staff were apologetic). Others were coming down after us too so this was not our mistake. The hotel and facilities were all new, but let down by substandard furnishings. There were holes in towels and bedding, which we did raise as we left, and the pillows were so soft your head was touching the mattress with some. Staff were polite but as mentioned, giving different information to each other.

Dirty towels in a bathroom. For check in we had to wait round 30 min, till staff finish servicing at bar. Breakfast was very poor quality, coffee and juice awful taste. People from outside were wandering round a breakfast area feeling their plastic boxes with food and then leaving the premises, they ignored what staff member was telling them

I like this hotel but they seem to be trying to save energy costs by limiting room temperatures. Although it says 23C on the air conditioning I've measured it at 17C in the room. Reception said they couldn't increase the room temperature which means the rooms are uncomfortably cold. I think they are also limiting water pressure in the bathrooms to save money.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family over the BH weekend. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Noted a very big tv screen which is always appreciated. We very much enjoyed the big showers and the fluffy towels. The bed was super kind size and very comfortable for a good night rest. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. The lounge area is amazing and clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Considering it's a new hotel, I can only hope they can keep up with the current standards. The only downside for giving 4 stars is due to having to pay for packing which I find completely unacceptable as a hotel paying guest.

Hotel is new, fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and gave all information needed. The room was just what we needed. A big comfy bed. A big TV and a nice bathroom. The rooms were clean and homely. I really liked the artwork. I would stay here again and would recommend. The only thing I would say is the showers are not very powerful or it wasn’t in our room but it wasn’t a big deal.

Pros: Brand new (1 month open), excellent condition, easy free parking (at the moment), great service from staff, very well laid-out room with large comfy bed, sockets in the right places, nice bathroom with large shower, large TV. Cons (minor, constructive criticism): Weak shower pressure, corridor doors slammed shut on the auto-closers making a loud noise (concious of other people sleeping)

The Hampton Hilton in Nuneaton is clean, super comfortable and quite modern for the price... What stood out the most was the super welcoming staff.

All staff were extremely friendly & helpful, particularly Bruno & the two girls on reception in late afternoon of 24th Oct 25. Room was excellent, bed was very comfortable. Acceptionally good hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay - but two things annoyed us. 1) our “keys” kept on being faulty and when my husband went out to the car to collect something he required the key to re-enter the hotel but it didn’t work. He tapped on the glass and the receptionist accosted him saying that he shouldn’t tap the glass and he would be charged for damage !! - train that particular receptionist! My husband is 73 and very unlikely to be a vandal !!!!!! 2) possibly menu could be improved although the delightful receptionist we dealt with earlier recommended a Nepalese restaurant down the road which was excellent and seemed to be benefitting from most of your clients.

The staff that checked me -in was very unfriendly. Although the other staff the next day were very professional. In general, the hotel is very clean and good food.

Excellent hotel. Modern. Staff are fab. Room was excellent and nicely decorated. This hotel is a brilliant base for the NEC. We used it for crufts. NEC is about 24 mins away but really easy to get to. Will definitely use again.

Decent hotel in rundown area

Nothing special. Night crew was not very accommodating. Rough area of town. I reserved a king size bed, was put into a 2 single room. Was not informed at check in.

We stayed two nights, although the hotel is clean and nice the area around felt unsafe at night, we are used to Rochdale and Oldham, but this made those look like upmarket towns. And they definitely aren't. Would I stay her again, no. Reason being the location and having no car park, there is one adjacent but that is pay and display. All around is construction/redevelopment work taking place and next to the hotel as well, Would recommend the Nepal curry house though.

Lovely hotel. Obviously brand spanking new at the moment, I hope it stays as clean as it is now over the next few years. Staff very pleasant and helpful especially Abbie - she couldn't do enough for us. The Central location is very handy - amenities were easily accessible. Enjoyable stay

Lovely room clean and very pleasant. Staff were great, check in was quick and straightforward. Breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay and would stay again when going to a gig at the Queens Hall

New hotel. Limited staff. Very Poor food service. One chef who appeared to struggle with two tables of 4/5 before our order. Not a complex menu (chips/pizzas/burger style of stuff). Our food took forever, no apologies, we had to chase it up several times. Did not even offer a discount or free drink as an apology as they said it was busy …..customer service was poor, a small gesture of a sorry / offer of a drink would have done wonders. Shame spoilt it really.

New property so still very spacious and clean. Reception/dining/bar area very well presented. We ordered some glasses of wine which turned out to be very expensive. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price was very good.

Great service and very friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss with how warm it was and the car park (for disabled parking) was quite a distance from the entrance. Otherwise, a great stay in a clean, new hotel.

The room was lovely and very clean, the shower was massive and good water pressure. The breakfast however was below standard and the sausages tasted really synthetic.

The hotel is very modern, bright and clean. All the staff we encountered were excellent, very courteous and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast was first class with a good selection of items, including healthy options.

One night business stay - second time of booking here. The hotel feels safe as a single, female traveller. Lovely staff, clean & comfortable rooms & a good breakfast (lots of options, but I cant resist making my own waffles!)
