I enjoyed my stay it was quiet and comfortable. Good value for money and would stay here again. Only negative I would say is trying to locate the allocated parking is confusing and rssulted in me driving round the shopping centre several times.

The hotel is conveniently located, includes free parking in a multi story car park (with very low headroom so any tall vehicles will not fit), and although from the outside it's just a concrete box, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious, recently renovated, air conditioned and quiet. The room was spotless and the shower was powerful and hot. The wifi was fast. Amazing quality and value for the price.

this propery listed on hotel.com mentioned it has electric car charging; it doesnt and never had it. its false advertising. i have to park the car at an external charging station away from the hotel and walk back through an abandonted multi story car park to get back to the hotel. several homeless people tried to keep me company on my way back and it was rather strange.

The building is old. Quite weird layout! It shows in search on Expedia as a place that has EV chargers on site, it doesn’t! Was a bit of an issue for me. No room service, ran out of toilet paper and hat to go myself to reception to get some!

Everything was fine except for the parking and reception. Parking is on the 3rd floor, but you have to go down to the 2nd floor to access the lift, then go up to the 12th floor for the reception. The rooms are located between the 8th and 11th floors, so you need to go back down again. If you're visiting for the first time, it's quite confusing. However, the rooms and overall cleanliness were excellent—very clean and hygienic.

Every was ok the only problem is finding the entrance. When i booked i wasn't given the post code for the car park. It took us forever. G74 1nx is the post code to find ot easy. It was clean. They are working in the car park 2 and tne noisy in the morning was a bit to much at times.

Ramada is housed in a former office block. The location is G74 1NX unlike what Google reports! Facilties are clean, well appointed and ample parking. Bed is comfy and floor to ceiling views across East Kilbride in this high rise. The bathroom is clean and all the plumbing worked well. The large shower is a bonus. The declining EK shopping centre attached to the property is basic. Food choices are OK except on a Sunday evening if you came by train, foot or bus. It is a bit of a treasure hunt trying to find one's way around this massive complex.

I would not return or recommend this hotel. First off, the hotel occupies just 3-4 floors in the building. The linens were filthy with mold-looking and other brown stains on the linens. The small coffee area was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Other areas in the room and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. The positives were the staff and their customer service and bonus that there is a mall attached to the building.

We encountered some issues with parking, as we were unaware that the onsite facility had changed to Park 2. It would have been helpful to receive this information at the time of booking. The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entering our room, we noticed an unpleasant odor that required us to step back out out of the room. This was quite disturbing as we were checking in quiet late with our children. Thankfully, the receptionist addressed this promptly and he also helped us prepare the sofa bed. While the carpet had a few stains, they were minor and not overly concerning. Overall, the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable night

Friendly check in staff, room was clean and comfortable, heating/aircon very strong. No complaints for the price. Hotel is easily accessible when the shopping centre is open - this was 11:30pm for our arrival!

Room was ok. Bed was a little... Well used maybe? Slept well in it. Could hear noise and vibrations through the headboard from the other room. Some noise from the corriodor but overall it was fine for what I needed - a space to sleep. Shower had some visible dirt on the wall. I washed it off when I saw it once in the shower. Came off quickly with the shower, so had really just been missed. Otherwise, room was clean. Strange smell when I walked in - not sure if it was once a smoking room. I'd asked for an odd numbered room as I understood they had better views. Was given an even numbered room. Place was quiet so not really a clear reason to not provide what id requested. I didn't say anything though, so that's on me - maybe they'd have swapped me over. Breakfast was awful and not worth the money. Most of the cooked breakfast wasn't cooked well. Vegetarian options were msuhrooms, beans and some tomatoes. Continental option was cheap looking pastrys, cold meat and veg and tinned fruit. Cereal was your typical fare. Coffee was from a machine - tasteless/watery. Wasn't worth the money. I was away for a night by myself after years of being woken by children. It gave me that. I'd maybe use it for this purpose again. Wouldn't pay for breakfast, there's plenty of options in the centre downstairs.

Nice hotel clean comfortable. In a shopping center have to go the 12th floor to reception but easy. Had a room next to the lift but only noticed once TV turned off and it is noisy and runs all night. I recommend that if you get a room near the lifts ask to be moved. Otherwise the hotel is great staff friendly and would stay again

Everything was fine except for the WIFI, it was just horrible. Had to use my own WIFI to be able to use the internet without issues, it was incredibly frustrating.

The property was quiet in a good area with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. In a good location on top of a mall which gave us access to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops for breakfast and dinner on late nights. however the hotel was not easy to find with google maps or Apple Maps and we drove in circles endlessly until the point we had to call the hotel for directions and Rooms did not have a fridge also the only handed one key for the room which was also an issue as firstly you need the key to access your floor and the rooms need the key to run the electricity in the rooms so if one of us wanted to go out and the other wanted to stay in the room it wasn’t practical

Hotel is above shopping centre, car parking is in the parking complex of the shopping centre, so if you have a high vehicle you may not get through height limitations. You get parking included/token validated. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Only thing I would say is I could hear the plumbing/water in the pipes from my bathroom when someone in another room was having a shower late at night. Otherwise nice and quiet, comfortable stay.

Great location of the hotel. Attached to shopping centre with multiple dining places. Only bad thing was, there was a drainage right above the bed and every time someone in different room flashed the toilet or took shower, sounded like waer is poutmring in the room, very loud. Apart from that, quiet location.

Staff were the best feature, very friendly and helpful. Food quality was pretty average, and when we arrived on a Sunday night, a number of menu items were unavailable. Room was of good size with a walk-in shower and very comfortable bed, and was clean and well equipped with power outlets and heating system. Hotel occupies the top 4 floors of a tower, so all rooms have a great view.

Friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms. Modern. Good water pressure for the shower. If I had to say anything negative about it I would say that the mattresses are ready for changing and better pillows but other than that, for the cost there is no better hotel out there 10/10 Value for money

The most rude check in staff I have ever encountered in all my years of travel. Bar staff were great though. The breakfast Buffett is a disgrace. Don’t waste your money. It was cheap but there is a reason for that. The only edible thing was toast

I enjoyed my stay it was quiet and comfortable. Good value for money and would stay here again. Only negative I would say is trying to locate the allocated parking is confusing and rssulted in me driving round the shopping centre several times.

Don’t stay here if you don’t like heights or lifts! The reception is on the top floor which is too high up to access with stairs. This isn’t made clear at all on the description. It’s also a very unusual layout been inside a shopping/business centre. Most of the doors were locked to get in and out of the building, finding a way out wasn’t easy then trying to get back in was a nightmare. Finding the front entrance was tricky on foot next to amin road with little signage. The car park was also not very easy to find upon arriving. The staff weren’t the most helpful, the receptionist didn’t care one bit that I wasn’t keen on the lifts and told me that were hundreds of stairs so they weren’t really an option which added to my panic about been on the 12th floor with no other way out. The breakfast staff told me to sit where I like then preceded to tell me not to sit where I had chosen! The breakfast was ok. Nothing great. The room however was lovely and very clean. I wouldn’t stay here agin based on its unusual location.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes outside from Glasgow City Central but still a great option that is both cost friendly and a great value. The hotel is located inside a shopping center which can a bit confusing to find at first. That being said, very convenient for necessary shopping nearby. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel exterior looks somewhat dull and run down but the interior, especially the rooms, were very clean and the facilities well kept. Despite being 30 minutes away from the city, fortunately the train station is about a 10 minute walk and goes directly to Glasgow City Central Station which was wonderful. Honestly very surprised with this hotel and will definitely consider booking again should I return to Glasgow in the future.

Decent enough hotel, room could have been cleaner as there was bits of dirt not hoovered up and stains on the carpet. Limited dining, no healthy options on the menu. Breakfast was good though and the dining area has some great views as the hotel is high up within a shopping centre. I would stay again to give it another go as it was still pretty decent.

Staff were the best feature, very friendly and helpful. Food quality was pretty average, and when we arrived on a Sunday night, a number of menu items were unavailable. Room was of good size with a walk-in shower and very comfortable bed, and was clean and well equipped with power outlets and heating system. Hotel occupies the top 4 floors of a tower, so all rooms have a great view.

Room was ok. Bed was a little... Well used maybe? Slept well in it. Could hear noise and vibrations through the headboard from the other room. Some noise from the corriodor but overall it was fine for what I needed - a space to sleep. Shower had some visible dirt on the wall. I washed it off when I saw it once in the shower. Came off quickly with the shower, so had really just been missed. Otherwise, room was clean. Strange smell when I walked in - not sure if it was once a smoking room. I'd asked for an odd numbered room as I understood they had better views. Was given an even numbered room. Place was quiet so not really a clear reason to not provide what id requested. I didn't say anything though, so that's on me - maybe they'd have swapped me over. Breakfast was awful and not worth the money. Most of the cooked breakfast wasn't cooked well. Vegetarian options were msuhrooms, beans and some tomatoes. Continental option was cheap looking pastrys, cold meat and veg and tinned fruit. Cereal was your typical fare. Coffee was from a machine - tasteless/watery. Wasn't worth the money. I was away for a night by myself after years of being woken by children. It gave me that. I'd maybe use it for this purpose again. Wouldn't pay for breakfast, there's plenty of options in the centre downstairs.

The room was too small to put up the sofa bed, which was disappointing as it was required. The cut off for food being ordered was 21:30, but we were told the chef refused to take any orders after 21:25 which was really disappointing after a long journey as we were unable to eat and would have stopped elsewhere if we had known we would be refused service within the time it was advertised.

Some of our evening meals failed to arrive, and staff were unable to process refunds for those that didn’t. It was clear that the team was under extreme pressure - some staff were visibly upset and overwhelmed. There was noticeable disorganisation in the restaurant, with meals being brought out that no one had ordered, and guests waiting for food that never appeared. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with one of the worst buffets we've encountered - mushrooms swimming in a bath of oil, sausages and black pudding rock hard and dry, scrambled eggs that nobody dared try. It was hard not to feel sympathy for the staff, who were clearly trying their best in an unmanageable situation, and for the many other guests who appeared to be facing the same issues.
