The BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Where to start, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the coffee is always available in the lobby and it’s delicious, the whole place smells so good, the lobby, the hallways, the rooms, all smell great! The room was super nice, great TV, awesome shower with great water pressure, more outlets and usb ports than I’ve ever seen in a room. The lobby is bright and colorful and everywhere you sit, there are outlets and usb ports available to you. Now the breakfast, SUPER AWESOME breakfast every morning and they switch it up every day too, they’re are eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, omelets, potatoes, cereal, waffle makers, scones, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and juices and milk, so good! Tehra did a great job of keeping everything full and tasting great if you like to work out while staying, they have the nicest and most equipped gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel.I don’t have one bad thing to say or complain about, we HIGHLY recommend to stay here!

Wow, this was such a great find! This NEW hotel still had that fresh construction smell to it in June 2023. Staff was efficient, yet friendly. Everything is so new and clean. There are only a few, small hotels around it so it was very quiet. I was traveling with my dog so was afraid the dog-friendly room would be smelly or dirty, but was spotless and had that same great new smell as the rest of the hotel. I felt safe taking my pup for his morning walk around the property. This was super convenient to the highway and has a new Starbucks two blocks away so I was really happy. Oh, and great breakfast. All around a great stay!

It’s one of the new Hampton Inns. Still in excellent condition. The fitness room is well equipped. The shower is spacious with good water pressure and the towels were fluffy. Two downsides: We were told that the breakfast room would be open until 10 am but the hot food was mostly gone before 9 am. And the airport size luggage carts are much smaller than at a comparable hotel.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Parking was great and the breakfast was fabulous. The lady stocking the food was so sweet and friendly. We’re glad we drove the extra miles yesterday to stay at this hotel.

Our bathroom had an ant infestation, our covers were dirty, and also one pillow had an old blood stain on it. I am convinced that the bed linen is not being cleaned after each stay! I would not stay again. The location was nice around a lot of eateries and shopping.

First, let me say that the front desk staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. Second, for $159 a night in this newer hotel, I didnt think the walls would be so thin that I could hear the constantly crying child next door. It was like no adults were in there to calm the child and children down. Lastly, I did not like that room service was knocking on the door at 0800 or 0830 and check out wasn't until 1100.

The only negative thing was the Wi-Fi was not working and my cell service was very limited inside the hotel. Hotel room was perfect, AC worked great, and the breakfast was amazing. The waffle station was so neat, my kids loved it.

I was on the property for a couple of nights recently. The second morning, I woke up to a TV that did not work. I called the front desk and the dispatch maintenance, who said they needed to point the remote behind the TV to operate. I thought that was improper, so I went to the front desk, and the rep moved me next door. I went back to check the remote, and I went into another room that was being cleaned. I borrowed the remote; however, it did not work in my room or the room she moved me to. So, I went back down, and I was forced to another room on the 2nd floor. I went back up to that room, and the remote worked, so I moved everything down to that room. So I returned the room card to the front desk and asked if I could get a discount because of the inconvenience. Cassady was receiving the request and gave me $25 off my 2nd-night stay. I took it, but I also explained to her that I was a Dialysis patient who had to carry all of his equipment to another room and that I was a frequent hotel visitor. So I thought $25 was a slap in the face as an offer of discount. i was hoping that the hotel would do a better job of taking of me.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and quiet. Those blackout curtains will certainly make you lose track of time. The continental breakfast was good although those powdered eggs leave much to be desired. Our room was flawless with the exception of the television pixelating which made watching tv challenging. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay here again should the need arise.

Completely satisfied. A word of caution however if one was contemplating hooking up streaming device or gaming platform you cannot. The hotel has hardware which disables those options. After research it appears Hilton is making this for all properties. Wonder how long all motels share this practice.

Checking in I had rough start my room was canceled after I paid for it. Hotels.com was who I booked through which you can only chat not a live person. I showed everything I received in email. Deidra still would not let me check in after 35 min of back and forth. With hotels.com chat representative I strongly advice that you triple check to make sure your reservation aren’t canceled. This is the third time my room was canceled through them with other stays after being paid for. After Deidra finally adjusted her attitude and contacted her supervisor. Supervisor assisted her on helping make it right. I was finally check in I booked a king suite 4th floor. Instead got a double bed room that smelled sour. One of the elevators was down the entire stay the other smelled like it was on fire. I could never get the tv to work after I logged in on my accounts it still didn’t work. However for the weekend I made it work for business trip. Supervisor at the end of the night person did try an accommodate me with concession area . She was very nice and front desk was nice at the end of all the confusion. After driving five hours with freeze warning conditions. I just wanted to relax for the price it’s a no for me next trip to Bessemer.

It was a beautiful property and room. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Only problem we had was our entire party (3 rooms) had our keys deactivated when we returned from our event on Saturday afternoon to freshen up before dinner. Either than that everything and everyone was great.

I love the property and everything about it but I was disappointed with my experience checking in…. I stayed at the property last summer and I was blown away at how friendly everybody was, I was expecting the same experience this time and sadly it was not the case. I got in extremely late, and the lady at the front desk was so rude and me feel very uncomfortable. I had other people in my party who were staying there as well, but they got to the hotel earlier in the evening. The next morning, when my other party and I met up, I was telling them about my experience upon checking in and they said they had the same experience with her when they were checking in. She’s not friendly at all and rude. I think it’s a shame because I love the hotel and I will definitely be in the area a lot more, but I would rather give my money to a place where I will feel comfortable

I almost always have a good experience at Hampton Inn, and this stay was good as well with one exception. The fire alarms went off at 1:00am (false alarm) and rattled everyone out of bed. It happens, but I don't like that the staff had no explanation the next morning. It sounds like they may not even have been informed. You wake me up at 1:00, you owe me an explanation. This wouldn't stop me from staying there again as it was a nice stay otherwise.

We were in in town for a baseball tournament for my son. The hotel was super clean, and everyone was so nice and helpful. We had some bad weather roll in Saturday afternoon and lost power but it came back on pretty quickly but I think it messed their systems up because when we left Sunday it was still down. All of the employees handled it very well though.

Great stay from the moment we entered. We were promptly greeted and quickly checked in to our room. We were given bottled water and told about breakfast. The hotel is very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Helpful staff, great location, highly recommended.

The property did not offer enough/have any options for turkey protein for the complimentary breakfast. Towels had to be delivered to the room and could not be carried to the room by guests. Not an issue, just thought it was weird.
