This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!

We started with the family for two nights and all are happy with the experience. Very clean, freshly remodeled, and well set up. Very quiet area. A lot of restaurants and walking distance from everything. I’d especially recommend the breakfast in the bistro- fit US it was included in the stay. Very artisan and tasty!

Great, good location, comfy and quiet. The only 2 negative were : self check in, but we never got the email 24h prior to arrival, part of the check in required a local phone number which tourist doesn't have. We manage to get in after 90 minutes, its exhausting after a long journey. Second negative if that's there is no clean up, so staying for 5 nights we had to look up for stuff like toilet paper. Except those 2 points, absolutely great!

Hotel moderno e in posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro e dal Palladium. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole; suggerirei solo di prestare un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia giornaliera della camera, alla sostituzione degli asciugamani e alla comunicazione durante la colazione servita alla carta. Sarebbe inoltre utile rendere disponibili gli asciugamani puliti al piano -1 già dalle prime ore del mattino.

Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme definitiv wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Terrible communication. In short, did not get check-in message, and had to wait oustide the hotel late evening for one hour before allowed entrance. After this,several issues with communication with staff, as they do not have a reception and everything is AI/ costumer service, including paying for late check-out, but the code stopped working and we had to spend a lot of time to get into the room. Long wait for help. Room ok cleaned, except for under the bed, which was very dirty. Shower not stable in temperature. Heating system did not work properly, a lot of noise that woke us several times during the nights. Construction work in the building from early morning every day.

The room is so big and comfy and appreciate how helpful Numa CS was during my stay. However, my stay wasn’t entirely the best I had. There were a couple of issues during my stay and would be great if Numa can be more aware to ensure other travellers had a great experience. 1) The lights in my bathroom was flickering and unfortunately no work on weekends so I needed to wait until Monday to get that handled. 2)

1. thanks to Katerina and the staff in the restaurant, they offer really nice help 2. This hotel has changed to a new property owner recently and they do the digital checkin and all request can be asked via WhatsApp 24/7. It might not cause difficulty if you checkin at normal business hour (they are staff in the hotel in case you need really to ask about something). We arrived late and when we went to the room, which supposed to be a deluxe room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed is not ready and no staff around can fix. I don’t even find linen and pillow even they ask me to work out the bed. I contacted the WhatsApp customer service and they open another room for me to stay for night and come to fix it the next day. 3. To me, the difficulties are the handover they did (not clear between teams) and they service they offered (changing but not aligned internally) 4. What’s good about the hotel: the breakfast is nice and price is good. The location is quite and not far away from the old town. Walkable distance to the UAN Florenc station if you plan to do a one day trip to other towns. And mini market around the corners for liquor or aqua shopping and else.

This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible communication. In short, did not get check-in message, and had to wait oustide the hotel late evening for one hour before allowed entrance. After this,several issues with communication with staff, as they do not have a reception and everything is AI/ costumer service, including paying for late check-out, but the code stopped working and we had to spend a lot of time to get into the room. Long wait for help. Room ok cleaned, except for under the bed, which was very dirty. Shower not stable in temperature. Heating system did not work properly, a lot of noise that woke us several times during the nights. Construction work in the building from early morning every day.

Auch die Zimmer haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen: großzügig geschnitten, top modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Komfort und Qualität gelegt wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme definitiv wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We started with the family for two nights and all are happy with the experience. Very clean, freshly remodeled, and well set up. Very quiet area. A lot of restaurants and walking distance from everything. I’d especially recommend the breakfast in the bistro- fit US it was included in the stay. Very artisan and tasty!

This is a terrible hotel. Worse check-in with no one to speak with (there is no reception, everything happens online), found myself scrambling to find their email in the middle of the night stuck on the street. Room is horrid, smelly, old, bad taste.
