Barbara at front desk was awesome, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, lobby smelled heavenly. Close to restaurants to choose your fave. And ez on and off the interstate. Gas stations close too! And free breakfast in am. And nice firepit outside!

A new facility and everything was clean. Parking convenient, but limited.

Very nice staff. Very clean hotel and amenities. Bring your own snacks though, the lobby market is grossly over priced! That's on the Hilton as a company though, not the staff. Staff was great. Property was great. Location was great.

Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was great. Didn’t realize bathroom was handicap accessible which led to water draining in floor and has a small odor. Beds are not very comfortable.

Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and new. My room was spacious and well appointed. An all around great stay.

I stayed at the Hilton Home2Suites in Cullman, AL, and unfortunately the experience was overwhelmingly negative. Our room was infested with ladybugs, not just a few, but enough to make the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. When we reported the issue, the front desk showed little concern and even admitted this has been an ongoing problem, mentioning that they previously had to close an entire floor because of it. Despite acknowledging the problem, they refused to offer any compensation or a reasonable solution. For a Hilton-branded property, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a good variety and tasted great. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience. I would not recommend staying here until they address the infestation and take guests’ concerns seriously.

It’s was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 5 stars.

1. The front desk clerks were exceptional (polite, friendly, and competent). I gave them five stars. 2. The comforter and towels were white. I stayed at an expensive hotel two weeks ago, and the towels had changed from white to tan. 3. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and cutleries. 4. My favorite salad restaurant was conveniently across the street. 5. The hotel presumed that everyone ate pork. Every hot dish (except the waffles) had variations of pork. I don\'t eat pork. The "cheese omelet" looked and felt like plastic. 6. For a relatively new hotel, the bathroom floor was DIRTY. 7. The glass shower door kept sliding open while I was there. I locked the bathroom door. Otherwise, I would have accused the person in the bedroom of messing with the door. Maintenance was supposed to fix the glass door.

They forgot refill the shampoo bottle. It’s annoying to face this types of stuff at the middle of the night at the middle of taking shower. Rest was excellent.

I wasn’t going to write a review but since the hotel refused to refund me which I thought would be a no brainer refund approval, here we are. My significant other being from a family who owns a pest control business we always check for bedbugs. Unfortunately, sure enough we found bedbugs on the mattress. This was a bummer because I was hoping to extend our vacation by 1 night and not have to drive the rest of the way home after driving 6 hours already but after seeing bedbugs we get the creepy crawling feeling and understandable we didn’t feel comfortable staying at the hotel and decided to drive on home. Since I booked through hotels.com the hotel attendant told me I would have to request the refund through hotels.com and then hotels.com would reach out to the hotel for a refund. Once I did as told and reached out to hotels.com, I was advised the hotel manager would not approve my refund. So yay me (sarcasm) I paid $172 to get a hotel room with bedbugs. I understand anyone could bring bedbugs in and it’s not entirely the hotel’s fault because other parts of the room did look very nice and clean but the way they handle this situation by not approving a refund is a ridiculous way to conduct business. & just an fyi when we were telling the hotel clerk about the bedbugs we saw we were very kind to the hotel staff and not hateful at all about the situation. I am astonished that a hotel can refuse to give me my money back for a room that we couldn’t even sleep in. Disappointed!

Nice walk in shower with frosted glass sliding doors. The receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast was a bit different with a lot of prepackaged food items. Overall excellent. Would stay here again.

The property was nice and the room was clean. However, there was never any hot water. We were there 2.5 days and took cold showers the entire time.

The facility didn’t check their room condition before the guest moving in. There is no heat at all when the weather was very cold last night.

Highly recommend this property: clean, looks new, very large room and bathroom. Terrific and clean shower. Kitchenette has european size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware. I would stay here longer but on our way this time

The hotel was fairly new. There were plenty of dining options nearby. Walmart is directly across the road. It’s very quiet. Very clean. Our first suite with a kitchen. We traveled all night so we were able to check in that early morning when we arrived.

This is the best home2suites facility we've stayed in! The raised ceilings is a wonderful feature and makes you feel like you're not staying in a hotel but a small condo! Everything was pristine, clean and functioning!

Everything was perfect, the only thing I can complain about is the thin, floppy pillows. They were not supportive at all, a more firm option would be nice.

I have stayed at most of the major brands in Cullman and this was the best place to stay. I will return on my next trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this property to any traveler.

Ashley (I believe is her name) at the front desk was extremely welcoming and pleasant. She was eager to ask how everything was each time we came through the lobby.

I had to stop for the night on a road trip and this location was great. Close to the interstate but quiet with lots of good options close by.

They use real plates and utensils for breakfast. Nice selection. Staff was excellent! Loved the cleanliness and the layout of our room! Fairly new property. We will definitely be staying at the Home 2 properties!
