A real boutique style hotel, pool s small with only 2 lounge chairs, but very pretty. Our room was a spacious corner unit with lots of windows. Breakfast was adequate with an option for eggs made to order.

Our stay was wonderful. Excellent Breakfast. Lovely staff! The hotel is ideally located in a quiet street a stroll from the night market, restaurant, bars and the old city. So great to enjoy the pool with a fresh Laru beer.

Special thanks to Mr Dong for going out of his way to help me with a grab ride, helping me with my luggages, arranging a tour with a good tour guide and reasonable price, he anticipated my needs and offer his help to make my trip easier. The place is conveniently located near the old town, the room with the river view is very clean and relaxing, the bathroom is spacious, the elevator works flawlessly. I highly recommend this place.

Nice little hotel. The room was ok needed new floors and the bathroom very small BUT the view from our room, the pool and the staff made up for the ok room. Location is fantastic easy walk (end of the street) to the night market. Close to food and shopping and only 16 min in car to the beach.

The hotel was as advertised. Small family hotel near to Old Town. The place feels authentic with local shops and local people (with kids playing on the street). Good breakfast that is included in the price. Great little pool. Staff was friendly. I would single out Dong, the night manager / receptionist. He is one of a kind: nice, friendly, great conversationist, and willing to help with a smile that is sort of contagious. My only suggestion for improvement would be a need for more (or better) lighting in the rooms.

Hotellet är i behov av en renovering. Vårt rum som låg högst upp var angripet av svartmögel. På gatan utanför strök det runt gatuhundar och råttor. Hotellet ligger dock väldigt centralt med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter i hoi an. Hotellet ligger 2 minuter från night market och 5 minuter från pulsen i Gamla stan. Hotellet ligger även med gångavstånd till vy market som är en väldigt bra restaurang i området. Personalen är hjälpsam och hjälper dig gärna med t.ex. transfer till och från flygplatsen i Da nang.

Lorsque nous sommes revenus à la chambre la porte était toute ouverte( laissée ouverte par les femmes de chambres) et il y avait une énorme coquerelle dans la chambre suite à ça. Également dans la nuit il y a eu un reflux d’égouts dans notre chambre et les portes des chambres ne se barrent pas. Heureusement le personnel a été très aimable et nous a changé de chambre le lendemain, le seul problème de la seconde chambre c’était encore une porte qui ne se barre pas.

There were a lot of maintenance issues, fans not working, and mould. The premium room we booked on the top level was so musty and mouldy we couldn’t stay in it. They moved us to another room, however we paid the higher rate. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely.

Great location that is right next to the main avenue of bars and cafes but far enough not to have any noise pollution. Door for the bathroom is a little spoilt but other than that, everything is in good condition

Apon check in the staff advised our rooms aircon was out of action and put us over at there sister hotel LA AN Hotel which is one Street over and we were able to use both facilities due to the inconvenience. Our family room at La An Hotel was massive on the top level with a view both sides of the street one being to old town. Comfy beds, good aircon, water pressure ECT. Can't fault the staff at both of these properties. The staff make this place and made our experience/stay amazing they go above and beyond for the guests. They even helped with arranging for my son's blanket to be delivered from were we had accidentally left it in Da nang. So thankful!

The location is ideal. An easy walk to everything and a quick escape from the late after crowds who come by bus from DaNang. A small, charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We particularly liked our room that had views from windows on three sides.

We stayed for 2 nights in July 2023. The room was nice and had a small balcony overlooking the river. The staff were very welcoming and helped us get to know the area and also to arrange our onward travel to Hue. The location is a very short walk away from the old town, and this means the street/location is nice and quiet.

I really liked my Deluxe Double Room with River View. It was quiet and comfortable. The river view was a nice plus. The hotel was basic but adequate, good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, in a quiet neighborhood not far from the center. The only problem is that when it rains hard, the street floods in front the hotel and you can't access it without getting your feet deep in water.

The hotel is clean and well located. Rooms are bigger than most in Vietnam. The breakfast is simple yet nice. Some taxis could refuse to drive to the hotel due to the night markets and crowded lanes, however everything is at a walking distance on the island. The staff is friendly and helpful! I would be happier if there wasn’t a constant attempt to sell day tours/trips. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in Hoi An.

Superb location just off the main drag, easy and convenient for all the main attractions in Hoi An. Friendly staff who whilst offering trips etc. were not over pushy as stated by others. Nothing seemed too much problem. Should also note that their tours did work out slightly cheaper then booking online.

We had a lovely 2 night stay The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for the Old Town and wandering around the night market . The room was perfect and we slept well. The breakfast was good too. We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to be back in Hoi An .

Special thanks to Mr Dong for going out of his way to help me with a grab ride, helping me with my luggages, arranging a tour with a good tour guide and reasonable price, he anticipated my needs and offer his help to make my trip easier. The place is conveniently located near the old town, the room with the river view is very clean and relaxing, the bathroom is spacious, the elevator works flawlessly. I highly recommend this place.

Just stayed here for the 20 days we spent in beautiful Hoi An. La An Central Boutique was exactly what we needed. Very close to restaurants and the old town. Staff were amazing , very friendly and nothing was too much. We appreciated Linh and Dong organising our planned day trips and their suggestions for other things to . Next time we visit Hoi An we will be re booking to stay here. We checked in as strangers but left as family.

But your experience here starts with the amazing receptionists! The girls are incredibly nice, knowledgeable and professional. Ask them about anything, trips, shopping or even just how they are. The know alot about the local area and you get good prices for activities! The rooms are worn but clean and cozy. Breakfast is simple but tasteful and you can order from the kitchen as well. You are in walking distance to the markets and lantern boats and all the touristy things also. I recommend this hotel as you get a lot for your money. Espescially with the exceptional service and ambience.

Our room was exactly what we expected. Bed was huge!! Very nicely decorated & hotel was very clean & tidy. Breakfast was tasty & eggs made on request. Location for Hoi An old town is perfect. Really close to the theatre, night market & river which has all the bars & resturants.

Hotellet är i behov av en renovering. Vårt rum som låg högst upp var angripet av svartmögel. På gatan utanför strök det runt gatuhundar och råttor. Hotellet ligger dock väldigt centralt med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter i hoi an. Hotellet ligger 2 minuter från night market och 5 minuter från pulsen i Gamla stan. Hotellet ligger även med gångavstånd till vy market som är en väldigt bra restaurang i området. Personalen är hjälpsam och hjälper dig gärna med t.ex. transfer till och från flygplatsen i Da nang.

Nice little hotel. The room was ok needed new floors and the bathroom very small BUT the view from our room, the pool and the staff made up for the ok room. Location is fantastic easy walk (end of the street) to the night market. Close to food and shopping and only 16 min in car to the beach.

Our stay was wonderful. Excellent Breakfast. Lovely staff! The hotel is ideally located in a quiet street a stroll from the night market, restaurant, bars and the old city. So great to enjoy the pool with a fresh Laru beer.

La An was a great place to stay at. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The guest reception always had someone on the premise ready to greet you. The brrakfast has everything for everyone. You can order fresh eggs or cao lau (noodle dish). Bread, banana pancakes, sausages and bacon, fried noodles, fried rice, veggies , fruits and drinks. I would recommend people to stay here if they wanted close to the night market action. And being central to all the tailor shops.

This is a real gem of a find in Hoi An. Situated in a quiet street only a short walk from the madness of the night market and the Japanese bridge. Staff are incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Rooms are big , clean, cool (and relatively cheap). We had an amazing stay , thank you to the La A family !

Our room upstairs is facing the back street river. The main river with lots of lanterns and boats is facing the opposite direction. Back neighbour is currently building a house and can be a bit noisy at time.
