Tranquil, restful and restorative. Wonderful staff who can’t do enough to give you the best experience whilst leaving you to it. This was our seventh visit to Marrakech, and by far the best Riad. Thanks Guys.

Highly recommended. Location in centre of old city: you can walk everything from there. Beautiful interior design. Good restaurant. Very helpful staff. Few minor points are quality of wifi, and the rooms have little to no noise insulation.

The Riad Karmela Princesse team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive and displayed a genuine passion for service that was truly heartwarming. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The rooms were beautifully appointed, combining traditional Moroccan aesthetics with modern amenities for an optimal blend of comfort and style. The enchanting rooftop terrace was a delightful retreat, offering stunning views of the bustling Medina. The culinary offerings were another highlight of my stay. The breakfast was a feast of local delicacies, freshly prepared and served with a personal touch. I would highly recommend Riad Karmela Princesse to anyone visiting Morocco for an authentic, luxurious, and memorable stay. We spent 4 nights at Riad Karmela Princesse in early April. The staff at both Karmela Princesse and Riad Karmela opposite could not have been more helpful, friendly or kind. The Riad was an oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. We had booked a suite for us and our two teenage children and had great rooms next to each other. The kids had a wonderful time with a great mix of activities as well as time on the terrace in the sun and in the pool. The Riad also had wifi everywhere which was super useful. Everyone was keen to ensure we had a wonderful trip and offered many suggestions for day trips and outings. We booked a day trip Ourika Valley, an evening trip with camel rides in the Desert D'Agafay as well as Jardin Majorelle during the day and the trips and transport were ideal. All of the drivers were friendly and informative and the map that the Riad provided on day one was brilliant and easy to follow through the Medina. As it was Ramadan while we were there we ate most of our evening meals in the Riad (due to timings) where they offered a choice of two set menus that changed each day. Every meal was fantastic and there was plenty of it. The breakfasts were also delicious and offered plenty of variety. Would highly recommend Riad Karmela Princesse

Everyone was very welcoming and Armine in particular looked after us very well. It’s a welcome haven of peace and calm from the bustle of Marrakech. Food lovely and rooms very individual. Swimming pool not used as not sure how clean it was. Will definitely book to go again.

What an amazing place!!! The staff were the best ever- nothing to much trouble and went out of their way to make our holiday. The Riad has just changed ownership so some amenities were not available but it didnt matter. Would love to go back!

Stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The place is an oasis of tranquility in the busy medina. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely. We had a massage there and that was better than the massage we had at another place where we went for a hamman. But on top of that it’s the staff that get this place 5 stars. Welcoming, attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us recommendations, made phone calls for trips, organised taxis and tuktuks and changed money. Without them we’d have spent a lot more time searching the medina - which is also part of the point of going to Marrakech -but not if you want to be somewhere at a set time!

Quel enchantement pour notre séjour au cœur de la Médina, l'endroit est absolument somptueux, calme, propre. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse inégalée, la cuisine parfaite. Bref! notre séjour au Karmela Princesse sera inoubliable et nous recommanderons chaleureusement.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Mohamed, Amine, Aziz, and Fatima were excellent and saw to our every need. The Riad is beautiful and comfortable. I cannot recommend Riad Karmela Princesses enough.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Karmela Princesse. It is a stunning property, beautifully designed in true Moroccan style. We stayed there with our 2 kids (11 and 8) and had a family room which were 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were spacious, both with lovely bathrooms. The staff were so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It is located in the heart of Marrakech and close to cafes, souks, restaurants etc - all a short walk away. We'd highly recommend it.

Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was satisfactory.

Look no further. Central to everything you want to see and do. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Also safe and enjoyable for LGBTQ .

Incroyable, hospitalité et situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville, très spectaculaire.

El Riad es muy lindo, la zona de la Medina difícil de acceder. Llegamos y no encontraron nuestra reserva y nos hospedaron en el hotel de al lado, que no era nada bonito…

The front desk was very helpful, Mohamed was very patient with us. He took the time explaining the maps going to Jemma el Fnna, but we still got lost twice. He also checked on us when we were walking to the square. At 1am we were going back to the Riad, we couldn’t find our place, I used goggle maps, there was no connection. It was very dark and scary, we called the hotel but could not connect. I would not want to stay there next time because of the difficulties finding the Riad. There’s should be more lights and signs visible for the location.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Incredible location (yes, like every Riad, hard to find, so use their air transport). So accommodating and helpful. Steps from the souk and all your dinner options, yet quiet and delightful.

I was pleasantly surprised to be at the property, the pictures are a true experience, the staff was amazing the location was central to everything. This is a must stay property!!!

The hotel is so well located in the city centre. It is extremely easy to experience the life of local Morrocan in the area.
