Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pool is large with water slide. No hot tub. Exercise gym covers the basics. FYI:Tru hotels have smaller rooms, and only a very small fridge. The rooms are modern design. Bed is very comfortable. Very large TV but with limited choices. The rooms do not come with ice buckets, coffee makers, or microwaves. Very nice showers. Will check what the breakfast is like tomorrow morning. Not sure if the cost of the room is great value considering the little extras the other places provide for roughly the same price. It's a convenience issue. If you don't care about the size of the room, ice bucket Etc then it is probably worthwhile.

We looked forward to getting this hotel because of the pool and slide for the kids. Show up at 5pm Saturday. The front receptionist said pool will close at 10. Pool was closed down at 8. Receptionist said pool will open at 8am next day (Sunday). Pool never opened and reception said pool was closed for the day unexpectedly!

The hotel has thought of everything. Very nice social area with a pool table, seating, larger tv with sports playing. Convenience store including alcohol. Breakfast was great!

I've stayed a several Hilton Honor properties during a road trip, and I've come to see consistent high standards. This place is quite new. The lobby and rooms are all very cute and inviting. The highlight has to be the pool. It has a water slide. The kids will love it. You go pretty fast through it. As an avid swimmer, I found that I could swim against the current coming out of the slide and stay still in the pool while practicing kicking, of course when nobody was using the slide. I found this to be a pleasant surprise which I did not expect. The gym is in really good condition as well. I highly recommend this property.

Check in was fast and easy. Once in our room it had this dirty smell that lingered. I had to buy some arm and hamper packets for deodorizing. The pool is too small to share between two hotels. Bed were not very comfortable.

It wasn’t very busy. Sunday night. The man at desk was watching videos on his phone when I walked in. Didn’t notice I was there I was at the desk and cleared my throat and set my bag down. Check in was quick. Room was very cold, but it was also in negative temps outside. Pool slide closed, also likely due to weather. Pool water cold, no hut tub. Nice breakfast. Nice gym. Nice employees.

It was kind of just ok. Shares a pool with the Hampton, which it’s connected to. I was unaware of that. A little disappointing as 2 hotels share 1 pool. Room was clean and had lots of storage areas. Staff was super nice!!

Checked into our room after a 13hr drive I wanted to shower and go to sleep. Upon opening the door to our room first thing was the heavy smell of pet urine. I then turned on the lights and noticed dirt and clumps of pet hair all over the floor. Went down to request a different room and was told all the king size rooms have sold out which I thought was odd because we just checked in and were asked do we want to stay on floor two three or four we chose floor two so then we were told we could switch rooms for a fee that wasn’t going to be an option for us as our room should have been cleaned before our arrival and it was not. They agreed and let us switch but I will never stay here again cleanliness is obviously not the priority!

The whole facility was dirty. Our room was visibly unclean. No water cups, gum in the trash, hair all over, the toilet was unflushed, the bathroom was gross. The “queen” beds were doubles, and there was no hot water.

The room was filthy! There was hair and dust everywhere and the bed platform was filthy. It appears that someone had puked and no one cleaned it up. Had on white socks and they very dirty from just walking around in the room. The sheets are questionable they had even been changed. If they had - housekeeping should have seen the mess on the platform area. Did report to the front desk and all they did is write it down and say sorry. No suggestions about changing rooms or any money compensation for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel. Only complaint is the daily housekeeping. Skipped us one day leaving us with no towels etc. Floor was very dirty leaving feet with black specks on arrival day in room telling me floor wasnt really cleaned .

I thought Hilton has a better quality service but I was greatly disappointed. When we walked in the room didn't seem clean and the bed was hastily made and shower drainage had hairs accumulated and shower door had water stained. Next day they took dirty towels but did not replace them and no toilet paper replaced and no tissues. Bed was not made and floor was not cleaned. I don't know what's the issue there. The front staffs were good but cleaning was terrible. The second floor hallway seemed rarely vacuumed. During the whole stay of 4 nights the hallway was never vacuumed. The same debry was there throughout the stay.

The hotel wad updated and very clean. Room was spacious. We did not eat breakfast but it looked like there was lots of options. The only complaint was that the beds were hard/extra firm. Not comfortable for sleeping.

Hotel Review: A Noisy Night I recently stayed at TRU and was disappointed with my experience. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the paper-thin walls were a major issue. I could hear every conversation, every footstep, and every door slam from the neighboring rooms. It was nearly impossible to get a restful night's sleep. The noise level was further exacerbated by the hotel's lack of soundproofing in common areas. The hallways and elevator seemed to echo every sound, making it difficult to relax even when in my room. We were disappointed with how SMALL the rooms are- hard to store all our stuff.there are no closets.No hot tub! We were so bummed.We didn’t get room cleaning done we had to go call for new towels and TP ( we were there for three nights) this hotel is combined with the Hampton inn- so the pool is shared. I’m sorry to say we would not go to this hotel again.

This was a great place to stay. It met our expectations; was clean and accommodating. The check is was rough. They were behind and check in was almost an hour late. When finally checked in they were still cleaning the room so I helped the housekeeper get our room ready. The property description said there was a roll away bed but there was not. Can hear the people above on next floor walking and moving around. Overall good stay.

Seriously, they lock the doors here at like 6 and don’t have anyone at the front desk to let you in to get checked in. It was ridiculous. I called corporate and they had to have someone at the hotel next door let my son and I in and check us in .. crazy.

The bathroom was dirty and there was a huge clump of long black hair stuck in the drain. Fire alarm went of in the middle of the night and none of us were able to go back to sleep. The hot breakfast items were out of order. It was overall disappointing
