Great hotel in Reno. Very nice room, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast, and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and exercise room. It was quiet and in a good safe location. The check in process was slow with several people trying to check in and only one staff person at the desk. But we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms and nice pool. The Breakfast was great too. Just seemed as there was no one to clean up around the pool and common areas. Never any clean towels at pool and dirty towels everywhere...even the next day...

The hotel was clean and quiet with a fairly extensive free breakfast. Unfortunately although we left for the day at 9:30am and did not have the do not disturb sign on our door, when we returned after 10pm we discovered our room had not been cleaned—unmade bed, no clean towels, new coffee pods, coffee cups, etc. Also this is the only hotel in Reno I’ve stayed at that charged for parking!

THERE WERE ANTS IN MY ROOM AND ON THE WALLS. I ASKED ON MONDAY, TUESDASY AND WEDNESDAY FIR THE ANTS TO BE SPRAYED AND REMOVED, AND WHEN I CAME BACK TO MY ROOM... MORE ANTS. I FINALLY ASKED TO BE SWITCHED ROOMS - WHICH IS ALSO POOR SERVICE AS I WAS NEVER OFERED TO MOVE ROOMS BEFOREHAND.

The place was real nice, great room and everything wasn’t real fond of the fleas and the ants. My wife had her legs all bit up by the fleas and then we had to have guys come in and try to control the ants.

Nice beds, big spacious rooms. The only concern was there was a slight not so pleasant smell in the bathroom. Other than that a very nice hotel. And Starbucks is right across the parking.

The room was not cleaned nor trash was taken out despite us telling the front desk to do so (on July 27 morning). Also, there was no soap in the bathroom when we reached there and we were given body wash small bottles as a make do. The staff was not responsive at all. We had a terrible experience and will not use Marriot anymore.

The hotel is fine, but service and housekeeping was terrible. They never cleaned our room durning the entire stay. I was told the first day that I needed to request it, so I did. They still never made it to our room. The manager didn't even try to make things smoother. Would not go back because of the customer service.

We stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping was done in any of the three days. We had to call to have new towels. I informed the front desk that our room was not cleaned and was told that we “supposed to tell” the hotel to request housekeeping services. There was no sign in the room that indicates that. This is the first Marriott hotel I stayed that housekeeping was not performed.

The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable. Had a sofa bed and separate area to sit to do stuff. Bad It was a long but narrow room and they put the tv halfway between the bed room area and the seating area. As a result if you were in the far bed you could not see the tv and in the sitting room the tv was on one side so if you sat at one end of the couch you could not see the tv. One other thing the water pressure was lower than I would like for the shower but it was doable. Other wise everything else was really good, cleanliness, staff, dining and rooms.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was ok. Tv placement was a little weird. Room was kinda warm. If I turned the AC on high, the unit rattled and I couldn’t sleep. For a Marriott, I expected a little nicer. The entrance seemed more like a weird side door. No signage.

The bed we slept in was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. I will be purchasing one eventually. Overall, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly, rooms were very nicely done. Will definitely stay there again next time in Reno. Highly recommend!

Overall a good stay, clean comfortable and decent breakfast. Strange but it's kind of noisy. The door had a larger than usual gap and maybe that's where the hall noise came from. I mean we could hear people's just walking down the hall as if they were in the room. Didn't hear people walking above us but did hear them drop small things or opening doors. Such a nice place and wouldn't think it would be noisy. Don't get me wrong, not like a party going on but enough to maybe consider another hotel.

The 2 queen bed room was large. It also has a walk-in closet, pull out sofa and a large bathroom. We just stayed here one night before an early morning flight out of Reno-Tahoe airport. Location was super convenient. About 10 minutes from the airport.

It would have been a great trip, the place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is mediocre. The one thing that really got to me, was they asked for a different credit card when I checked in. When I asked why they just said oh for a refundable pot deposit. Upon checkout, I was billed $16 for two nights of parking. I was just very annoyed that I was never once given a heads up that parking actually cost money. So I went to the front desk and told them I was annoyed, in which case they just gave me the runaround and said they’d tell their manager. Of course the manager never called and never refunded me. So I’m taking two minutes of my precious time to say I am not happy and give this review. I just feel it is very wrong to not once mention a parking fee, and it seems shady to just bill, and when I asked about the credit card, they never mentioned it. It just feels shady.

Great property. Breakfast good, except the scrambled eggs were GROSS. After waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for an employee, ANY EMPLOYEE to make an appearance in the lobby when we first got there, I called the corporate office for assistance in rousing someone to show up. About 10 minutes later, someone emerged from a closed door behind the lobby. By then the lobby was full of guests with questions. How does a hotel just leave the place completely unmonitored for so long? If security is a concern for you, this isn't the place (esp females traveling alone). Never have had anything like that happen. Ever. Room great, but the low flow shower was seemingly slowed to a crawl by scale build up, so I FROZE in there. The toilet was a high volume water waster with a beat up lid. Why have low flow shower head and then waste a ton of toilet water? Bed way too soft, so couldn't sleep. Everything else was great. Stayed here with a sports team. Super easy access to freeway, food, Reno Ice. Short drive to downtown.

This place was great except for the fact that during my two day stay, the tv didn’t work. I went to the front desk twice and called at least four times regarding the matter. Front desk said they’d send maintenance but the issue was never resolved.

The room was fine, not completely equipped for room use, like not enough linens or pillows for the pull out bed. I had requested a pack n play at booking, then again at the front desk and it still never arrived. I'm traveling solo so that made it really challenging. Service was sub par, front desk was not friendly.

There is 8$ parking fee per room that they don’t tell you about til check out. We were told this is at all Marriott properties but that is not true. No one answers the phone even though we called from inside the room to the main desk on and off for 30 minutes. Rooms are tight width wise- there is one foot between the bed and the wall to the bathroom. 7 out of 10 overall.

Tammy was such a horrible receptionist. Her attitude over was very unprofessional. She was saying that no rooms where available and wanted to cancel my reservation. No empathy whatsoever, not great in customer service. I don’t know how they would employ a person like her.

Beware the parking fee that they don’t tell you about after you’ve already checked out. No front desk staff around 1:00 a.m. anywhere. Homeless dude sleeping in the business lounge, too cheap to buy a room.

Got in late on a flight and stayed here before heading up to Tahoe City. It was clean and comfortable. Area is safe. We came in at 1 am and it checked the boxes for a place you could count on. Recommend if you’re in the area.

A very nice hotel. Only complaint would be the same old breakfast every morning during the 3-day stay - quiche, a potatoes mix and sausage. Would have preferred basic scrambled eggs and potatoes and perhaps bacon at least one morning.
