Had a great stay at The Ship Inn.. The staff are so welcoming, and efficient. Room clean, bed comfy, fan in the room was needed as it was so hot. Situated overlooking the beach with plenty of seating outside, a small children's play area. And dogs welcome. Food, especially the calamari, and the cheeseboard was very good. He choice of beers also good.. We stayed in room 8, which is a small room but more than adequate. Bottled water, biscuits, teas and coffee.. The only drawback was the shower cubical was very small, if u are above average size u would struggle to move. The other rooms had huge bathrooms. Overall really great, peaceful place to stay. We will be back.

My wife & I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ship. It was one of the most dog friendly places we’ve been and we will definitely come back. The food was great and portions were big enough for even the hungriest of visitors. The room was super clean and tidy and there was plenty of room for both our do’s beds. Nothing seemed to much trouble for all the staff who looked after us, a solid 5 out of 5 from us. Thank you for making us and our pets so welcome.

It was all fine. A very small room ( I had booked a standard) and the tiny bathroom needed a bit of TLC but it's a lovely location. Staff were friendly and food was good.
