The room was cute and clean, and staff was helpful, but we could only reach them by text. I would like to suggest that a location that has no front desk automatically provide enough towels for the number of guests registered to stay that night. Or even the number that can fit in the room.

Hi Art INN Seattle is WONDERFUl and eclectic and beautiful space. The hotel is in the middle of a homey neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated with fun things about Seattle and great art. It feels like home which is what I needed. The process to get in was great and the staff is wonderful. The property is clean, great room with an amazing large bathroom and shower. In the heart of downtown Seattle making getting around wonderful. As a Black woman traveling alone, I felt safe being on the property. I also felt safe during both day and evening hours. I would highly recommend the Art INN in Seattle for anyone wanting to be at home in a space that is not your home! Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful stay.

There is “NO” customer service, they want you to do everything via e-mail or text messages! I will stand in line at the counter next time so I can get problems resolved! Good luck with this place

Nice place to stay, relatively close to downtown. Given it stays cheaper to a downtown hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
