Great location and apartment. A very nice stay overall. Loved the harbour and canal that the property overlooks and the apartment was fabulous as well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay and friendly service. The apartment was lovely and bright and oh so big, with everything that we needed including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and many other appliances and amenities. Kitchen was larger than my kitchen at home and fully equipped. Wonderful herringbone wooden floors in the bedrooms as well that just gave the place that extra element of class and sophistication

No heat in the middle of winter! Brought us 2 space heaters for the bedrooms after 3 nights of cold. And so many other things were broken: hair dryer, electric sockets, dishware…They would only give us one blanket and one bath mat. One of us slipped and fell because both showers left large amounts of water on the floor. There was absolutely nothing “luxury” about it: from the 30+ minute wait to check in, to the 2 rolled up wet towels on each of the 2 beds, waiting 4 days to get a second key that didn’t even include the card to enter the building, to the total lack of any amenities except some teabags a bit of instant coffee and sugar that appeared to have dirt in it. Each bedroom came with 2 scratchy towels and one hand towel. The soap and shampoo dispensers were almost empty, the TV didn’t work for us, and there was not a single piece of information on anything. After we complained about the lack of heat and all of the broken items, the manager came and told us the floors in the bedrooms heated up. He turned a switch on the floor and then quickly left. But they didn’t function and there was still absolutely no heat. The space heaters were dangerous and a joke. We placed them next to our beds so we could sleep better, but the rest of the apartment had no heat either. Our complaints were basically ignored except for bringing some dry towels and the space heaters after several days. The “manager” was worthless. I would rate it a MINUS 10. Stay away!

Stayed 4 nights

Pro: The property was spacious and comfortable. Within 20min walk to main V&A waterfront. Con’s: Messaged week prior to stay to book airport shuttle as advertised- but no response. Day before stay finally told to book uber. Was told not to go to address that was in ad. Was sent to another building across the road. Wasn’t given a proper address, which caused confusion with taxi driver. A lot of the light switches didn’t work, and couldn’t change air conditioning unit. Cabinet in kitchen was damaged. No close by groceries store to be able to buy milk ect.

I have stayed in these before and it's hit and miss with the rooms. The room this time around was very tired and run down. Things were broken and worn out and there were problems with the windows that were not resolved during my stay. If these all got sorted then the property is good and an excellent location for working at the centre.
