Does not have a true shuttle service and that was the reason we selected the property. Seems like the shuttle only runs every few hours so you are left waiting at airport unnecessarily for hours. We opted for taxi/uber instead. It is not a true hotel with a front desk. It is more of an office building and they turned one office into a sleeping room. It did have a queen bed, a fold out cot and a day bed. The queen bed was only inches off the floor and was difficult for an old person to get out of.The table/chairs showed lots of wear. Another table was more of a computer table. There were lots of electric outlets and ethernet ports along with a large communications cabinet in the room. Overall, with a room this large it would have been nice to have a couch to sit in while watching television. Shower floor was so slippery when wet we had to use a towel on floor to prevent falling.

It’s a place to spend a few hours to catch the flight out of airport. The shuttle service runs on their schedules. For a 4AM departure, the shuttle picked us up at 23:45. We were hoping to schedule one at around 2AM, but their best pick up was 23:45.

The only issue revolved around our airport shuttle. We were originally given 2 options 3:45am or 5 am. We chose the 5 am. This was updated to 4:30 after our arrival. It was changed again to 4:15 at 11:30 the night before we were to leave. Unfortunately this was well after we had gone to bed. We woke up with approximately 20 minutes to get ready. Changing time is fine but it was quite late to make the change. Everything else was excellent

Just know this is a virtual service hotel. No front desk. The free airport hotel airport shuttle appears to run twice a day. We took the 1030am shuttle in order to make our 525pm international flight from Athens, Greece to NYC. Shuttle took our accommodations equipment for free. Room was big and clean. Wonderfully got an early check-in at noon as the room was available. Has elevator. Some restaurants walkable. Download Athens app for reasonable taxi rates. Small markets nearby. Bed minimalist, mattress very firm. Only truly objectionable room item was sofa. There is also a third single bed, same room. We stayed 1 night for an airline ticket the following day. Would stay there again for an over-nighter. This is beyond the suburbs Athens. There is nothing to see here but this transfer was fine for 1 night.

Overall the hotel was good as a venue and offered clean room with basic facilities. However the biggest disadvantage is that is not offering regular transfers to the airport. In my case they offered at 8 or at 10 in the morning and I had to take a taxi and pay myself 25 euros to get to the airport at 9.15 that I wanted. Pity.

Room was very clean and comfortable. There was one small problem with a leak in the hot water tank but it would not stop me from staying again. The shuttle to and from the airport was absolutely wonderful. Seamless pick up both ways and it was so nice not to have to navigate transportation after landing. I would recommend for a place close to the airport and a quick stay over to catch another plane. Was perfect for what we needed.

I booked this property through Expedia to stay near the airport, but the experience was alarming and unsafe. A few hours before arrival, I was told I had to submit my passport over WhatsApp in order to check in. Already in transit, I had no choice but to comply, which raised serious privacy concerns. When we arrived, the situation was worse: no reception or staff, the front door lock was broken so anyone could enter, and the rooms were makeshift, dirty, and full of mold. Within minutes we were coughing from the air. It looked nothing like a real hotel, more like offices converted into unsafe “rooms.” For our health and safety, we left immediately in the middle of the night, booked another hotel through Expedia, and paid for a taxi. Even the taxi driver said he regularly picks up guests fleeing this property. This was a very distressing experience on what was otherwise a beautiful trip. Travelers deserve to be protected from unsafe listings like this.

This place was ok for a one night stay between flights in Athens. Communication and the transport between airport and apartment building was great. The main issues were the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the toilet bidet was leaking on the bathroom floor, and there was hair left in the shower drain. We would probably not stay here again, but if you don’t have high expectations you will be ok for a quick stay.

It was actually a former office. They converted office space to a hotel and the shower was basically in the livingroom. You could feel the springs in the couch. But it was cheap and had an airport shuttle.

Very large, clean apartment approximately 4 miles from the airport. The unit has the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The mattress was quite hard so if are a side sleeper, ask for an extra comforter or mattress topper. Overall, a very good deal.

This place is just an office converted into a suite. The beds mattress were very hard and the frame was noisy, this not to mention the noisy air conditioning and the lack of a proper shower. To stay in this place you need a phone and internet connection or the ability to make calls or receive txt. No lobby or contact with any personel from the hotel other than txt, emails, WhatsApp or calls. This is just a room to stay close to the airport. I have to say that t was a clean and safe, and the shuttle to the airport helped.

This is an office 'converted' into a hotel room with almost no amenities. They advertise 'kitchen' which is absurd as there's no oven, cooktop, microwave or even a burner to be able to warm up any food. Bed is quite uncomfortable and I couldn't get hot water in the morning, barely warm. The transportation included was good, comfortable and efficient. Everything else really needs a serious upgrade.

Poor communication. Was unable to access room because we did not get lockbox code. Called and asked for it and they said they were waiting for passport info and once i pointed out that was done the day before they just said oh sorry. As for the room, the bed is like sleeping on a hard board, no microwave and very odd setup. The shower is outside of the bathroom and across from the kitchen with no area for privacy. The shower wouldn't be an issue for couples but since i was traveling with my mother and adult daughter it was awkward. Also they state free airport shuttle but when i tried to arrange it they said it was booked so we had to arrange for a taxi.

This property felt like a bate and switch. The rooms had exactly what they said would be there but it’s obviously a converted office building. The surrounding neighborhood was odd, many abandoned lots interspersed with apartments. We didn’t feel unsafe, just felt off.The rooms were clean but needed paint. The furnishings were sparse at best . Check in instructions came via What’s App. Fortunately from other reviews I knew to look for them. The first shuttle driver was extremely rude! Our return driver left us at arrivals. We had to navigate our way to departures dragging our luggage. Overall - this was a place to sleep before a morning flight but i would not stay here again

This was an odd place - converted commercial/office space very sparsely furnished and pretty depressing, but very clean w/ good AC and quiet neighborhood with cafe one block away for morning coffee. The mattress was terrible and the couch as well. It was OK for just one night before departing Athena as very close to the airport and free shuttle was definitely a plus

The owners made our experience so nice and comfortable. They allowrd us to check into one of our rooms eatly so we had a place to keep our luggage. I’ve never stayed at a hotel without on-site reception before so I was a little apprehensive. However, communication with the property was great and thorough via WhatsApp. The room was very nice and its location was a godsend because of its proximity to the airport. The shuttle drivers were friendly even the one who had to pick me up at 3:45 am for an early flight.

I booked this property through Expedia to stay near the airport, but the experience was alarming and unsafe. A few hours before arrival, I was told I had to submit my passport over WhatsApp in order to check in. Already in transit, I had no choice but to comply, which raised serious privacy concerns. I applaud this property for their easy communication, clear instructions and efficient shuttle service. The apartment is clean and has the necessities. The area is sketchy at night but the building and apartment are secure. Just he aware that there are no active businesses or residents in the area after dark. Great place for young people who want a great bargain (safe,clean,necessities).

The studio we booked is separate from the hotel. There is no reception at the location we stayed at. We got instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in. The lock box with our keys was hard to see after dark which we needed a combo for. We had to walk on dangerous streets to get there from the main hotel location. Its not a Hotel. A few apartments are rented by the GK guys and offered as service apartments. The bathroom didnt have privacy. No seperate bedroom ...a large L shaped hall with 2 twins and 1 large bed - no privacy. Transport company was rude and schedules pickup and transport at their own convenience.

Communication was very bad. They had arranged the shuttle at the wrong time even though we sent clear instructions. The pick up shuttle did not have AC and we had to wait in there for 25 min for other passengers. If I knew this we would have just used uber. No communication about check in until I called that day before boarding my flight. The morning of shuttle arrived 20 min late when I messaged him for a status they said, we tried to call you? Just answer my question where is the shuttle? Room had no issues was fine for my family but would never book again unless there was a reception.

Just know this is a virtual service hotel. No front desk. The free airport hotel airport shuttle appears to run twice a day. We took the 1030am shuttle in order to make our 525pm international flight from Athens, Greece to NYC. Shuttle took our accommodations equipment for free. Room was big and clean. Wonderfully got an early check-in at noon as the room was available. Has elevator. Some restaurants walkable. Download Athens app for reasonable taxi rates. Small markets nearby. Bed minimalist, mattress very firm. Only truly objectionable room item was sofa. There is also a third single bed, same room. We stayed 1 night for an airline ticket the following day. Would stay there again for an over-nighter. This is beyond the suburbs Athens. There is nothing to see here but this transfer was fine for 1 night.

Apartment was clean and roomy, the furnishings were basic but it had all the necessary amenities, and it was very close to the airport—their shuttle was auper convenient. Reception was available at a nearby hotel and they were extremely helpful, they did everything to make our stay pleasant and to help us find a place to eat, etc.

Easy access with a lockbox into the hotel- nothing fancy, but clean, spacious and everything you need. The shuttle accommodation to the airport was great and very helpful. There's some good restaurants within a 5 minute taxi ride as well.

The shuttle service to pick us up was on time and the driver was very friendly. the accomodations are the top floor of an office building. no dining options in the area. the room was very clean. the bed was not comfortable at all. very hard and did not allow for a good nights sleep. the shower was not your typical shower as it had a shower head hand held. overall it was ok for value

Remote check-in was successful but could be improved. We were contacted via WhatsApp, e-mail and through the Hotels.com app. It seemed a bit elaborate just to arrange a lockbox code. In other aspects, the room was very good and clean. There were some menus for several nearby restaurants. We ate at “Grill House” twice as they had a nice dinner and super-good staff. There are several other choices of restaurants including breakfast. The area around the hotel was quiet, walkable and safe.

I would never book this place again It’s not a hotel. It’s not close to the airport as advertised. It’s down a dark road, no sign, no lobby, nobody there! Long ride from the airport. I thought it was a set up. Stayed a few hours and left.

With limited near airport options, this is a good affordable option for an overnight need. Shuttle service availability or flexibility takes my rating of the experience down.
