Ideal location off a main road so quiet but right at the centre of everything. Great roof top cocktail bar. Very wide selection for breakfast, though standard of cuisine perhaps not its strength (Croque Madame does not have bacon and lettuce and is not made with Mozarella). But bedroom facilities were faultless, shower was amazing and location was ideal.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location at a calm side street in a very centric location. First class service with a welcoming touch. There are also great saunas (just beware the floors that are extremely slippery), relaxing zone and a gym at the hotel. Tasty breakfast with plenty of variety.

Top score across the board in all categories but the highlight is definitely the breakfast which is an all time favourite of ours. Only thing missing in this hotel is a pool, otherwise it is world class!

I’m really glad we chose to stay at Puro. The location is fantastic—very walkable and close to everything in the Centrum area, all the way down to the Old Town. There are plenty of great restaurants and places to eat just steps away from the hotel. Our room was comfortable and well-designed. The only feedback I have is that there wasn’t enough space to store our clothes. We stayed for a week in November and brought quite a bit with us. Keeping everything in our suitcases wasn’t ideal, especially since there wasn’t much room to place the luggage except on the bed. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. The staff spoke English, which made communication super easy. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The tablet is great but no one explained the thermostat and it’s not connected to the tablet and hard to discover on your own. Spent a night freezing. Hated the lack of coffee in the room. Appreciated the heated bathroom floor, the hotel spa (steam room and sauna), and the friendly hotel staff. Wi-Fi access is annoying because it doesn’t automatically stay connected on your phone and you have to keep signing back in.

Beautiful modern hotel in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was heavenly. The hotel sacrifices style for function, however. The highly automated digitized room settings took some time to understand. There was no room for luggage and no plug-in for USB 2 Type A cables. Very little drawer space forced me to keep my things in my luggage. And no face cloths - an easy fix.

Veldig fint og ryddig hotel. Alle rom er med veldig høy standard. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Veldig god mat på restauranten nede i første etasje. Helheten ødelegges dessverre av bar oppå takterrasse. Ukompetente servitører som kranglet både med meg og mine gjester som hadde lyst å ta en drink eller 2. Ikke hjelpsomme og viser null interesse for gjester. Ventetid på drinker tar evighet.

Pent hotell med rene og pene rom, og flott interiør. God beliggenhet i Warszawa sentrum med gangavstand til gamlebyen. Litt dårlig kundeservice. Roomservice stenger 22:00 og etter dette er det svært vanskelig å bare få seg en flaske vann. Rooftop-baren var utrolig treg og lite hjelpsom. Vi måtte vente 20 minutter for to flasker vann i baren. Men god frokost med greit + utvalg.

Fantastico hotel close to the city centre for shopping and restaurant . Clean and modern room. Good WiFi Staff really polite Coffee machine for free in the lobby The only issue is that they can’t serve beer on draft after 10pm because available only in the main restaurant at the ground floor (closing at 10pm)

Hôtel très bien situé dans l hyper centre de Varsovie. Très joliment décoré au niveau du lobby ou des chambres. Très confortable au niveau de la literie. Nous recommandons également le restaurant Magari de l hôtel, plats italiens succulents. Nous avions déjà testé ce restaurant à Gdansk.
