Todo estuvo excelente, atención de primera, hotel limpio y tranquilo, bien ubicado, moderno, lo único que no estuvo bien es su convenio de estacionamiento, muy caro y mal servicio del lugar, por ese detalle no regresaría

Es un hotel increíble, el tema que si afecta bastante y creo por esa razón no vuelvo es el estacionamiento, pero es un hotel precioso.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perla Boutique. Everything was amazing. Diana at the front desk offered us perfect service. The rooms were very well decorated and high-tech. Be sure to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool.

This hotel is a gem - great location, very beautiful and comfortable rooms, great staff. The rooftop deck and pool are lovely.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very modern with tons of thoughtful details. The beds were comfy, the nest system very easy to use with one tablet to control everything in the room, the lights, tv, blinds and temperature. We had a bathtub! A beautiful standalone bathtub and a shower, a huge shower! Oh and the toilet…it was automatic and heated! We spent an afternoon in the gorgeous heated pool, what a delight. The sparkling tiles, the views, I wished we could stay longer! The staff were beyond accommodating, super friendly and sincerely interested in making our stay the best ever and they did! It truly was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I have been to 48 countries so I’ve stayed in a few hotels!

Un hotel con una maravillosa ubicación y una inversión formidable tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes, solo que no tiene estacionamiento! Me eh quedado en hoteles boutique del centro de puebla y absolutamente todos tienen el tema del estacionamiento resuelto. El estacionamiento se encuentra a 2 cuadras pero no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, responsabilidad de que si a tu vehículo le sucede algo, lo tienes que arreglar con el estacionamiento directamente (buena suerte) y si tienes la desgracia de llegar en lunes el valet ese día descansa, si el hotel resolviera el tema del estacionamiento sería perfecto. Durante nuestra estancia les hacía falta personal y por eso el área de alberca estaba sin atender. Hotel: 8/10 Habitación: 10/10 Ubicación: 10/10 Amenidades: 2/10 Estacionamiento: 0/10

A fantastic hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace.

Very large, beautiful room. Front desk folks were very helpful. Location was great for museums and the cathedral. Surrounding restaurants were excellent and plenty of shopping. The roof top deck was really nice, although the pool was small. The weather wasn't great for me, but a cocktail up there would be super cool. I would definately stay there again!

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We chose that hotel, because it looks pretty, rooms look fancy and full of modern technology. Airconditioner and pool. When you look closer a lot of problems arise. Bidet has remote control.Push of the button would do what button says, nope... you can push the buttons all day, nothing is going to work.The shower drains very slow and you always standing in the sopy dirty water. The linens are good, the bunch of different pillows on the bed, but none was comfortable. The bed looks like it would be an awesome bed, but unfortunately it's not. The bed is just ok. It's very hot in Puebla for the last week. We were exciting to celebrate in airconditionered room. Room has fancy climate system shows that you can make your room very cold, but in reality it never goes lower than 22С/ 72 F .We planned to go to the pool at 9 am, when it opens, to catch a cooler part of the day. At 9:00 am pool was dirty with hair and milky water. The maintenance said 5 min. At 9:10 nothing changed and how could it? The pool was very dirty! We knew it's going to take whole lot more than even 30 min or an hour, so we left. As we were leaving the maintenance guy again says to wait 5 min lol. They give you 2 coffee pods and additional pod is $1.75. We didn't ask for special treatment, but for good service we paid for. We didn't get it.At the check out they asked to wait for them to check if we took anything from the room. Find another hotey to stay in Puebla

Hermoso hotel, con excelente atención. Fernanda, la administradora, está al pendiente de todos los detalles y de que estés a gusto y tengas todo lo que necesites. María de recepción fue muy atenta en todo momento, al igual que Martha, quien nos hacía favor de mantener limpia la habitación. Me gustó que tuvieran la atención de ofrecerte agua a tu llegada, y tener montado un servicio de pan y café. La alberca y el jacuzzi de 10, en general una muy grata experiencia.

Very good hotel located steps away from the Zocalo. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, with fancy remote to control lighting, TV, A/C and blackout shade. A few steps to go from the elevator to the bedrooms might be inconvenient to some. The entrance is not on the street mentioned as the hotel address, so it's a bit confusing at first. But I would stay again without hesitation in that hotel and recommend it to friends and family.

No hay estacionamiento , ni valet para el auto, si hablas antes al hotel ni te avisan, hay que buscar donde dejar tu auto y que te reciban con pensión, lo cual sale súper caro , además de lo que pagas de la noche de hotel . Demasiado ruido, se escuchan como lavan los platos del restaurante desde la habitación , se escucha la música del restaurante, y el ruido de la habitación de a lado , huele a cigarro en los pasillos de las habitaciones . La gerente del hotel se puso a discutir conmigo , me alzó la voz , súper grosera . No nos quisieron hacer devolución nos cambiaron de piso y peor todavía , por la noche se escucha una bomba con ruido súper fuerte que no te deja dormir . No regresaría nunca, el peor hotel que he visitado y aparte feo . De paso si te toca balcón se ponen a cantar a todo volumen en u, restaurante que da al parque . Pésimo servicio cuando llegas , pésima disposición en todos los sentidos y súper groseros . Parece hotel de quinta .

Te stay was less than pleasant. The managment doesn't take responsibility for not providing services, not keeping promises that made over and over and were broken over and over. Horrible customer service. Called for the one towel waited 15 min called front deck again waited 10 min and used hand towel after taking shower. 15 min after taking shower cleaning lady knock on the door with the towel..

There is supposed to be a 24/7 security guard to let you into the hotel at night when they lock the doors. There was no guard to let us in, leaving us outside in the middle of the night for quite some time. There was also an issue with our door, so electronic keys would not work and the staff had to walk to our room with a master key to let us in our last two days there. There was no hot water the first two days. Anytime I’d make a request (for bottled water, for example), they would say yes then never fulfill the request. It was a very frustrating stay.

You must stay at this hotel if you visit Puebla. The staff is truly incredible and made our time at the hotel. Everything was better than expected and we will definitely be coming back! The location, the room, the rooftop, everything was so beautiful and clean! Thank you again!!

Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.

High tech room with cool decoration

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location close to all the sights. My stay was close to perfect except for one issue, which is not under the hotel's control. Every morning from 7-9am a very loud recording of toad sounds was played every 30 minutes or so and would make it impossible to sleep in. I booked the hotel to get a much needed restful sleep and was disappointed to be woken up like this during my stay. I know this is not the hotel's fault however I am sure other folks would want to know about this before booking.

Excellent room, quality bed, large bathroom, very spacious and quite new. The staff is the best, they really go out of their way to make your stay special. The general manager jessica definitely stands out as an amazing host. Cant go wrong here really...

The rooms on this property are absolutely beautiful. I was very much impressed by the entire experience and friendly service. Close to everything…but you must be experience those rooms.

Muy lindo hotel, la instalación del cuarto increíble, sobre todo el baño. Unico problema, es el ruido exterior porque está demasiado bien ubicado en el centro histórico, hay movimiento a todas horas. Muy serviciales, la terraza increible.

El lugar está elegante y de ensueño, la habitación, cómoda, amplia, pero acogedora y con mucho estilo. Vale la pena muchisimo. Tiene todo automático y electrónico, no tieme smart tv, pero si tiene sky basico, y realmente no se necesita más. Las cobijas y almohadas podrían estar un poco mas suaves, pues lo demas es perfecto!!! El baño es una cosa fantástica, y los 5 balcones, uno hasta en el la ducha, son una cosa magnifica viendo hacia el callejon del sapo, y la calle 7ote. La bañera en medio de la habitación, le da el toque perfecto. Es la habitacion más exclusiva del hotel y sin duda vale cada centavo de lo que cuesta. Ademas el staff del hotel es encantador, super accesible, la entrada estuvo disponible antes de las 3 pm, desde que llegamos sin poner ningun pero para el aerly check in, y en todo momento tienen una sonrisa. El unico inconveniente es que hay un poco de ruido los fines de semana por el mercado de antigüedades que se pone en el callejon desde muy temprano , pero vale la pena muchisimo y lo volveria a hacer sin chistar. El hotel NO tiene estacionamiento propio, y encontrar en la calle es complicado,pero hay un estacionamiento publico y por noche muy cerca.Ha sido la mejor experiencia de habitacion y personal de el hotel que he tenido. Definitivamente lo recomiendo como una noche recomantica en pareja , no te arrepentirás. Festejamos el cumple 45 de mi marido de la manera perfecta. Puebla nos supo mas rica esta vez y fue gracias a la estancia.

Excelente en habitaciones Terrible en servicios: 1 El recepcionista ausente tanto para mi ingreso como a la salida. El guardia tuvo que llamarle en dos ocasiones para que se presentara en recepción. 2 Hotels.com me madó mi itinerario y señalaba un anticipo, una srta. presente en recepción me indicó que no tenía convenio con Expedia y yo le pregunté ¿como fue posible que me hicieran mi reservación? 3 Me dieron un boleto de cortesía para 2 bebidas; Solicité un mezcal que el mesero me sirvió solo media onza y no era de buena calidad. La encargada del bar le reclamó al mesero que me hubiera servido de ese mezcal de supuesta buena calidad y el mesero fue por la botella que la encargada del bar yo merecía tomar. 4 No terminé la media copa que me sirvieron y abandoné el bar. 5 Evitense dar cortesías si van a resultar tan onerosas para el bar del hotel y así evitan maltrato y discriminación para el huesped.

The hotel’s location is perfect to walk around the historic center, and is in a quiet street which is great for those who don’t like too much street noise. Thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and welcome us with a smile.

This is a fabulosos hotel! It will be my main stay for years to come. I will use any excuse to come back (last time it was Talavera shopping). The hotel is modern, edgy but elegant, and no detall is lleft without attention. Super comfortable and in the middle of everything.

So close to the downtown, beautiful park and churches so much historic Places to see.

El Hotel está muy bonito, la comida es buena pero no espectacular. El servicio tarda un poco pero la atención es muy buena. Tuvimos un tema con ama de llaves pero el Hotel dio la cara y eso es lo que importa.

Sin duda el mejor hotel del centro histórico si se pudiera lo califico con 6 estrellas , las habitaciones espectaculares , la atención y la comida extraordinaria tanto en el rooftop y restaurante el desafuero que está en la Pb .. súper recomendable y si regresaría sin duda alguna.

The rooms were extremely well appointed. All rooms had different decor. Ultra modern design. The front desk three girls and the security fellow were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond their normal duties to help us. The view from the roof top restaurant was amazing. We did not use the beautiful pool or hot tub.

Me gusto la tecnología , decoración y amenidades del lugar, además de tener un excelente servicio y la ventaja de contar con el restaurante Desafuero abajo
