Villa Mesco

The rooms were clean but the waste issue was not nice. The kitchen was working well and the outside tables/chairs as well. The pool was very small and not in a good condition. The place is not good for small children. The road to the place was horribly, very challenging to get there by car and you need at least a SUV and even then difficult.The host was vey nice and helpful

Very pleasant all around

What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop.

We truly enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, well equipped and in a great location; walkable to town for dinners and shopping. The view from the porch and/or the balconies is absolutely stunning!

Paolo was an excellent host and this property is amazing. Paolo met us at the train station, along with a shuttle for us and our large group’s luggage. The shuttle was essential throughout our trip as this property is up a long and steep hill from the main town. The house is well kept and the accommodations were perfect - even had a changing table and crib for our toddler. The views are amazing and even in summer there was no need for AC given the constant and cool breeze. I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this house and the town of Levanto. We found Levanto a much more enjoyable town to stay vs the Cinque Terre towns.
