En cuánto a comodidad y limpieza todo estuvo excelente, el personal nos atendió muy bien ninguna queja hacía ellos. Los unicos detalles serían que el hotel se sobrevendió y al hacer check in tuvimos el detalle que nos cambiaron a una habitación que no pedimos, cuando hablamos al gerente lo solucionó bien y nos dió las habitaciones que eran, de las 5 albercas cuatro estaban muy frías tal vez considerar climatizar mas de una para tener una mejor experiencia.

No adults only areas as advertised (under construction) Extremely limited dining hours and options No room service available at all. Dining area when open is likely a long hike away Arrived at the beach on the FIRST Shuttle in the am, got no umbrella, and no Towel... nor were any available all day. We just paid for them. Nightlife is virtually non existant here, and you will not have ANY option being so secluded, unless you uber somewhere (i suggest JAX in bucerias) There was a bit of locals activities at the bingo hall of an emty bar but it was all panish, every night. We had newer rooms that were comfy and clean, modern. But 2 of our friends had older/bigger rooms with private pools that definately werent maintained as well and both rooms needed to be cleaned/maintained before they would check in. When we arrived we were shuttled all around the roperty without maps, to different buildings.. had no idea where anything was, that we were in different buildings (after requesting during booking 3 months in advance to be in the same area) 2 of our bags were lost in the shuttling for 24 hours , because over helpful shuttle drivers were just grabbing bags and taking them. All in all we paid for 4 nights... only stayed for 2. If you are spanish speaking and have a family and want some bland limited menus at precise hours, this is your place. Definatly not for english speaking seeking adults only or socializing

El estado de las albercas les falta mucho mantenimiento en Torre Zafiro. En esta temporada no tienen todos los restaurantes y bares abiertos. Solo los de Torre Zafiro durante el día y el restaurante temático por la noche Las habitaciones bastante bien. Mini bar debería estar mejor surtido tñya que solo tienen servicios hasta las 11 PM. En el Roof Garden de torre Zafiro está ameno y agradable el karaoke y bar muy buena atención. El desayuno buffet bastante bien y completo. La comida en general rica. Club de playa falta mejor atención del personal y que estén al tanto de cada uno. Hay que buscarlos. La playa está sucia y falta un poco más de seguridad. La comida espectacular.

El hotel en general no es malo, el problema es su falta de mantenimiento, tiene gran parte del azulejo despegado y filoso, pero lo más increíble es que tienen muy pocas toallas para la cantidad de usuarios. Todo el tiempo estábamos esperando que nos arrimaran toallas y podíamos durar hasta 2 horas esperando, la verdad no regresaría a ese hotel.

Es una lastima que una propiedad tan bonita la tengan tan descuidada y sobre todo que no le den mantenimiento y límpieza adecuada, la habitación estaba sucia; había etiquetas de ropa en el closet, la terraza había rastros de comida que no habían limpiado de tiempo atrás; la alberca privada de la habitación estaba súper sucia con pedazos de comida que habían dejado los huéspedes anteriores, las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas pero está todo muy descuidado y no dan la limpieza adecuada.

En general todo bien, pero la limpieza es FATAL, me hospedé cuatro noches y solo limpiaron la habitación en dos ocasiones y fue porque literal tuve que rogarles para que alguien lo hiciera y cuando por fin fueron la realizaron en 10 minutos evidentemente mal hecha (no limpiaron la taza del baño, dejaron cabellos en la regadera y no sacudieron los muebles). Otro punto negativo es que para trasladarte en las mismas instalaciones del hotel lo debes hacer con un transporte y tienes que esperar mucho (hasta 25 minutos) o caminar demasiado dependiendo en qué torre estés. La comida es buena y en general el personal es amable.

El restaurante con un precio, verdaderamente desproporcionado El aseo de la habitacion, mal hecho. Los platos del cafe sucios Cortesias, como shampoo, acondicionador, cepillos de dientes, incompletos.

Me gusto mucho la comida tanto en el hotel como en el club de playa, lo que no me gusto fue la limpieza, aún que si hacen todos limpieza en la habitación todos los días, no cambiaron las sábanas, el primer día noté pelos en las camas, al llegar a la habitación nótanos que no trapearon, fue lo único que no nos gusto.

this was our first time staying in this area. It was a nightmare. The front door did not work. Had to be replaced the lock. We had water dripping from the dining room and the main bedroom. The place was dirty no trash was ever thrown no beds wherever made outside where the pool was you could barely see through the glass protection. All inclusive was not all inclusive. We had one mill which was marinating in lamps. We basically lived off the snacks we bought at the airport. This was an all adults hotel. Woke up two days later to children’s splashing and yelling next to us. Daniel, the manager said sorry we had a wedding didn’t know where to put these families with kids. Daniel promised us a full refund as I was in tears two days later. Unable to leave due to high last minute flights upon arriving home we were told they were going to give us $400 out of our $4751 that we paid. Do not go here, you will regret it like we did. Hotels.com also did nothing. We are VIP members. We’ve been with them for years and paid them yet. They were unable to do nothing but give us back $200. Unfortunately, my time with Hotels.com has expired. And I will no longer be booking with them , after all these years never had any problems.com. Could not help us but keep our money. I don’t want to associate with them any longer. Again, beware of this hotel. Anything to eat costed us $50 one-way in a taxi. It was a nightmare. And prepare to handle your own Luggage once you arrive to the hotel

We were the only people at the main pool, serenity pool and at the dinner buffet (do not recommend lunch or dinner on property). Even though we had All inclusive, opted to go in town to enjoy our lunch and dinners in Bucerias and Sayulita (amazing little towns and worth exploring). Did get a good burger at the beach club, along with fish tacos. Bartenders were super cool and attentive. Disco/night club was advertised, but non existent. Other areas were also featured, but closed or not available. Have to take shuttles to beach club and surrounding. Spa at Delta Hotels was nearby and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Front desk clerk (Benita?) was extremely helpful. Room was spacious, but no heat, pressure or drainage in bathroom showers. It could be nice with a bit of TLC and some energy. First and last visit.

The property was well looked after and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food and drinks were fantastic. The property felt extremely safe. I would highly recommend this property to groups looking for a relaxing vacation. There was no fighting over pool loungers or long waits for restaurants like I've experienced at other resorts. A couple of minor drawbacks: poor wifi reception, many of the listed amenities were not available during our stay, no room service available, and having to shuttle between buildings created some delays. There were also no hair dryers in the room so I embraced my either wet or extremely wavy hair for the duration. Overall, I would stay here again with no hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was suitable with our own kitchenet, and balcony. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our suite. Hands down the staff made our stay! Big shout out to Jorge who was beyond fantastic, Argentinea and Jesus were wonderful as well. All the staff were truly exceptional! Some day we will be back.

No adults only areas as advertised (under construction) Extremely limited dining hours and options No room service available at all. Dining area when open is likely a long hike away Arrived at the beach on the FIRST Shuttle in the am, got no umbrella, and no Towel... nor were any available all day. We just paid for them. Nightlife is virtually non existant here, and you will not have ANY option being so secluded, unless you uber somewhere (i suggest JAX in bucerias) There was a bit of locals activities at the bingo hall of an emty bar but it was all panish, every night. We had newer rooms that were comfy and clean, modern. But 2 of our friends had older/bigger rooms with private pools that definately werent maintained as well and both rooms needed to be cleaned/maintained before they would check in. When we arrived we were shuttled all around the roperty without maps, to different buildings.. had no idea where anything was, that we were in different buildings (after requesting during booking 3 months in advance to be in the same area) 2 of our bags were lost in the shuttling for 24 hours , because over helpful shuttle drivers were just grabbing bags and taking them. All in all we paid for 4 nights... only stayed for 2. If you are spanish speaking and have a family and want some bland limited menus at precise hours, this is your place. Definatly not for english speaking seeking adults only or socializing

Overall the property is just okay, I only choose it cause it was a couple hundred less than other all inclusive resorts near by. Walls are paper thin, I was on the fourth floor and could hear people in the pool down on the second floor till late hours of the night. They also just choose random times to stop food services even though they give a little piece of paper with all the times written down, they don’t follow that. I wouldn’t also won’t choose this resort if you don’t speak Spanish, very limited people who speak English at the hotel. The views from my room were great though.

Muy mal servicio, nos dieron las habitaciones hasta las 5pm . No hicieron el cuarto 2 dias, el presonal no tenia nocion del hotel, pasamos añi nuevo y a las 9:30 ya casi nogabia comida, tenias q hacer reservacion para cenar y nadie re cimentaba eso la orimera noche no habia lugar y tuvimos q pelear para q nos dieran comida. Nos hicieron pasar muy malis dias ya al final decidimos no estar en el hotel. Las comidas es lo musmo tidos lis dias no hsy variedad ni en el desayuno. No regresaria Nunca

So, the front clerk upon arriving was not welcoming. The fan in the entrance patio was not working, neither was the jacuzzi so that was not good. One day we did not have maid service and the last day before we checked out they didn’t leave any coffee and clean the dirty dishes from the previous day. Other than that. Our villa was very comfortable and the place was very clean and vegetation felt like you’re in Hawaii, very beautiful. Transportation was quick to take us where we needed.

Le plus est l’emplacement et ses installations, plusieurs piscines. Si vous cherchez le calme et la relaxation c’est parfait, musique Chill en journée et vue magnifique depuis la piscine. Coté plage nous avons moins aimé mais ce n’est pas ça que l’on recherchait, on a passé nos trois jours au resort pour décrocher! Service impeccable !

The property was amazing. The views and a lot of pool areas. Not friendly for seniors and children with the amount of hills and different buildings being so far apart. The food and all inclusive is different make sure you understand the times available to eat. The grounds are a little remote but the area and close proximity to some awesome areas is great.

the resort is not near anything walkable. Dining options was limited to 1 place and that was the buffet. when trying to reserve the advertised restaurants, they were always closed. If you do not speak Spanish I would not recommend. you will just be frustrated.

If you decided to book here call ahead to find out what is actually available - this was NOT worth the money the food is only a buffet, no activities, no in room service like refill of sodas. I dont drink but doubt that is even worth the money. I would NEVER stay here again all inclusive is a lie and false advertisement and this hotel should not be advertising this establishment as an l inclusive.. The stove didnt work so couldnt even make something since the limited buffet was VERY limited. Spent more time on the phone and in the office trying to figure oout why things w3e3rent working even asked to go back to my originial room King suite because they didnt even heat up the pool on the terrace that I paid an extra $200 a night for. This whole place was a scam. All inclusive does not mean you sleep and eat buffet. NEVER WILL STAY AGAIN- staff could care less as well so convos went no where

Es un hotel de paso, jamas recomedado ñara una vacacion pesimo servicio poco personal, es imposible que tengan 1 solo bar al dia operando y abre a las 11 am... su "club de playa" igual de muy mala calidad y horario limitado. Alberca climatizada pero sin azulejo Cumplidor muy lejos de 4 diamantes como presumen... sugerencia tengan las instalaciones funcionando que caso tiene un hotel con todo cerrado.

El estado de las albercas les falta mucho mantenimiento en Torre Zafiro. En esta temporada no tienen todos los restaurantes y bares abiertos. Solo los de Torre Zafiro durante el día y el restaurante temático por la noche Las habitaciones bastante bien. Mini bar debería estar mejor surtido tñya que solo tienen servicios hasta las 11 PM. En el Roof Garden de torre Zafiro está ameno y agradable el karaoke y bar muy buena atención. El desayuno buffet bastante bien y completo. La comida en general rica. Club de playa falta mejor atención del personal y que estén al tanto de cada uno. Hay que buscarlos. La playa está sucia y falta un poco más de seguridad. La comida espectacular.

En el Roof Garden de torre Zafiro está ameno y agradable el karaoke y bar muy buena atención. El desayuno buffet bastante bien y completo. La comida en general rica. Club de playa falta mejor atención del personal y que estén al tanto de cada uno. Hay que buscarlos. La playa está sucia y falta un poco más de seguridad. La comida espectacular.

Resort was beautiful and very quiet! Very relaxing to the pools to the beach resort my family had a great time. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive and polite! Would recommend to everyone and will be back!

the resort is not near anything walkable. Dining options was limited to 1 place and that was the buffet. when trying to reserve the advertised restaurants, they were always closed. If you do not speak Spanish I would not recommend. you will just be frustrated.

This resort was booked all inclusive, but is not an inclusive hotel. Looks nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. I’m pretty sure the advertised ad on Expedia is the delta resort not the Matlali. I’ve been looking for away to contact Expedia to explain my concerns, but haven’t heard back. Matlali resort on Expedia is not correctly advertised, photos and all advertising is not the same resort.

Everything looked fine until I entered the small bedroom and the sofa was dirty and stained everywhere. The sheets on the sofa bed was also stained. The elevator broke down and we were stuck there until I forced the door open to get out. My daughter got scared and wouldn’t use the elevator for the rest of the stay.

The pools were kind of rundown they’re surrounding areas. There was a lot of dead trees in that in the kitchen. There was not enough silverware. I would read it overall maybe a two or three
