The pools were kind of rundown they’re surrounding areas. There was a lot of dead trees in that in the kitchen. There was not enough silverware. I would read it overall maybe a two or three

I had a last second reservation and a very late arrival. Ulysses, the night manager went above and beyond to help accommodate me and get me situated. Gave me a super room and I had an excellent night's sleep

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The service was amazing. The food was extremely yummy and the views were spectacular including views from our room and the upper pool.
