Excellent service by staff & food was varied & plentiful. Yoga & sound baths & massages were relaxing for adults & kids activities were well run & appreciated. The setting was quiet & lush with gardens & running water features. The beach was right there & provided an additional experience beyond the many pools on site. Social activities available every day & night.

Check in was terrible. Carlos received us very bad did not want to give us the room at 2:20 because checkin was at 3. Even thou after checkin they have to put a bracelet and explain the facilities. At all times they want to sell you time sharing packages, the pool has not enough places for alll the guests and the reserve spaces for the guest that pay more. Very uncomfortable. The rooms smell like piss, we had to change rooms It seems Carlos gave us the worst room in the hotel. How they welcome you at a hotel makes the difference between a good experience and a bad one. Will not stay here or any other hotel of the same chain.
