Gorgeous Infiniti Pool. Pool is heated and its needed this time of year in the mornings...love this touch. Beautiful Resort. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Octavio was great and we loved Antonio in the pool area who served us drinks and lunch around the pool. There are several pools to choose from but the infiniti pool is top notch. Beautiful property! Small and quaint with a fabulous walking beach. Food and drinks were delicious. Yoga Step was awesome. Loved the main infinity pool and watching the whales jump.

Loved the twice daily yoga classes, the infinity pool, beach, buffet breakfasts, full ocean view king suite. Didn't like the lack of nightly entertainment, no night club, the buffet was closed on most nights, the lack of dairy free choices on the restaurant menus as most items contained cheese, didn't like all the up charges on the menus. There should be more cardio fitness classes such as Step & Zumba. The one line dancing class was canceled. The ice bath challenge was unsanitary, using the same bath water for every participant. ,

The beaches and views are fantastic, one of the best in the bay. Getting pool chairs needs to be done before 8:AM as there are a lot of campers. This is common for big box resorts. House keeping was not consistent on replacing coffee supplies we had to call to ask for in room coffee many times. There weren’t many places that had air conditioning and both restaurants required reservations. We were there for 7 days and the roof top restaurant which was very nice was only opens once. If you want fantastic beaches with kids this is likely your place. If you want a stepped up VIP experience I would recommend their sister property in Nuevo Vallarta called Marival Distinct.

Nice property. Nice beach. Far from any outside activities. They need more chairs at the pool but a great vacation. Try to get a room that backs to one of the smaller pools. It's like your own private pool. Food was good. Lots of options.

122 actually stairs from the lobby to the beach. If accessibility or mobility is an issue, this hotel might not be right for you. Pools are heated and staff is very friendly. It's frustrating to sign a fake bill Every time you eat at an all inclusive. That needs to be done with right away! Some areas are off limits unless you become a member which is a time share. You're not using a cabana or any hot tubs/jacuzzi even tho you can see them but not use them without the time share membership . Room cleaning is good but they will likely come in your room several times a day. Good luck getting more than 1 soda or water once a day and snacks in the room are one time only we found out. Dining is an issue. Food is average and occasionally good and they have 3 restaurants. Buffet and two others you need reservations for. Getting a reservation is relatively easy but why do you need to go every day and wait in line for 15 mins to get the reservation. They can do better for sure with that. They serve Pepsi just so you are prepared, bring your own reusable bottle! Massage people nearby on the beach are awesome and it's 45 per person. Beds are relatively comfortable and the pizza is pretty good. Use Uber not the taxi and save yourself about $90 from the airport to the hotel. No really nighttime entertainment and no shows available. Crowd this week was mostly 50 .

Armony is lovely, a great place to unwind. This is a smaller resort with class. The activities were excellent ie: Watsu, yoga etc. they have some unique experiences worth trying. The spa has some unique experiences as well, I highly recommend trying one. Many pools, very clean, pool side service excellent. Beach is also lovely, and the sand is not rocks like other parts of PV. ( plus) Friendly and respectful staff. My only negative feedback is the lobby bar menu does not clarify what’s included in all inclusive drinks and what is extra. They need to amend menus to indicate top shelf/ extra costs may apply ie tequila. Also they constantly chase you down to sign $0 bills. They print paper and have you sign your name and room number, not the norm for all inclusive members and a waste of paper and staffs time. Your braclet and room number should be enough to confirm you are all inclusive ( not the euro plan). Aside from that small annoyance -great resort.

Property is very aesthetically appealing. Beach is so soft and clean. Staff are very friendly, shout out to Mario for being fantastic and promptly taking care of our drink and food by the pool orders! Definitely worth a visit if you are heading to this part of Mexico. We enjoyed the Sound Therapy, Massages and games by the pool.

Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Ana and Alex from entertainment were great! The pool bar was awesome, but it was hard to find chairs near the pool as they'd all be taken early in the morning. The buffet never disappointed, but I would have loved some more a la carte options (and for larger portions at these restaurants). Overall a very relaxing stay with a clean beach and good access to the ocean.

The property itself is beautiful. We tried booking transportation to and from the airport on the property’s website, that was a mess we ended up being directed to a life alert line. Ended up taking a taxi ride from airport to the hotel approximately a 40minute taxi ride $92 later. Arrived to the hotel to immediate construction in the front of the hotel. Got to our room at 9pm to a HORRIBLE smell, the worst chemical smell imaginable. Called the from they said they would come put “tablets” in the vent. That didn’t help. We then learned the time share next door shares facilities and it’s impossible to get a chair by the pool unless you are willing to get up at 6am and wait at the chair. Food was good, every night a different option at the buffet. The staff is friendly. The sewage smell now in a new room and throughout the property is not good at all. Loved the pool and the view it was so beautiful but the array of odors at this resort and lack of chairs by the pool is disappointing.

El servicio estuvo muy mal, no nos limpiaban diario los cuartos, no había pantuflas, ni gorras de baño, ni las amenidades que supuestamente tienen, tuve que pedir la bolsa de playa que supuestamente había en la habitación. El servicio de restaurantes estuvo demasiado lento. Se me rompió una copa y tardaron 2 días en limpiar los vidrios. No rellenaban el servibar diario. Tenía que hablar para que me mandaran toallas limpias. El Aqua bar de la alberca estuvo funcionando hasta el día siguiente que llegamos en la tarde. Para ser un hotel 4 diamantes no cumple ni con lo mínimo

En cuanto a limpieza hay muchos detalles muy visibles, cortinas en mal estado y el restaurante la brise tiene los vidrios muy sucios. El atractivo es ver el mar y los vidrios están sucios. La atención del personal es muy deficiente, no tienen espíritu de servicio, tienes casi que exigir que te atiendan. En pocas palabras te ignoran. La comida está bien a secas, para ser un 4 diamantes no hay muchas opciones. La recepción nunca contesta y cuando lo hace no te da muchas opciones para solucionar tus problemas. La habitación se nos entregó a las 4.30 de la tarde, pero si exijen que la dejes a las 12 en punto y ya no te dejan comer, solo te dan una hora más para quedarte y una sola bebida que llaman cortesía. A pesar que desde la reserva y en el check in indicamos que veníamos de aniversario nunca hubo algún detalle conmemorativo a la celebracion Hemos visitado muchas veces sus hoteles hermanos ( marival distinc) y nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia tan terrible. Pensamos que por ser hotel solo adultos sería una experiencia mejor, pero nos equivocamos. Lastima ya que el hotel es muy bonito en sus áreas pero le falta personal y el poco que tiene no está bien capacitado en amabilidad y servicio.

Loved the location and the layout of this resort. The grounds are spectacular and the beach is beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom Bahia suite in building 3. It was great - clean and extremely spacious. Housekeeping was good, but somewhat inconsistent (some days they didn't come). Some minor maintenance issues like drains not draining and having no hot water for a day and a half, but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. Our biggest disappointment was the food. I am vegan and was assured before, during and after booking that they could accommodate my dietary needs. While they did accommodate, the ONLY options were fresh fruit, salads, and pasta with tomato sauce. This got very tiring after a few days. Our expectations were higher give what we'd paid and because this is labelled as a "luxury", "wellness" resort. There was little to no plant based proteins available in any restaurant (plain almonds at breakfast buffet and on 2 days only there were beans at the salad bar). My partner (not vegan) found the other food, in general, mediocre. Definitely room for improvement with the food options, overall. Service was mostly good. This resort has a lot of potential but, for us, did not meet the requirements to be considered "luxury" as it is named.

Absolutely enjoyed this place! The view, the well manicured grounds, the pools, beach just steps away made this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views! A very attentive staff that made our stay fantastic! I have only one complaint, and that is more to the initial description of the Hotel on Expedia, that it was an Adult All Inclusive. It was a great All Inclusive but there were several families with kids. Although the kids were all great and we had a wonderful time, Expedia needs to remove the Adult Hotel description.

La playa de este hotel es increíble, las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal es muy amable sobre todo el señor José de seguridad del área de albercas Las condiciones del hotel son muy buenas aunque para el tamaño pareciera que falta personal y la limpieza del hotel es un punto que se podría mejorar.. ya que la primera noche las sábanas olían a humedad y los vasos en ocasiones estaban sucios

Beautiful resort, spacious rooms - our 1 br suite had two full bathrooms, which was amazing! Loved the 2 mile stretch of walkable beach at our footsteps. Infinity pool was heavenly with so many whales! Food was great. Service was wonderful. Loved it all!

Our accommodation in the one-bedroom suite with partial ocean view was amazing, in a super convenient location within the property but also with enough privacy. The service from all the staff was exceptional. We will definitely return there again.

Internet never worked, fridge didn’t get drinks cold. We asked twice for solutions and didn’t get none or any interest on solving. The property is amazing, accesible to everybody, nice pools, beautiful beach. Could use more staff at the restaurants.

Property is beautiful! It is pretty isolated though so as long as staying in the resort is fine otherwise it’s a bit of a treck to other places. AC in the rooms cannot be controlled. So it’s pretty cold. Very humid if turning it off. We asked to get control to make it warmer and even though we could increase the temperature it actually did nothing. They cleaned our room daily but never replaced shampoo, soap etc. good luck getting a lounge by the pool, especially the main infinity pool that has the pool bar. Unless you want to get up at 7am and go leave a bag and a towel there, you’re not getting a lounge and can try your luck at the other pools and miss the ocean view. Staff is super friendly and nice, but it took forever to get a drink so it was way faster to just go to the bar. Food was ok but almost impossible to make resos at the couple of restaurants, so buffet was the most reliable option. Overall it was fun but was hoping for more activities. Overall was a good experience for my first time in an all inclusive and it was great to be in an adult only resort.

The resort and location was beautiful, however we had a good size suite but nothing in the refrigerator or snacks it was nit stocked by the time we entered our room. I was made aware that i should of had snacks and beer by the other 8 people i traveled with. Also the inconvenience of not having reservations for 10 people at essence restaurant. We had to bribe the concierge person and we were sat inside where the kitchen and staff are. Everyone else was dining outside. The service was slow, the drinks and food took forever.

We have reserved a one-bedroom suite oceanfront (as in Expedia options). We had also requested a top-level corner suite. We were given a corner suite on the second floor of four stories and our oceanfront was replaced with partially Oceanview to the roof of their buffet restaurant. Once we complained, we were shown a much smaller suite Oceanview which we refused. They also said their fourth floor is full, which we found out not only the fourth floor but most of their suites were vacant!!!

We reserve one bed room, and received a two bed room with a BAD SMELL AND MOLD ON THE CURTAINS

We stayed here for our honeymoon & let me start by saying we will be back!! The property, food and service were amazing! We started our stay in a large suit and noticed a slight mold smell and had to move rooms for the night to have the issue resolved. The staff took care of us & made the swap amazing and smooth and we ended up having an uninterrupted ocean view and it was a dream!! This is our favourite resort ever!!!

Beautiful lush tropical grounds, and our king suite was large, well appointed and very comfortable with an excellent ocean view (which of course we paid for). Upon check in, be aware they’ll try to book you for the standard “timeshare” presentation. In addition, our tower 4, 2nd floor room was right across from a major construction improvement, which I only wish we’d have been made aware of, as it made siesta quiet nap afternoons impossible. I’m sure we wouldn’t be the only ones to point out that the main pool loungers are woefully inadequate, leaving more spots for “member owners” only. The daily buffet selection and staff were top notch, as well as the two reservation-only dinner restaurants. This place is truly a paradise, with a wonderfully walkable shoreline and beach location.

Overall, my husband and I had a good stay at the Armony. Positives include the property and grounds. Beautiful landscaping, interesting pool and lounging options, beautiful, secluded beach area, food and service. Least liked was the daily barage of annoying music you could not escape from. Our room was located right above one of the restaurants and loud, drunk women were there a couple of nights, so we could not have our door opened to the ocean breeze.

Gorgeous property with a terrible staff. Really aggressive time sure pitch, employees get paid $150 for each of you that they convince to attend the 90 min presentation, and promise the moon to get you there, even If they are lying. 3 day stay, and was told “No” at least 100 times: No, we don’t have Prosecco, no you can’t have a dinner reservation until 9pm, no you can’t use that pool area, no you can’t have more than 2 pillows in your room! Food was mediocre at best, but the cocktails were good, once you could get the staff to stop talking only with each other, or to get off their phones.

We stayed for 5 days. The roads leading to the resort were terrible. Upon arriving however it was clean and staff was super nice. They do try to get you in on their timeshare but it wasn’t pushed the rest of the time of our stay. The food choices were extremely limited but was available any time you want. For a fine dining experience we were disappointed with the food at Divum. The resort overall was a relaxing environment. We had a $250 resort credit and did numerous things within the resort to include use of spa, room service, store, etc. Upon checking out, we asked to get the credit applied but was told we needed coupons for the credit. The resort nor Expedia provided coupons. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We were quite disappointed overall with our experience and to end without some understanding of the resort credit added to the disappointment. Don’t stay here!

The property was beautiful and inedible clean. I loved the pools and beach access. I didn’t understand why I always had to provide my room number, sign a check and leave a tip if I was staying at an all-inclusive resort and was wearing a wristband to show what I had already paid for. I didn’t like being convinced to sign up for a time share talk in the first 30 minutes of arriving. The staff acted Like they were going out of their way to provide extra services for us, but the truth is that we were put in a room with two double beds when we reserved a room with a king bed, the room didn’t have the beach bag that they said every guest could use during their stay, there were limited options for dinner, and I felt like I always had to tip the staff for whatever they did. I also felt the restaurant staff at each place we ate was understaffed and we waited quite a time to be served or even given menus.

The property was really nice. The staff however needs some serious work. The desk staff showed no urgency. It took us nearly an hour to check in. We had issues getting clean towels in the room and it seemed nearly impossible to get towels or any service on the beach. The staff that runs the surf shack kept trying to charge for things that were included which really bothered me. The wait staff at the restaurant were actually really good but beyond that almost every interaction with staff was a negative experience. For what we spent to stay here I would have expected them to treat us well, I expect that from this level of resort. We will most likely not return due to service.

Beach is pretty and allows for long walks. Felt very safe but my Airpods did go missing from our pool bag on the last day when our bag was unattended (maybe when we were at the swim up bar or beach) which was pretty disappointing. I did leave an honest and fair review upon arrival about my check-in experience and the personally found me at the pool to apologize and make it right. Sent a bottle of wine, chocolate strawberries and hand written note which was very much appreciated and above and beyond. I would recommend this resort.

It was an Amazing property! Everyone was super friendly. The resort felt safe and that was my biggest concerns. It was all inclusive and the food was very good! I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family.

For the amount of money we paid on this all inclusive I would have expected more. We stay at all inclusives in Mexico often and this was probably my least favorite. Our check in was disastrous with an extremely rude front desk staff. I literally have never dealt with this type of poor service upon check in. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice except for the sewer smell that came and went in our room. We did complain about it and they claimed they were overbooked and had no where to move us. The smell was horrendous! Food was just ok. Not many choices for lunch. It was either a buffet or pizza. I will say that everyone we dealt with at the resort was friendly and we had great overall service...except front desk. We also felt badgered to do the time share presentation from the guy who checked us in. He even called our room multiple times and followed us to breakfast. When we are on vacation we should not have to deal with this! One HUGE call out of exceptional service would be the bar off of the front lobby...in particular Elizabeth. She was just amazing! I would not stay here again for a variety of reasons stated above. Just not worth what we paid. And I obviously feel very strongly as this is the first review I have ever done on Expedia!

Most of the staff were nice and friendly. The sales team is very pushy and can't take no for an answer. We felt followed and hounded to buy into their timeshare. We initially listened to their sales pitch for the free massages, but it was not worth it. Don't get pulled into it. They bothered us for 3 days trying to get us to buy into it. That ruined our trip, it wasn't a nice getaway. We won't be going back there.

A great all inclusive to stay if you want fairly quiet. Food was good and the beach was amazing.

Amazing location. All of the amenities are top notch. Out room was super clean with amazing views. There was always great food selections. Infinity pool is awesome, never felt overcrowded which was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Easy to make dinner reservations. Would highly recommend to use Uber since taxis can be a bit more pricy if you are planning to move around to other attractions.

very nice accommodations fairly remote accessible via Uber or taxi. Staff was lovely. Food was good and very daily would have liked more restaurant options and more entertainment during the week however, overall very nice relaxing exclusive location will definitely visit again.

Simply wonderful. Exceptional staff. Beautiful property with ten-thousand great decisions on design, and planning. Great drinks too. Stunning. Only downside for some is that it is not close to PV itself - $100 cab ride - but for us that was just fine.

The staff were amazing. My phone did not work. But the room motifs were excellent, the buffet excellent and stunning sunset views. Good time. Too far away from the airport.

This property was a great staycation with everything all inclusive. Felt so comfortable doing everything and was always treated kindly. Only “bad” thing is that it’s far from the “downtown” area to visit but the resort had everything we needed and wanted.

Armony was beautiful. Everything about it, especially the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Literally the only thing that wasnt great was the road getting there after we left the highway. Really rough, but- would definitely go back! Visited in March 2024

All inclusives sometimes make me nervous about the food / drinks / service but all were amazing. The poolside food service had a large variety of food that was good! Not just the typical burgers and hotdogs. The drinks were real drinks with legitimate alcohol brands and fruit. All the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only note would be that they do not offer a lot of a la carte restaurant options but that did not matter to me and my family. We ate well at the buffet and had no issue with it. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean resort. Food was mediocre . Not many places to choose from to eat at each night , and if you didn’t make reservations then your only choice was pizza or room service which had a fee .

En general estuvo bien a secas, la atención del personal de recepción y concierge fue buena pero desafortunadamente tuvimos varias malas experiencias con la comida, una vez estaba muy desabrida, la siguiente fue en el menu japones que estaba saladisimo y en una ocasión a la carta que esperamos por mas de una hora y nunca nos sirvieron, creo que es algo en lo que podrían mejorar. Fuera de eso, todo bien con la habitación y amenidades.

The resort is only a few years old and has amazing foliage and very beautiful grounds that give it an exotic feel. The beach is well kept, calm and beautiful. The resort has multiple pools and secluded areas with great views. Faustino served us daily by the pool and his service was perfect. There are two main sit down restaurants. The essence restaurant alternates between Mexican and Mediterranean. It has a great ambiance with its secluded outdoor seating. The food is tasty and service by Luis and Fernando is great. Service at other areas around the hotel could be better. We came from Grand Velas PV before this and compared the service from there to here. The lining up at 11am to book a dinner spot at Essence or Divum is painful (see photo) Lineups are long, spots fill up quick, you have to do it daily and people often book reservations for multiple rooms which is annoying. Booking for restaurants should be done at check in and be able to book dinner times for days ahead. Divum service and food wasn’t enjoyable. The internet does cut in and out when on the resort which is a nuisance but okay. As with Grand Velas you need to sign each bill when eating which is standard so I am not sure why people complain. The resort/restaurants are open to more than all inclusive guests. We tipped with each meal but did not feel pressured to do so. Overall we genuinely enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone.

The grounds and the view are beautiful. The food was quite good, especially at the bar in the evening. The staff are very nice. The reason it got four stars rather than five is because of small things that need not happen at a high-end resort like this. Having to make reservations for dinner and not being able to get them should not happen at places like this. Other high-end resorts allow you to attend at whatever restaurant you want at whatever time you want. If there is a wait you can choose to wait or not. Also, having to fight for chairs by the pool is not relaxing. Overall a very nice stay.
