Room was pretty small, but clean and good enough for 3 adults for 3 nights. Pool is only abut 5 ft wide and there are only 4 cabanas to sit at, no free standing chairs. Everything else was really good to great. Breakfast, location, staff, flexibility with checkout time, cleanliness and value all top notch.

The property is nice from the street. Service is friendly and accomodating. Just some things i found a bit disappointing. 1. Towels felt rough and thin, i know this isnt a 5 star hotel but a level up in quality wouldnt hurt. 2. The bed was truly disappointing. It felt like something from my grandmothers spare room. 3. Service in the rooftop bar could be more efficient. 25 minutes for a drink when the staff are standing around talking is unacceptable. It’d be good if there were better non alcoholic options as well. 4. No one asked how our stay was upon checking out.

Boutique hotel located near darling harbour and short walk to museum train station. We walked everywhere - ferries, circular quay, Sydney opera house, the rocks, but it is a little far for most people. It’s slightly outside the main tourist area, but safe neighborhood, lots of places to eat including the restaurant on site which is good. Rooms are European sizing but quite nicely updated and clean. The rooftop bar is only open Wed - sun so we missed this ammenity and it rained so we didn’t make it onto the patio.

Convenient. Walkable to restaurants, museums, ferries, train, Darling Harbour and only 20-30 min walk to The Rocks and Opera House. Nicely furnished with all the amenities :rooftop bar, pool, gym, restaurant.

Hotel was clean. It is in a great location, a close walk to China Town, Darling Harbour, Market City, George Street. Room has what you need but was a little small. Pool area was very small, all pool chairs were taken.

Excellent location for access to Sydney; Darling Harbour, City, Circular Quay all easy walking distance. Only downside was the parking, whilst a public car park is right opposite the hotel, a) it is not secure parking attached to the hotel and b) we struggled to find an empty bay on the Saturday!

Friendly staff, convenient location & lovely modern facilities. The mouldy grout in the shower was a little off putting & the shower was set on the hand held wand probably after cleaning so when the shower was turned on it sprayed the entire vanity area including clothing . Not ideal. All in all a great stay.

Good location. Average service, low professionalism Room is very dusty and poorly cleaned, so is the elevators and the doors and furniture present significant marks, would need a refurbishment. It was ok but I would not stay here again

I liked the location, the room, very nice. However, first day when I came back around 4pm my room was not cleaned, they have had since 8 in the morning to clean. I had to ask for the room to Be cleaned at that time. They only made the bed. Next morning I informed the reception and I asked trot the room to be cleaned before 3pm. They did that, however, no dirty glasses, coffee cups or trash was removed. They did not fill up with more Coffee. Again I had to ask the reception to fix this while I was out for dinner.. I will not say here again.

Good location but that’s the only positive about this hotel. Dirty tables and surface, dirty cups and spoons, no fan in the bathroom. Carpet stained in many places and dirty. Room service failed to change bed sheets or take any used cups, no cleaning whatsoever of any surfaces. Requested clean cups from reception, waited over half an hour only to call back and request the same thing as they still didn’t send anyone to bring it up. The long bed separated in the middle and was uncomfortable as the set up was terrible (2 single bed bases and mattress that kept moving). Far from a 4 star hotel and the worst one I’ve been to!!

Hotel is located in walking distance to lots of interesting places and lots of good restaurants. Rooms are small but large enough if you mainly need them for sleep and bathroom. Service is good, Rooftop Bar is nice, Breakfast is tasty. The Pool is tiny but OK for a refresh on a hot day. But don’t expect to be able to take a swim in there. Biggest downside for me was the noise all night long. Maybe it was mainly my room/side of the hotel, but there were multiple ACs, fans, whatsoever in the streets that made noise 24/7. Closed windows helped a bit but it was still noisy.

The Vibe hotel was fantastic, the hotel it’s was in great condition, room well appointed and had everything you would need for a stay. Especially loved the Nespresso coffee machine. Staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the brand of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was great and really central for exploring Sydney. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was very good and overall did enjoy our stay. There were a couple of times I had dirty cups in my room and also didn't like that the beds were 2 singles put together, I ended up sliding down the middle every night!

Mixed feelings about the place. My criticisms would be the room was very small I’ll get a bigger one next time, no balcony or even windows, shower grout had mould, pool area is very small and very hot on your feet if you miss out on one of the 4 loungers there is no where for your bags etc. but more positives were location was handy, room was cleaned to a super high standard and the pool itself was nice and a perfect temperature. Number one tip is upgrade your room!!

Hotel was average, queen size bed was just 2 singles pushed together which caused my wife to fall through the middle at night. We had booked the suite which was their top room and they were too cheap to put an actual queen sized bed in there. Check in was at 3 when other hotels check in is 2.

Rooms were well appointed and very quiet. We stayed in a balcony room on the third floor, the balcony was a good size and very private. Room was clean and had plenty of storage and space. Staff were very friendly on check-in. Hotel is within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Paddy's Markets and transport options including train and light rail stops. Had breakfast at the cafe on site and it was very good.

It was a girl's weekend & this hotel seemed fun and different so we booked & requested two beds and I rang to check this was possible as well. Was told that there were rooms with 2 beds; sadly the room we had was extremely small with 2 single beds. We didn't mind the single beds but there was no room to put our luggage & you had to walk sideways when trying to hang up clothes in the robe. Also to make it worse it was a room with a connected door to another room and we were kept awake by the guests in that room till early hours of the morning It was disappointing to say the least. Not worth the money. I have stayed in many hotels and 2 beds in a room is usually a double & single or 2 doubles etc, with room to move. If they can't accommodate these requests they should be upfront. There was literally no room to move comfortably. I was going to speak to the manager to let her know but she was not interested in acknowledging guests even when she sat at the front counter. I think there are better options.

We had a very poor visit. We were given a disabled room, the fixtures and fittings in the room were not the same ‘gold finish’ as a normal room Bd the bed was not the queen bed we’d paid for. We were finally moved on our last night, the difference in room was astonishing and I was angry we’d been fobbed off for other nights. When we checked out they tried to charge us for dinning in the restaurant, and practically called us liars when we said we hadn’t dined there. ‘ I was told you must of forgotten’ . They spent 30mins looking through receipts which proved someone else had given the wrong room number. No apology given. The location was good. But we wouldn’t stay here again, I’m requesting a refund I was so upset with this hotel. The pool is tiny, and I’ve pictures of broken sunbeds. Not the 5 star as advertised. Disabled room a 3 at most.

Close to ICC Sydney Theatre Darling Harbour, quiet area, staff were fantastic. We had a blocked toilet, so they upgraded us to another room. No problems. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney.

The only disappointing part of my stay was the fact that our room was available at 11am however we were not able to check in early unless we paid an additional $55. This left a bitter taste which generally soured the whole Vibe of the hotel.

Room was clean but had a slight smell might have been over use of detergent. Received text to check in online for smooth and easy service when arrive at hotel but when I arrived my room what not ready event though it was 15:00, had to wait 20 minutes because housekeeping hadn't done the final checks. So there is no point using the online check in advising when you will arrive because the room won't be ready. Considering housekeeping checked the room there was no body wash and had to request some which took two hours. Location was good but the Vibe wasn't vibing. The breakfast is not buffet but quick and nice food.

Check in and out lady was rude. Bad at check in, and even worse at check out. Sadly I didn’t get her name, as she needs to be sacked immediately. Our experience the rest of the time was fantastic, so very sad this terrible staff member destroyed our memories of this hotel.

Great location to darling harbour, Chinatown and the trams to circular quay. It’s unfortunate that the street the hotel is on has a lot of empty units and looks rundown, however as soon as you step into the reception you forget at what’s outside. The only issue I had was why the bedroom does not have a mirror where the plug socket is, the only mirror was in the entrance and bathroom and no plug sockets!!! How can you style your hair without a mirror? Please get this sorted

The location was good within easy walking distance of Darling Harbour. The facilities were clean and tidy. The food and service at breakfast was very good. However, dinner in the restaurant in the evening was awful. Very poor service and terrible food. The hotel did refund me the money for the dinner. I would consider staying there again, but definitely will not be having dinner!
