Terrible parking problem, our own parking lot is so small that it's just awful, they scratched our rented car right there, plus it's a paid 27 euros per night, which doesn't correspond to the level of the parking itself. Another problem with the electronic keys to the rooms, as if they were disposable, we had to go down and renew them every time, we were just furious.

Exposed wires, shower that fell out of the wall onto my daughter, staff generally rude... ... Oh and despite the selecting the hotel for use of the pool, it wasn't open - fine print states it doesn't open until 15th May. Fine but don't advertise the hotel as having a pool then. Subsequently asked the staff if there was anywhere for my kids to have a swim in the vicinity but it all seemed a little too hard for them to help us out. No positives from the stay.

The room was clean and spacious. I was actually not expecting to pay 18+ euros for parking. On top of that they show off pool pics but not say if it’s open or not on website but when we arrived we found out it was closed. Not happy about that but oh well…

It was okay overall. For the price though, you Can stay more central in Madrid. This is out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful though. The gym was pretty good. The pool is not heated and very cold. The breakfast was OK.

Overall this is a great hotel with nice interior and great breakfast. The only small disappointment was the limited opening hours (12-20) for the pool. This means no possibility to use the pool in the morning after a run or for an hour or two before heading into central Madrid.

Todo perfecto , el hotel bueno , lo malo es que la estación de metro que quedaba más cerca está en reparación y nos tocó de una más lejos ( Carmen ) aparte lo que no me gusto fue el aseo debajo del sofá cama , parece que nunca han limpiado abajo , de la zona buena a 40 min en bus o metro de los sitios de interés como la puerta de Alcalá o el parque el retiro , Parqueadero afuera gratis , la gente atenta

Excepto el bus que está cerca, el resto de medios de transporte no está muy cerca. Y hay pocas cafeterías y restaurantes cercanos al hotel. En general, buena valoración de mi estancia.

Very clean and modern, but also very unpractical. The bathroom was peculiar - just a shower curtain and nothing in the floor to prevent the water spreading all over. The sink is placed the opposite to the shower, and the corner is small and nothing there to fit your things in.

Stayed here for 3 nights with the fam. Due to lack of room availability on certain nights, I had 3 separate reservations (one for each night). At check-in, the polite staff promised to combine them into one reservation for one room so I wouldn't have to 'check out' daily. Over 4 days, I had to do exactly that. My room keycard stopped working daily at check-out time, and it was annoying to get it redone every evening after a long day out. The rooms are a little outdated and could use a remodel. The only other negative: the bathrooms could use additional pressure for the shower and the WC. On the plus side, the wifi is reliable, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast spread is great! Location-wise, you're within a few minutes of downtown (bus station outside, and the metro's a short walk away). A 5-min walk away is an Italian pizzeria chain called La Tagliatella which, despite the chain tag, offers delicious fare on a green terraced/patio.

The bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the AC stays at a moderate cold temperature, and there is a pool and restaurants and bars. The lobby is fairly quiet when there aren’t several families waiting to check in. This is definitely a family hotel and expect a ton of kids, with some kids not well managed by their parents. Wi-Fi is decent. The gym is small but with new equipment. If you have more than three people in the gym, it’s crowded. If I can give a suggestion to the hotel, it would be to not allow kids at the pool for the first hour and the last hour of the pool opening hours. Or create a happy hour adult only hour at the pool. There needs to be adult time only at some point. This location isn’t really close to the city center and fun neighborhoods that are walkable. However, the hotel price was well worth taking an Uber for 10 to 15 minutes to these places.

Everything is great with my stay here. Very recommended to stay here whenever you visit Madrid. The Metro station is about 10 mins walking distance, the breakfast is exceptional for both staff and food choice (especially Anna in breakfast, her service is super). However, for some reason our room was very hot even though we stayed here in October. Not too sure if the AC was not working or there was no AC. But overall we enjoyed our stay!! Thanks.

The sofa bed hadn’t been made up when we checked in but was sorted promptly. The room was a decent size with the sofa bed made there was still space to move around. Buffet breakfast set us up for the day touring the city. Factor in taxi costs €15 a trip. Good value accommodation.

Espejo del cuarto de baño mal iluminado, A afeitarse o maquillarse resulta difícil y complicado. No hay mesillas ni cajones. Mobiliario tan minimalista que tienes que dejar cosas en la maleta o en el suelo… la parte positiva que no te olvidarás de nada porque tus cosas estarán todas a la vista …

El hotel está lejos de todo. La habitación nos la dieron en la planta 1...Comedor extraño ,frío e incómodo. Personal EXCESIVAMENTE joven, no sabían su trabajo. Niños llamando a nuestra habitación. Servicio de taxi RESERVADO el día de sntes, llegó 15 minutos tarde.

The hotel was good and clean with all the amenities listed being provided. The location was ok as it isn’t in the city center but a 15 min ride away which isn’t too bad. The issue we had was with the concierge and the rude behavior that he displayed twice. First, when we entered he made a scene about the water in the lobby, and second he profiled us and made our family feel unwanted. Hotel was good but the staff could use a lesson on hospitality.

This property is very good. It’s clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing and facilities are in very good condition. The location we thought had limited dining options nearby, however, it’s a good option if you want to stay near the airport. It’s a a short 15-20 min drive to the airport and about a 30 min ride on bus to Madrid city center. Overall we thought it was good value for money.

Very nice hotel, with pool and facilities that you need, close to public transportation. Friendly staff and helpfull with all kind of questions. Enjoyed staying there and for sure will stay there if I'm back to Madrid.

Everything is great with my stay here. Very recommended to stay here whenever you visit Madrid. The Metro station is about 10 mins walking distance, the breakfast is exceptional for both staff and food choice (especially Anna in breakfast, her service is super). However, for some reason our room was very hot even though we stayed here in October. Not too sure if the AC was not working or there was no AC. But overall we enjoyed our stay!! Thanks.

the hotel is very nice, clean, spacious and breakfast it was good. My only comment is far from downtown and uber can be costly in the weekends, but only 15 min from the airport. Overall is a nice place to stay with family as they have a great pool.
