- Staff was prompt and accomodating - Restaurant staff was helpful and pleasant to ask for water, or kitchen utensils - Gym & Fitness Room was well equipped for a hotel gym, very impressed. - Room was tidy and clean, bring your own lotion, but it has body wash and shampoo in the washrooms. Overall enjoyed the stay, nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Great staff at Check in, breakfast was excellent with all of the normal items, but really good quality - Excellent Pastries, bread and cooked Mushrooms and home made baked beans. The gym is much better than normal small gyms in a hotel with a good selection of weights and machines.. Was very good value with the room very quiet and very dark at night

Room clean, but compact. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay but the pillows were awful so I hardly slept. Restaurant provided a reasonable choice of foods, staff were obliging and the meal was tasty. I was totally baffled by local parking rules and the reception staff did nothing to mediate that. Surely plenty of out-of-towners stay here that need help with parking arrangements - yet the reception staff seemed totally unprepared for the question

The rooms were small but I would just walk around and keep myself busy, however the gym and the restaurant were brilliant!! The gym was perfect and had way more than just a treadmill (like other hotels). The restaurant was TOP NOTCH!!!

Modern and new, the facilities were an absolute pleasure to stay in. Rooms well appointed and clean. I used the gym on the top floor which also had good equipment, a great view, a good water cooler, bathroom/ shower,, a supply of fresh towels, and provided for cleaning your equipment afterward. It was conveniently located for me, and pretty seamless stay from start to finish. The only minor disappointment was the reception staff member taking a smoke break on the street right outside the entry in full view of anyone entering or exiting the building. Not a great look. Otherwise a great place and a great stay. 5/5

While showering the drain filled and overflowed into the bathroom. I had turn the water off before I had finished showering and get out of the shower to mop up the water before it flowed onto the carpet.

This and other ibis hotels have poor cleanliness in the bathroom. I don’t like hair in the shower or on the floor of previous occupants. Given the importance of cleaning this area properly, one wonders about the shortcuts taken for the rest of the hotel.

upon the checking the room found dust around every surface. Bathroom, drawers & the kettle had water inside from the previous customer (may be), was there for 4 days and it was so cold and rainy out side and in the room because they had their heater set up to be 23 which was not help at all. later found out it cannot be up to even 25. they sent me a blanket. i'm not angry or anything but the amount i paid totally worth a comfortable stay, not meant to be under blanket freezing. Sorry not recommended.

We booked last minute so were glad to have a room. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. When we entered the fully mirrored elevator, someone was polishing it. (He told us it was cleaned every four hours!) It was spotless, as was everything else in the hotel. Our room was compact but had a place for everything. The staff stored our bags the next day for an indeterminate amount of time. The lobby has plenty of seating and workspace. The riverfront is 2 blocks away for strolling. We would be happy to replicate this experience in other cities.

Great hotel with comfy small rooms, the hotel is in a good location within the free transit zone of Perth makes getting around really easy. The room service menu is quite small and expensive though.

I’m generally a fan of Ibis hotels. This property has a walkable location and good-sized rooms but almost no storage space or surfaces to unpack: no dresser, one skinny shelf, no closet (just posts on the entry wall with a few hangers). Bathroom had very little counter space, no shelves, no toilet cover. It’s like the room was styled as a tiny space when there actually was plenty of room. With a few furniture changes the room would be much more comfortable.

My main complaint was the fridge situation. The fridge temp. Was not cold enough for me to keep my products at an acceptable eating temp. The outside of the frigde, with the cupboard door closed was warm and the small shelf was also warm that I was required to leave the cupboard open the entire time

Understaffed reception all the time. Have to wait a long time. No decaf coffee in room (again, even after reminder from last time). Buffet breakfast choice limited. Less choice than last visit. Coffee machine not working reliably. Early alarm request did not occur (same as last visit). Given this hotel 2 goes. Won't choose it next time in Perth.

I was treated very rudely by a girl at the reception. The hotel is very good, and so is the management, but the girl at the desk was arrogant. But it's okay, I won't be going back anymore and anyone who asks me about the hotel, I will tell about the poor service at the reception.

The property was situated about a 30 minute walk into Elizabeth Quay which is the centre. We found it manageable to walk, but there are plenty of buses, taxis around if you wanted to get one of these. Staff in hotel were very helpful. We had breakfast our first morning which was lovely.

Nice comfortable hotel, away from the busy bustling city, but still close enough. Excellent coffee in the mornings from the restaurant. Easy to get into CBD of Perth with FTZ bus transport from hotel. Walkable to Heirisson Island Kangaroo Sanctuary, or just go for a wander along the Swan River.

Even though the food was tasty it’s expensive dining. Don’t understand why it cost an extra $5 tray service in room. Chromecast didn’t work. All the staff from front counter to housekeeping where fantastic.

The Ibis Styles East Perth, is an excellent choice for those wanting to stay in central Perth. The room service menu food is great, and so is the breakfast. There is no allocated parking though, and parking will cost you atleast $14 per day. I would definitely stay here again.
