Our room was clean and the spacious. The cake shop in the lobby was so cute and had great cakes. Didn’t get the breakfast but it looked amazing.

Hi, my stay was pathetic. The hotel manager was very very rude. I had booked a family room for 4 people. At the time of booking it showed 4 people. But at the hotel he said I did booking only for 2 people, so for a family room. I had to pay again - 25000 yen extra for 2 people at the hotel( for my daughter and son). He was very very uncooperative. not at all helpful. Told us to cancel our booking. Spoke rudely. Not at all understanding, I was scammed, despite booking a family room for 4, I had to pay more than the original room charge to accommodate. my entire family of 4 people. The room was small and ordinary.

First of all, the room was indeed spacious and reasonably comfortable. The positive comment stops here. The owner was extremely rude and the reception area was unstaffed most of the time. I arrived around 12:30 but walked into an empty hotel lobby. A lady popped her head out from the kitchen and abruptly said the check in time is not til 15:00. She asked me to leave my luggage in an unsupervised area where everyone with a room key can access, which was absurd. When I returned at 15:10 there was another two group of people waiting to be checked in. I waited in the queue and the guy (who I think is the owner) looked at me and “ordered” me to sit down. When it’s my turn he wasn’t bothered to speak English but use Japanese the most of time (and kept it brief, not as detailed as he did to other guest). He ran front desk and also housekeeping by himself, which is probably why there is zero service in this hotel - unwilling to hire someone to provide decent service.
