Nice modern hotel. Very convenient next to Nankai Terminus for travellers from Kansai Airport. Only problem is finding the right exit from the station.(Follow the signs for Airport Bus as the Stop is outside the hotel- NB it's bus to Itami not Kansai!) Has Konbini next to Entrance- can buy snacks, ready meals etc.,etc. Breakfast served in Pizzeria attached to hotel.Food quality is good but Japanese Breakfast dishes not my idea of breakfast.I love Japanese Food but apart from the scrambled egg regard most of the dishes as Dinner Offerings. You can buy Sandwiches,Buns ,Yoghurts,Fruit etc from the Family Mart and take advantage of the Coffees,Creamers from Reception Area for Breakfast or visit a nearby Starbucks or the like. Hotel is spotless and Staff friendly. Would stay here again.

Facilities and amenities are very much appreciated. Room and bathroom is neat and clean. Wifi connection is very strong and fast. Water purification system is awesome. Subway entrance/exit is conveniently located in front of the hotel. Easy to do laundry too. I just hope the hotel have universal plug though.

Property is clean and location is okay. Staff is okay too. My only complaint is that they only have 3 washer/dryer for the whole hotel. I have to waste my time waiting for others to finish. It took me 2 days before I was able to wash my clothes.

The location was excellent with a subway stop just steps away from the front door. Family Mart located downstairs with large selection of food and drinks. Rooms small but very efficient, clean and well laid out. Good option for room cleaning, either full cleaning or just change the towels. Very quiet. Very convenient to train station, restaurants and shopping streets.

This is a great place to stay! One big tip - if you have luggage take exit 5 which has an escalator going up. Then cross the street with your rolling luggage. Do not take exit 7 which has tons of stairs. This hotel is clean, the rooms are better arranged than something like APA. There's a family mart below, also a buffet. The hallways and elevators are AC. There is an Ippudo close by, there are tons of places to eat including Matsuya right around the corner. It's easy walking distance to Dotombori and KUROMON MARKET. When you have to leave, the Nankai Rapit is right across the street and will take you to Kansai airport. Overall fantastic!

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka-Namba offers an excellent location near the Osaka Metro and a Family Mart, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean, not stuffy or dusty, which was great for my allergic rhinitis. Although the rooms are a bit small, this is typical for Japanese hotels and didn't detract from my overall experience.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel - walking distance to the many restaurants and shops in the Namba area. The hotel rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. A convenience store and a restaurant (buffet breakfast) are on the 1F. The room price was about $120 for a double room with daily breakfast.

地點極方便購物及找美食, 尤其建議由關西空港離開日本前可以一住, 房間整潔度有待提升, 因為洗手盤有頭髮,地下亦發現曲了的髲夾, 所以記得穿上拖鞋. 二樓check in 似乎很多客人不知道, 大門的標示應該清楚一點點. 職員十分有禮.

First thing we noticed upon walking into our room was a strong smell of urine. Room was extremely small which we expected. We asked for housekeeping to come by and clean our room after 2 days of being there (trash cans were very small and filled), and nobody ever came. Overall, would not stay again.

Mr. O. Watanabe and staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. All staff displayed excellent customer service, being professional, kind and helpful. The housekeeping ladies on floor five are very nice, meticulous in cleaning detail and always had my room and linens looking perfect when I returned in the evening. The front desk staff give good directions and transportation suggestions in English, if needed. They took special care in keeping my luggage after check out, while waiting to go to the airport. This hotel is across the street from the Namba Nankai Station. making it convenient for train to airport and travel access. The area offers an extensive variety of shopping and sightseeing options within walking distance. I felt very safe, valued as a customer and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sosetsu Fresa Inn at Namba in Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel price was good value for the price and facility looked new and modern and clean except for the elevator carpet. Room was small with bed pushed up against the wall. Bathroom floor was a step down which was hard to get used to (I stumbled into it). The double bed only came with two flat pillows which wasn’t enough for two people. Staff seemed attentive and located right next to a convenience store.

Super freundliches, hilfsbereites und sehr gut englisch sprechendes Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend. Einziges Manko waren die Lautstärke von außen, dass kein Fenster zu öffnen ging und der miserable Wifi Empfang. Frühstück war, für meinen Geschmack, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das ist ja immer eine individuelle Sache.

probably the most convenient location possible. walking distance to dotombori and namba station, and less than 20 feet from a subway entrance direct to the midosuji line. the room was comfortable and clean, as well. the location alone, however, should be the major selling point of this hotel, especially if you plan on spending many late nights out in dotonbori.

The room was a lot smaller than the other properties I stayed at in Japan. But it has everything you need. I don't think it would be great for more than one person though. The bathroom is also a little small. But all of your necessities are provided in the lobby plus some pajamas and there's laundry there. You're right next to a family Mart. It's on the ground level, you're across from the train station. The only thing is if you come from the train station with a lot of luggage. Don't listen to Google maps and take exit 9 or 10 :00 to get out. I think it's it's exit number 5 that has an escalator and it's maybe across the street from the hotel. There is a yakitori place that's pretty good next door. It's a fine, economical stay. I didn't have any issues.

I really thought this space was quiet, clean and cozy. The staff is very unfriendly and nosey. They have so many rules and just are stickler for the rules. I wish there was no staff to bother me. It is a good hotel for something quiet and relatively cheap.

The staff was really helpful. Im very happy with their service 👍👍 I was struggle to find a way to airport with 5 luggages. However, they have tried so hard to find jumbo taxi which is very rare in japan. Highly recommended. For sure will come back

Overall it’s very nice. The location is amazing. The room a bit small but as expected in Japan. Very clean. Only one thing is the front desk staff is not the nicest (compare to other Japan hotel standard). I am checking in as a solo traveller for a standard double room. My local friend is accompanying me for check in but the staff keep reminding me only one person can live in the room despite I have explained many times. The attitude is unpleasant, she can perfectly fine to check CCTV to verify only me is living in the hotel.

The staffs are friendly. Hotel location is superb, subway station entrance right in front of hotel. Namba is prime location for travelling around osaka city. Room is small but good enough for us. Refresher spray is provided and got the air ionizer in the room.

Outstanding location in the Namba district of Osaka. Within walking distance of Dotenburi, Kuromon, Namba Park, and a slew of shopping and food options. Get off the Osaka Metro, Namba Station and simply follow signs directing you to Exit 7. The hotel is right there as you come out of station.

なんば駅７番出口を出て目の前にホテルがある。立地抜群。部屋は普通の広さだが、ベッドはセミダブルで十分寝心地が良かった。朝食付きプランを選択した。一階のイタリアンレストランで和洋食の種類が豊富で満足した。次回も泊まりたい。
