L’appartamento è molto carino e fornito di tutto: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tostapane, macchina per caffè americano, etc anche se sempre buio perché ha delle finestre (non balconi) che affacciano non ho capito bene dove. Zona molto ben servita di tutto e posizione perfetta per muoversi nel centro di Madrid a piedi. Tutto bene finché il piano sopra il nostro ha avuto una perdita importante e ci siamo trovati il bagno completamente allagato. Nessuno ci ha avvertito, nessuno ha fatto niente, nonostante diverse ore prima gli inquilini del piano sotto al nostro avessero avvertito la proprietà della perdita (per arrivare 2 piani sotto, immaginate cosa c’era da noi) Abbiamo fatto la scoperta verso le 22 e sono rimasta in attesa fino all’una di notte per riceve assistenza. L’unica cosa che hanno fatto è stato darmi un secchio ed uno straccio per asciugare il bagno allagato. L’acqua filtrava dai faretti quindi anche molto pericoloso. Si sono scusati ma di fatto se ne sono lavati le mani. Occhio perché lo scaldabagno elettrico si scarica facilmente e non sempre c’è l’acqua calda. Non hanno dove lasciare i bagagli dopo il check in quindi bisogna pagare a parte un locker nelle vicinanze.

This place is an excellent deal for what you get. So nice to have a private terrace and a spacious bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed was actually very nice for our son. Everything was extremely clean and in excellent condition!! Will come back!

The stay was excellent. This property is very centrally located. There are 2 baggage storage near the property. I suggested them that if they can have couple of welcome water bottles that will be great, but other than that everything was awesome. Our apartment had access to roof terrace (pics added). Highly recommended.

A wonderfully located service apartment in a safe area, very close to the city centre, subway and lots of restaurants. The apartments are well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The only issue is that the front door is unassuming and easy to miss.

Safe, quiet residential location away from the major tourist areas. 3-minute walk to the Chueca metro and 7 minutes to the Gran Via metro, which made it easy to get around Madrid. Liked that the San Anton market was nearby, which has a nice indoor food court and large grocery store. The unit also provided coffee for the coffee maker, and with an excellent bakery right around the corner, made it convenient for making breakfast or other meals. Unit comes with a compact washer/dryer combo if you need to do laundry. The only negative was uploading the check-in documents through the app did not work for me, so I finally had to take a picture and email it in. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, which was a little tight for our family of 4. However, it met all our needs and would stay here again.

My wife and I were in Madrid for the last five days of a six week vacation through several European countries. Each of our hotels booked through Hotels.com were carefully researched and great weight was put on reviews. This was a nice apartment in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed on our stay. Metro station four minute walk away, two grocery stores next to each other a block and a half away. We were within 10-15 minute walk to all the nice shopping area, beautiful downtown historical buildings and lovely parks and the best Tapas restaurant (Entre' Santos) in Madrid a block away. The unit we had was on the top floor (third floor). It was the perfect size for two and would have still been comfortable for a family of four. Fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, oven, microwave. Fully stocked utensils and cooking pots and pans. Lovely good sized balcony and sitting area off the living room and bedroom. Clean working bathroom and walk-in shower. Everything was clean and communication with the property management was top notch. Highly recommended if looking for a clean, comfy and safe accommodations in Madrid.

O anúncio engana um pouco, pois parece que há um mercado no prédio. O apartamento é muito bom. Amplo e iluminado. Banheiro bom. O sofá cama é muito desconfortável. A cozinha é bem equipada. O quarto é muito bom. A localização do apartamento é excelente. Você faz tudo a pé. O elevador do prédio só para nos patamares intermediários, sempre havendo um lance de escadas. Para idosos e pessoas com deficiência isso é um problema. Recomendo o apartamento.

Todo muy bien! Llegamos y estaba muy limpio todo, la ubicación es excelente y las condiciones de todo en el piso es muy bueno. Me hubiera gustado que nos dejaran más de 1 rollo de papel de baño y que se hiciera la limpieza diario pues nunca la hicieron. Pero todo lo demás excelente, si la recomiendo mucho.

The apartment and neighborhood were nice, but the lack of a front desk was a huge downside. We couldn’t check in early, even though we arrived just one hour before check-in, and it was clear they’d only done a rushed cleaning. The elevator was a nightmare, stopping between floors so we had to haul bags up and down stairs, while housekeeping cluttered the hall with huge bags and equipment, making it hard to move. Worst of all, another unit’s alarm went off around 6 p.m. and, with no staff available after hours, it blared for over four hours into the night. Overall, a frustrating stay — I wouldn’t recommend it.

We love staying in apartments when we travel if we can. This location was excellent. The unit was dusty. The door to the terrace was almost broken and was difficult to utilize. The neighbor’s burned some kind of fire the blew smoke and choke the use of the terrace to a minimum.

Bright and cheerful interior of our street side apt. that has 3 small balconies and double insulated windows that kept any street noise out during our sleep time. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and has washing machine if needed for clothes. Iron and Ironing board and clothes drying rack. So many restaurants, cafes and close to markets for wine, water and snacks. Kitchen has tea kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven Bed is comfortable with quality bedding. There is a pull-out couch if needed. A/C units in bedroom and open concept kitchen living area if needed We stayed 3 nights

The only flaw in this stay was the bedroom tv was not connected to any service, so it was not functional. A little disappointing but overall not a huge deal. It's worth noting that the couch in the one bedroom interior unit does not pull out into a bed. We overlooked that and had to make it work. Our neighbors on the last night were quite loud but shut their party down early enough that we were able to sleep. Overall, would recommend and would definitely book again.

The location was great for seeing a non-touristy part of the city. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and you don't go for big in Europe. I had an accident while at the apartment and the company couldn't have been any nicer. I would definitely recommend it for folks wanting to get away from the high tourist areas and see some real Madrid.

Net, modern appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en met centrale ligging in de wijk Chueca. Veel barretjes en restaurantjes in de buurt. Diverse bezienswaardigheden van Madrid zijn op loopafstand. Overdag wel weinig daglicht van buiten doordat de ramen alleen op een liftschacht uitkijken. Voor een citytrip naar Madrid zeker een aanrader.

Amazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!

The apartment and neighborhood were nice, but the lack of a front desk was a huge downside. We couldn’t check in early, even though we arrived just one hour before check-in, and it was clear they’d only done a rushed cleaning. The elevator was a nightmare, stopping between floors so we had to haul bags up and down stairs, while housekeeping cluttered the hall with huge bags and equipment, making it hard to move. Worst of all, another unit’s alarm went off around 6 p.m. and, with no staff available after hours, it blared for over four hours into the night. Overall, a frustrating stay — I wouldn’t recommend it.

My wife and I were in Madrid for the last five days of a six week vacation through several European countries. Each of our hotels booked through Hotels.com were carefully researched and great weight was put on reviews. This was a nice apartment in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed on our stay. Metro station four minute walk away, two grocery stores next to each other a block and a half away. We were within 10-15 minute walk to all the nice shopping area, beautiful downtown historical buildings and lovely parks and the best Tapas restaurant (Entre' Santos) in Madrid a block away. The unit we had was on the top floor (third floor). It was the perfect size for two and would have still been comfortable for a family of four. Fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, oven, microwave. Fully stocked utensils and cooking pots and pans. Lovely good sized balcony and sitting area off the living room and bedroom. Clean working bathroom and walk-in shower. Everything was clean and communication with the property management was top notch. Highly recommended if looking for a clean, comfy and safe accommodations in Madrid.

Check in was a little stressful because we were given an incorrect access code into the building. I called them and they said they would email me the correct code, but I told them I was outside the door with no WiFi, then they gave it to me over the phone. Once in we were able to retrieve the cards to enter the unit. Unit was clean, furniture a little worn, but comfortable. Kitchen had good pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt and pepper which is nice to provide. Also gave us a pod for the washing machine. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Guest booklet is a very nice touch which includes good information. Location was fantastic. Near grocery store, restaurants and sites. We had a couple of issues with the unit. Toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night and coffee maker didn’t work. Since there is no one onsite you have to call or what’s app the apartment managers. They don’t open until 10:00am, but have an emergency service and a canned response. They did fix the toilet but never responded about the coffee maker not working properly. Improvement is needed with communication.

A wonderfully located service apartment in a safe area, very close to the city centre, subway and lots of restaurants. The apartments are well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The only issue is that the front door is unassuming and easy to miss.

Safe, quiet residential location away from the major tourist areas. 3-minute walk to the Chueca metro and 7 minutes to the Gran Via metro, which made it easy to get around Madrid. Liked that the San Anton market was nearby, which has a nice indoor food court and large grocery store. The unit also provided coffee for the coffee maker, and with an excellent bakery right around the corner, made it convenient for making breakfast or other meals. Unit comes with a compact washer/dryer combo if you need to do laundry. The only negative was uploading the check-in documents through the app did not work for me, so I finally had to take a picture and email it in. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, which was a little tight for our family of 4. However, it met all our needs and would stay here again.

The whole stay was great. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. The area felt like a safe place to walk around, day or night. The place was clean, well air conditioned and had a very nice shower. As for the appliances in the apartment, once we figured out how the stove and washing machine worked, we were able to cook and do laundry. A grocery store and the metro station are about a block from the apartment and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The main avenue in downtown Madrid is about three blocks. This place fulfilled or exceeded all my needs and expectations. Can't think of anything to complain about. It's simply a great place to stay.

This place advertised it has an elevator, which is true. What it didn't say is that there are 10 stairs to get to the elevator and another 10 after the elevator to reach the apartment. This was a nightmare for us as I use a 60 lbs mobility scooter. Other than that. It was a great place with excellent location surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Great location and we appreciated the responsive comms and very helpful advice when we had to leave on the very same morning as the pope was conducting mass nearby. The only minor issue was opening the apartment door from the inside. It had a round knob which was difficult to turn enough to open the door. I was glad I had my husband to help and wasn't on my own else I might have been stuck inside! Overall though it was a comfortable stay aided by helpful communications.
