Perfect communication with the team before check~in, received efficient clear response in a way to ease worries from especially ~ no front desk accommodation. Sofa bed is ready according to request, thanks. Giant firm sofa bed plus Queen bed, comfortable pillow and duvet for our five nights staying although there were only the two of us. Great location situated in city centre which opposite to the train station heading to Salt Mine or Auschwitz Memorial Camp. Kitchen is fully equipped with tall big fridge, clean utensils which probably a pair of kitchen scissors may be a super bonus ! Whole staying experience is excellent at Krakow, I will be back. Thankssssss to solid effort from the team to keep the accommodation adorable and thoughtful which Krakow is very proud to have achieved.

We stayed here for five days and were very happy with the apartment hotel. The location was excellent—very central and convenient, yet our room was quiet as the windows faced the inner courtyard. The room was also exceptionally clean. There is a small shop right next door, and a supermarket and a lovely park just a block away. The kitchen was well equipped and ready to use, which was particularly convenient for a longer stay. As we stayed for five nights, it would have been nice to have one cleaning during our stay. However, when we requested fresh towels, they were provided quickly. One small improvement would be to have a ventilation fan in the bathroom. Overall, a very comfortable, clean and convenient place for a longer stay. We were very happy with our choice.

Stayed there for four nights. Everything you need in the appartment. Silent place in city, but still close to the center. If I ever go to Krakow again I'll hope I can stay at this place again 👌
