Lots of little detail that made it unclean. Why would you have fabric wallpaper in a bathroom? There were little stains everywhere. My room was more than 2 hours late for availability. The hot tub was great but the flooring was the same tile as other places and was super slick. My one big positive- the breakfast gal was fantastic. She worked really hard and things were well put together.

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast selections are just ok. Would be nice to see different items. Have stayed here before and it seems like it’s always the same thing. Also the chlorine in the pool room was too high, couldn’t sit in there without our eyes burning. The big pool seemed colder than normal also.

We were there two nights and the room was never cleaned. Apparently there’s no daily room cleaning. The rooms have popcorn ceilings with an air of faded decrepitude. For over $220 a night we expected better.

I have always enjoyed staying at Fairfileds around the country. This one was very well organized i was even allowed to check in early. The hotel is very clean from the parking lot to the room. I really enjoyed the courtesy messages i found in my from the employees.

My husband and I came for a quick visit to see family. We arrived early and our room was ready. Great surprise after traveling all day. Our room was clean and comfortable. We made our way to Bloedow’s (amazing donuts). We went to Levee park then off to Winona State to watch basketball. The hotel was close to everything. We will stay here again.

Nice place overall, but if you factor in the price it's less impressive. Breakfast buffet breakfast sandwiches are frozen and my egg was still cold when i bit into it. Not a huge deal but for almost $250/night, I expected better. Clean rooms and nice gym.

Very nice! Only disappointment was out of many items at breakfast. Arrived around 9 and bread for toast out of stock, ham/cheese croissants out and the scrambled eggs looked/tasted as if they had been sitting there for some time.. Otherwise a great experience!!
