We really enjoyed staying at this hotel which was situated just over the road from the beautiful beach. The room was spacious, modern and quiet with a handy fridge and kitchen area. We loved the beach club over the road with pool, cafe and sitting areas overlooking the beach to marvel at the glorious sunsets. The only criticisms would be that breakfast is quite basic and for some reason the lifts appear to work in slow motion......?

The hotel is not well maintained for the age, which is about 4 years old. Outside railings are rusted through, stairwell doors don’t latch (huge security issue), security alarm system was signaling at main entrance for four days and no one addressed, lobby and hallways were filthy, windows were filthy, shower in room was dirty, fitness center mirror had large cracks, and fan in bathroom didn’t work.

This room had a leaky refrigerator that left a continuous puddle on the floor. The bathroom shower was not cleaned. The rail by the floor of the shower was not cleaned. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. We had to go down and get our own towels. There were trash in bins that had been collected of facility that was out in the bottom foyer where guest enter left unattended for long periods of time. The light bulb above the sink we reported and wasn’t replaced during our five day stay. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground report but not cared for. Main lobby air was broken. Buffett wasn’t well attended. An employee had her young son vacuuming and another had them retrieving towels for guests. We have stayed here 4 yrs in a row and this was the worst.

The hotel was nice! The rooms are big and the bathrooms were nice. However, the breakfast was mediocre and the grill was not working.

Kinda blah... property was clean, easy access to rooms, fairly modern, rooms descent size. Check in on Sunday was meh.. front desk wasnt rude but not welcoming either. Breakfast sucked.. the turkey patties were like boiled and just bad. The pork patties were better.. but again soaked in water or something. Overall the hotel is descent.. was clean and convenient. It just lacked any kind of vibe though.. dont expect to hang out there for days and be content. Employees were subpar except the older breakfast lady that we saw on Thursday. She actually said hello and was personable. Other than that... no one interacted with us.
