Got there at 9AM so could've yet check in but allowed me to sit in their lounge in the meantime. They were very attentive. The room was great soacious and exactly what I needed. I used the lounge for morning reading and and goid breakfast buffet. The gym, though small, was perfect for running on the mornings where the city was too wet/slippery.

Todo bien, solo que para ingresar no habia ninguna señalizacion ni nada que indique por dónde ingresar o que la recepción era en el 9no piso. Ya que el ascensor del estacionamiento te lleva a la calle. Tuvimos que esperar que alguien salga.

The hotel is located in a safe and nice location. I had an issue with the room cleanliness the next day and the housekeeping staff came and cleaned it immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. The breakfast offers limited options and there was no English language description on several breakfast dishes which was inconvenient to non-Spanish guests. There is no room service for lunch and dinner. The front desk and security was professional and helpful.

el hotel es muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico y la ubicacion excelente. pero las instalaciones se ven demasiado amplias SOLO EN LAS FOTOS, en la realidad son icreiblemente pequeñas, en especial las triples y cuadruples son del mismo tamaño que la simple y las camas son mas pequeñas que 2 plazas, me parecio increible que 3 a 4 personas puedan entrar en 2 camas fuera de eso el servicio fue bueno, pero pese a la amabilidad de todo el personal no pudimos llegar a una solucion mas que acomodarnos

1) Llego al hotel a la una de la madrugada y encuentro la habitación (no marcada) con un terrible olor a cloaca. Llamo a recepción y tengo que cambiar de habitación (hacer la maleta) a la 1:30 am 2) en el baño se olvidan de cambiar el champú y el jabón y tengo que avisar a recepción dos veces 3) Regreso a mi habitación a las 5:30 de la tarde y se habían "olvidado" de limpiar la habitación. 4) por las molestias creadas, deciden descontar una noche; por eso no me pueden dar el recibo, diciendo que a las pocas horas lo enviarían por vía electrónica: al día y medio todavía no ha llegado 5) desayuno modesto, con muy poco (casi nada) dulce. No entiendo cómo se puede llamar Hilton a este lugar. para ser evitado de cualquier manera

Remember "First impression is the last impression". The first receptionist (female)was so blunt and seemed annoyed when we checked in. The other two male receptionists didn't even respond to our questions or acknowledged that we were there. Customer service is everything to me and my family when we travel- and we do travel around the world. Tengo que mencionar que "Ryan" que se mantenia en la puerta principal durante el dia,fue muy cortez, nos ayudo, nos sugerencias y toda la informacion que necesitabamos, especialmente en ciertos momentos de apuro- Ese chico fue excepcional!Tal vez, deberia ocupar otro cargo en la compañia.
