The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and includes many of the amenities we were looking for, including a gym and laundry facilities. The rooms are modern and include a mini fridge. We were able to use the microwave downstairs in the lobby. The daily breakfast is helpful when traveling with kids. Some offerings change throughout the week to ensure you don’t get bored over an extended stay. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The pool is infested with bees. No swimming for our family on 107 day. When we told the front desk they just laughed and said they knew. They told us the bees are attracted to the calcium in the pool. No, there is a nest stone where. Get a bee keeper to come out, find the hive, and get rid of them. We were not the only family that couldn’t enjoy the pool.

The room was spacious but lacked what I thought was comfortable furniture it had two square stools and a desk chair for seating the fridge was tiny and not that cold and was stunned to see there was no microwave in the room yet you could tell there used to be one in the room, when I asked about the microwave I was informed it’s now only in suites for an extra 10 dollars Really! I’m paying over $200 a night and no microwave so breakfast was not much different than most hotels, cheese omelet potatoes and sausage. Overall to me I was somewhat disappointed

My and stayed here for the convenience of the location. We liked everything about it except the air conditioner. EVERY TIME that thing cycled on and off ( primarily off) it made a very loud noise like a giant rusty barn door shreeking and closing.

It's a 15 minute drive to the eastern side of Saguaro National Park. The hotel appears very new and therefore is in very good repair. The hotel is on the outskirts of Tucson and has numerous stores and restaurants a short drive away. The complimentary hot breakfast was tasty and convenient. I'd reccomend staying here if you're looking to visit Tucson and the nearby National Park.
