Challenging neighborhood due to proximity of the only one way, one have road makes for some noise. But unobstructed view of the sea from our superior room. Can't say enough about the staff: friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional all at once. Many restaurants, all great. Free parking. Proximate to Taormina - walking distance. Town has seen better days but tourism is bringing it back. Meanwhile, overlook the rough edges - you won't be disappointed.

Parking was not easy to get to, and was a ways away from hotel, so that was a bit annoying. Hotel itself was very nice, clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing and close to lots of other options for eating.

Nice clean hotel on the waterfront. We we staying over the Ferragosto holiday so it was probably a bit more lively than usual. But overall we enjoyed it! We had perhaps mistakenly assumed that parking was included and on-site. The hotel has a deal with Naxos Parking, which is around the corner (c.200m) and they were charging €15 per day. Something to consider!

Superb hotel in the heart of Naxos right on the beach. Room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal! A giant spread for something to eat for everyone and it tasted so good! The Nautilus is wonderful. The staff is super friendly and efficient without being overwhelming and the facility is possibly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Location is on the water and I suggest a beach view as our room was not. It was super quiet which is nice. Breakfast is awesome and the selection is huge though gluten intolerance is not well addressed. You are close to many great restaurants which is another plus.

We decided last minute after a day trip to Taormina that we wanted to stay the night and enjoy the beach the next day before returning to Palermo and stumbled on this hotel and we are so glad we did! Spotless and clean, modern and beautiful, stunning water and beach views, easy access by bus back up to Taormina (5 minute bus ride) and a beach with chairs and umbrellas and impeccable service down the street. And the breakfast…wonderful! Perfect stay!

Overall a very good stay. Bed are very comfortable, not soft mattress which provide great support to my back. Pillows are on the hard side which slightly uncomfortable. The highlight was the front desk, I didn't catch the name, but have been very helpful, warm from the moment we arrived to when we left. She made our days. The only lowlight was our room being seaview room, right next to one of the main street. On Saturday night, it was super loud but this would be the case anywhere you stay I suppose on that night. We have tried to request for a higher floor room but unfortunately it was fully booked so understandable. View from the room was good but again would be better with higher floor view. The breakfast is good, in particular like the caponata.

I was given a business room but no view there’s a window but I don’t see anything I felt claustrophobic, and the room is dark without the lights on. I asked to be transferred but no room she said, other than that, everything else is good, especially Rosanna and Laura they’re both helpful and helped me to arranged my itinerary during my stay. The owner was nice to exchanged my money.

Our room was fantastic and just as advertised when we booked. I highly recommend this as a romantic getaway for a couple. The views from the Balcony were amazing and the Jacuzzi was very nice to enjoy after a long beach day.

We stayed in a room with a courtyard view, which unfortunately looked out onto a wall — no ocean view or scenery, even though the hotel didn’t seem fully booked as a Platinum Expedia member, we weren’t offered an upgrade or another room, which was disappointing. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from. With a balcony overlooking the water, it was perfect. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee watching the sunrise was a great way to start the day. All the staff were amazing. They gave you beach towels and an umbrella to enjoy the beach. Breakfast was delicious. My only regret is not staying longer.

The renovation is beautiful & it's a good location. The free breakfast was great. And we got great service from the receptionists during the say, including a referral to a great tour of the volcano—and a reservation at the private beach club just down the street (where we passed the day between our morning check-out and the late-day shuttle to the airport). Thankful for our stay!

Absolutely beautiful family run hotel. The Nautilus is immaculate and everything is spot on. The rooms are lovely and modern. We booked a sea facing balcony which was great to sit in the mornings and watch the world go by. The owner is constantly checking everything is just so and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Laura who was so helpful in booking trips or just there for a friendly chat. The breakfasts are really nice with everything you need and the dining room is spotless. There is also an outdoor terrace where you can eat. Highly recommend this hotel. The location of the Nautilus is perfect for buses and trains and in the quieter end of Giardini Naxos and only a 15 minute bus ride into Taormina which is stunning.

Stayed for 7 nights in a balcony room in June, this hotel was just fabulous the rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food but best of all was the reception staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so central to all the restaurants and directly across from the beach, will definitely be back.

The Hotel was very clean, Staff quite helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A Oceanview room would have been beautiful but were unavailable during our stay. The only drawback is the location from Hilltop Taormina. There is a Bus Stop very close with Busses that come about every 15 minutes but may be full so you have to wait for the next one. Never had 2 back to back that were full. If staying on a sand beach with restaurants etc close by this is your spot.

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und modern designt. Alles tipptopp und wie neu. Das Frühstück war vielfältig mit Süßspeisen und Herzhaften Leckereien, Müsli und Obst. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das einzige Manko war die Straße vor dem Hotel, die ab und zu laut war. Der Blick aufs Meer dahinter, entschädigte dafür!

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure you had a great experience. Loved the oceanfront suite, you can hear ocean waves from the room and the oversized balcony was a treat. I’d love to stay here again but it was a drive to Taormina by taxi which not convenient. There were limited dining options in walking distance. Overall the hotel was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. Wish there were more dining options close by.
