We came down for a wedding . Very comfortable place. Super cool concept . I appreciate how unique it is . Super comfy king size bed. Slept like a baby. I’ll be back when I come visit some family . Thank you!

Overall, the hotel room itself was well-stocked, and had plenty of things to ease our stay as we arrived in the midst of a power outage and no electricity in the hotel or town. The main contact was unreachable; however, the room manual listed two contact numbers. We were able to speak to a staff member through the emergency number, but they didn't have any flashlights or light sources for us to use. We enjoyed our time after the first day. I received quick responses from the services team when I inquired about a thermostat issue, and they remained accessible throughout. We dealt with unique circumstances, and other than the initial hiccup of our arrival, it was a delightful stay. The hotel is driving distance from downtown Montreal, stores and shops, lots of parks, and great views. Do expect to drive at least 25-30 minutes minimum in good weather. This was our first lengthy stay in Laval and Montreal, and coupled with construction and flooded streets from the rain, there was a lot to adapt to. We might consider visiting here again in better circumstances; the staff and hotel design are kind and welcoming.

This property was very overpriced. It was 40 min from Montreal and in a very bad neighborhood that was not next to any places to eat decent food nor is it near anything. Also the photos are deceiving. I thought it would be a newer property but was in a sketchy older building that smelled. There is no elevator and you have to climb tons do stairs and drag your suitcase up the stairs. I’m fairly young and I can only imagine how any elders or older guests would be able to climb those long stairs up. With the extra fees on top of the high charges, you can stay at a 5 star hotel in old town Montreal and not in this ghetto town. One of the worst stays we even had in traveling. Place was so dusty and dirty. Photos are very deceiving. The comforter you can tell hasn’t been washed in years worn urine stains and smells. We had to go buy our own comforter because anytime we asked for anything they don’t reply and on top of that they double charged my security deposit but they realized they made a mistake so they refunded it. Also the door is super heavy metal and we couldn’t get in at first. There is NO front desk and you can only communicate through Expedia or WhatsApp and it takes awhile for them to respond if they ever even respond. No detergent and the dry sauna is so small you can only fit one leg in. Lol. Thai property is a rip off and not worth the money they charge! Beware. It’s in a ghetto neighborhood!!! And very far from Montreal!
