新しくて設備が綺麗。フリーラウンジが2箇所ありくつろげるし、ラウンジサービスのドリンクが豊富。イベントサービスでビールが貰えたりして嬉しかった。アメニティーバーが準備されているので旅の荷物軽減にもなって助かる。ルーフトップも無料でくつろげてありがたい。朝食が美味しい。駅近。このホテルを選んで良かった。

Stayed two separate times over a 2 week period. On one occasion the bar was booked out all evening for a function and on another the lounge was booked out all day. Not a good experience to stay at a hotel and then find facilities you were going to use are not available to you with no alternative offered

Specious and clean room with super friendly staff members. We loved the conference room/sitting area on the 2nd floor with great tea flavours and coffee machine. I think the breakfast could’ve have been better!! The other hotels we stayed in offered buffet breakfast with variety of options for similar price! Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The lively was one of the best hotels I've stayed at ever, from check in to check out, in-between, the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka. The rooms are good size, clean and showers are amazing! The location is close to subway, 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson! extremely convenient. They also provide free beer from 6pm-7pm everyday. Literally 2 min walk to subway station and 2 stops to the famous Dotonoburi area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I go back to Osaka.

Lovely large room with a huge bed - it was certainly a superior king! They had a great range of toiletries provided - best I’ve seen in any hotel. Things like skincare, razors (dermaplanes and normal razors), hair brush, body scrub etc but weirdly no shower caps! A shame there was no laundry in house. This was pretty inconvienent but I think they’re building a laundry room imminently so that should be fixed soon! Staff were lovely and there were lovely gifts for sale.

The property is modern and well equipped. It has a nice bar with wonderful staff and lovely seating area with a view. The lounge was perfect for coffee or space to warm up food and eat. Pool table and outdoor table with fire feature.

The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

The room was very dusty and stuffy. My partner and I both have suffered some kind of weird rash/bites from something unexplainable from the room, itchiness etc. The room smelt very damp so we had the windows open to try and air out the smells. The toilet smelt heavily like cigarettes the entire time. Apart from that, was ok, bar/service staff were a little uninviting when approached and didn’t seem interested in talking.

Lovely central location, rooftop terrace is gorgeous and free beer daily at the ground floor bar with dj’s. Amenities of the hotel are fantastic. Let down by the room design as there is no wardrobe and the beds are too low to fit suitcases under so our room was an absolute disaster zone with stuff everywhere as there is no where to put anything away. Also the bathroom is this weird part of the bedroom rather than being a room in its own right. Bed super comfy and shower nice and powerful. So top marks for everything except the room design

We booked a corner king bed room and we were very surprised with the size of the room compared to other hotels in Tokyo. It was a very large room with a separate couch and desk area. It was enough space to open up a few luggage’s on the floor and still have plenty of space. It’s an open floor plan but the bathroom doors can close if you want. I think the only gripe for the room is that the toilet is far from the sink and shower (across the “entry” hallway from each other). Other than that it was an amazing room!!

Staff were really friendly and helpful (especially when we had a luggage issue). We stayed here on the final few nights of our honeymoon and they gave us a voucher to use in the bar which was great! The room was small but very well appointed - you can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and design. It was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The top floor bar was brilliant - wonderful cocktails, great staff and memorable views.

The room was great , we booked a king size room . The amnesties were great , location is close to Honmachi station. You can get free coffee every morning which was really a Add plus point. Overall the staff experience was good. They arranged for luggage transfer service at a reasonable price. There is one point which I don’t like the hotel staff is not considerate of families with babies. first there was no signs available to put outside the room for do not disturb or clean the room. There was cot available for the baby although room size was big enough for cot and lastly when I told them my baby was sleeping and asked for 30 minutes late check-out the staff rejected the request outright and told me they’ll charge me by the hour if you over stay which I found a bit rude.

A mixed review of this hotel. The check in experience was somewhat confusing. The person checking us in told us that the hotel has 2 different kinds of cleaning service - a full service and an “eco” service where only the towels are changed. At no point were we asked which service we wanted, so we assumed we can decide each day (I should add that the person checking us in was not Japanese, so less change of potential communication issues). Lastly we were given some 500 yen vouchers to spend in the hotel. We wanted the full cleaning service, so the next morning we left the “please make up my room” sign on the door. When we got back late in the afternoon we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. When checking with reception, we were told we had chosen the “eco” cleaning option on check in. This was not true, we were never asked to choose between the 2 options on check in, it seems that an assumption was made on our behalf. Anyway, we had the cleaning option changed and on subsequent days our room was cleaned (sort of, see later comments). Cons of this hotel: - There is no safe in the room. At the price they are charging, there should be a safe. - We stayed on level 8, but the view from our room was that of air conditioning units on a neighbouring roof - not very scenic. - The “full” cleaning service is not very good and too basic. Nous avons été extrêmement mal accueillis par un petit jeune homme qui restait les yeux rivés à son ordinateur, nous a à peine parlé et nous a fait visionner les infos sur une tablette. C’est la seule fois où nous avons été aussi mal reçus au Japon. À part ça, les chambres étaient vraiment très petites mais bien agencées, l’hôtel moderne avec un super roof top et des sets de DJ. Tout était neuf et impeccable. Nous n’avons pas apprécié le petit déjeuner, qui était très contraint (3 plats parmi les 4 proposés, tous les jours les mêmes), pas très bon et surtout très gras.

The staff at the Lively Osaka are amazing. They went above and beyond to help us when our plans changed and we had to leave Japan early. The property is conveniently located, close to the metro, 7-11, and Lawsons. There are great events in the lobby and rooftop, and many communal spaces. I would stay again if ever in Osaka. The Lively is a really funky hotel in Hommachi - ideally located on intersecting metro lines which makes getting around the city really easy. We arrived early and were able to store our bags and hang out in the many communal areas and enjoy free coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. The room was super comfortable and the amenities bar was great if you run out of toothpaste or need cotton buds etc. Breakfast was very tasty but was limited in comparison to other places we stayed in Japan - it isn’t a buffet and you can only have a limited amount of food. The free beer is a nice touch in the evenings. Overall a great stay.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Located two blocks away from one of the main streets, so the hotel is away from most traffic noise but close enough to be near multiple train lines. Close to Dotombori and Osaka’s main tourist district, about a 15-20 minute walk or closer by subway, and near multiple open-air shopping areas. The staff at the hotel were excellent, and if your Japanese isn’t great, most of the employees speak very good English. The only complain was the mattress is quite firm, so if you have trouble sleeping on a firm mattress, that may be an issue. Overall, an excellent stay in Osaka.

Keurig, schoon en veilig hotel, net buiten de drukke gebieden van Osaka. Met een metrostation op ongeveer 80 meter lopen is het een uitstekende plek om Osaka te verkennen. Winkel- en uitgaansgebieden zijn lopend of met het openbaar vervoer uitstekend te bereiken. Het restaurant is goed. Voor kleine boodschappen is een 7-Eleven op ongeveer 30 meter van het hotel.

The ambience and service of this hotel was amazing! I was please with the room size and the cleanliness of the room. It was a short walk (< 4 mins) to the closest station and we had a 7 eleven right next door. I would highly recommend this to everyone and will also look to here whenever I come back to Japan!

One of the best budget friendly hotels we stayed in during our trip. Really good amenities in the hotel with friendly and approachable staff. The concept of a free beer hour in the evening is a great way to meet other travellers and hear recommendations for what others and seen and done. Whilst not in a centrally tourist area, great transport links means you're never far away.

Die Unterkunft und somit das Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und ansprechend. Leider war das Frühstück sehr dürftig, die Auswahl war extrem überschaubar und man durfte sich auch nur 3 Teile aussuchen. Wer also keinen Wert auf sein Frühstück legt, ist hier vollkommen richtig. Das Personal war unterschiedlich freundlich, an der Rezeption sehr sehr positiv, an der Bar eher unfreundlich und abweisend.

L'emplacement est plutôt bien cependant les chambres sont extrêmement petites, les grands lits de nos chambres faisaient 130 ou 140 cm au maximum. Le petit déjeuner est déplorable avec très peu de choix et des produits de qualité assez moyenne, pas de bons fruits, pas de céréales, pas de yaourt etc. Vraiment dommage.

This is a great hotel. We stayed in two places in Osaka and very much enjoyed this one. Their location is a very clean safe and modern area very close to the subway. A little bit far from Osaka main station but very easy to get around. The place is very professionally run, everyone speaks very good English and the brooms are very tidy and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, not a buffet but plenty of food and vegetarian options were available which was important for us. The free beer (unlimited) from 6 pm to 7 pm was enjoyable for relaxing too

This is an excellent hotel for an Osaka stay. It is located in a great area with a fantastic supermarket down the road and the closest metro stop a couple minutes walk away. The breakfasts are great and a real highlight of the morning. The hotel is trendy and comfortable with a great amount of space in the room.

This hotel represented poor value, with small/basic rooms, very poor breakfast and very limited daily supply refreshments. On the plus side, the rooftop bar was nice and the free beer in the evening was welcome. This hotel compared very poorly with the other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto on the same trip.
