Clean hotel

The stay was great! My only recommendation is regarding Wi-Fi access. Having to pay extra for it detracted from the overall experience, as there are other options that include it.

Very nice

The room had poor lighting, with multiple burned-out bulbs. When I requested replacements, the manager was visibly annoyed and initially claimed nothing could be done. He offered a room change, though I had already settled in, but did not provide adequate lighting in the current room or bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub faucet handle repeatedly fell off during our two-day stay. The manager’s response was unaccommodating and seemed resentful, providing only minimal assistance. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of proper attention to basic maintenance and guest.
