No issues checking in and room was very clean. Great continental breakfast as advertised. It would be good if the pub did food a bit later than 4.30pm as there is nothing walkable in the surrounding area. Main town is only ten min drive away though and plenty of options there. Also hotel is right next to a train station, and only max half hour drive to all the main attractions in the area - most are within 15-20 min drive. We would stay here again. Staff were friendly and it was a quiet area

Great value, handy location close to botanic garden and good stop off point East - West travel. Breakfast great choice continental and cereal. Great priced beer and drinks, good bar service

Beautiful old inn and restaurant. Requested a level floor room and stayed in the converted "stables" - felt like a little cottage! Great atmosphere, great breakfast spread and enjoyed dinners in the restaurant. Overall - if you need to be in this area - stay here. Staff were great!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rubbish. As there is nothing around, which was not a problem, it was disappointing that Bar was closing at 10pm, with last orders at 9.30pm.

On arrival, large safe car park, the Frampton arms was very smart, and clean on the outside, found reception easily, the staff gave us a good welcome, staff very friendly, polite, and nothing was too much trouble, always willing to help. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, there’s a train station opposite,but hardly herd the trains food great, would recommend, and definitely stay again.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. much to be desired. Upon checking in, I noticed that the bedsheets still had hair from a previous guest, which was quite off-putting. This raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. The service was decent, and the staff was polite, but attention to detail in housekeeping needs serious improvement. If cleanliness were better maintained, this could be a much more pleasant stay. Until then, I would hesitate to return.

Friendly welcome and a very comfortable, quiet room. Food was good quality and value for money. Great continental breakfast selection included in the room rate. Service in the evening for dinner was slow, but the food was worth the wait. Minor issues with mould in the shower room.

Lovely hotel, had a quiet room at the back so didn't hear road noise at all. Right near railway line but didn't really hear that either. Happy, friendly staff. Lovely room. Bed was comfortable but the only niggle is I could feel the mattress buttons through the sheet so need extra thick protector on the bed, other than that it was perfect. Really appreciated the kettle, teas, coffees etc & toiletries. Also only 20 mins or so from town.Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Frampton Arms. The room was spacious, nicely decorated & very clean. The entire hotel/restaurant is in a great conditions and its very well looked after. The staff was very helpful & we would stay in The Frampton Arms again. Its a perfect little spot for a few days stop over in Dorset.

Room was clean but very small (barely any room to open suitcase). Right outside the room was a table of diners at the outdoor space of the pub/restaurant. The pub/restaurant had excellent food and drink. It was also within 2 minute walk from the Moreton train station. The Expedia address is not accurate. This hotel is in Moreton.

Very nice welcoming. Fantastic evening meal and the breakfast was brilliant to. Only negative is that twin room we stayed in there was no radiotor and the door from the bathroom to the bed was really tight. Other than that great place to stay.

Was in town to go to the Tank Museum. Lovely property that was a 5 minute drive to the museum. There was an attached restaurant that was very reasonably priced and a nice continental breakfast that came with the room rate. The rooms were clean and functional. The doors were charming and opened with an old school key. For better or worse, the doors were also older wooden doors and not terribly good at keeping the outside noise out.

On arrival a very prompt organized welcome was given. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Room was lovely as were the staff and food in restaurant and bar. The hotel was very central as a base. We would recommend it and will return at some point. Parking very good a lovely place to stay.

The room was lovely and clean and although this is a pub it is so quiet on an evening the staff are really lovely and really handy is a train station close by so you can explore some beautiful coastline. the breakfast was lovely and just perfect for what you need, we had a couple of beers in the pub and even got an early night one evening and didnt hear any noise coming from downstairs the staff were thoughtful and attentive and were happy to answer questions and help when needed really a little gem we would stay here again it was perfect for our needs a beautiful cosy quiet hide away

Booked for a little weekend away as a birthday treat, hotel itself was lovely, staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, lovely shower facilities with great water pressure and hot water. Continental breakfast is good for convenience and quickness however would be absolutely 10/10 if there was a proper breakfast included. Other than that lovely location, close drive to view prints. Definitely will re visit and recommended to others.

Food terrible. We had a pie meal when we arrived. Terrible meal. Pastry was rock hard and inedible. It was that hard even soaked in the gravy it was still hard. We had to remove the pastry and put it in the gravy boat. When you finally got in to the pie there was very little filling. No wine as they had sold out!!!!! Breakfast ( cooked) was NOT available. We were not advised on where the rest of the breakfast was staff just left us to it. Not very good!! We had to go in search for it. There was another guest very angry that there was no cooked option. We feel very cheated for the price we paid. Both us and the other guest truly believed a cooked breakfast was included. The ad online seems to of changed since we booked. We NEVER book hotels that don’t provide a cooked breakfast as this sets you up for a long day of travelling a head would not recommend a stay here it’s not as though there is anywhere else around to go to as rather remote.

The room here (room #1) was a good size, clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, given my previous experiences with rooms over bars and restaurants, so that was nice. The continental breakfast was included, but I don’t remember seeing anything vegan, so I really didn’t partake of anything but coffee and juice. I arrived on Sunday afternoon, when it appeared that lots of people were just finishing up with Sunday lunch, so I got the last parking spot, but that probably wouldn’t have been an issue at other times. I didn’t have a meal or drinks here, but it looks like a nice little place. I didn’t have much contact with staff, other than a quick check in and check out, but the people I did see were very friendly. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Clean & tidy. Staff were helpful, friendly. Breakfast was average & lacked choice. Ham & cheese could have been added to for variety. Apart from Fish& chips & chicken burger, rest of the evening meals were very bland & tasteless. Even Sunday roast was small scraps of meat & over cooked vegetables & potatoes were covered by a pint of gravy!!! If you book to stay there, I suggest you go somewhere else for evening meal.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expexted. Clean and cozy with AC to heat room if required.Good fun playing darts etc. Only downfall is would have liked some bacon and eggs for breakfast but the continental breakfast offered was ok.

Could not fault this pub/hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival, a great pint at the bar and a super comfy bed! Continental breakfast was good and healthier than the usual fry-up. Will definitely be back! 😎
