The hotel is really nice, but they are short staffed, the pool bar was closed and there's was a lot of people there waiting for someone to take the orders and bring it to to the pool from the restaurant they surely missed $$$$, we were not happy of this. The pool water was dirty and needed service. The rooms are nice. The elevator door sensor doesn't work, it hit us while entering twice I got a bruise on my arm. and my friend the day after on both arms. It has potential but needs better management.

Goos location, no onsite parking but lots of street parking around. Walking distance to a lot. Night check in guy was not too helpful but everyone else was great. Would stay again. Pool view is Amazing!!

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to most of the major attractions in the historic part of the city. Clean, quiet and comfortable with very helpful staff. Parking is in a lot a block from the hotel, which is great considering how compact the area is.

Hotel was super clean and everyone very helpful and respectful. Location is very central. Food was good at restaurant. Only 2 things i would complain about is that pool wasnt working and the housekeeper knocking on the door even though the do not disturb sign was up.

todo excelente, solo el estacionamiento estaba a casi 6 calles del hotel, no había valet parking y el horario del estacionamiento era solo de Lunes a Sabado de 8am a 8pm. Si salía en mi vehiculo tenia que regresar antes de las 8 o me quedaba afuera del estacionamiento.

Easy to access downtown but staff was unfriendly. As soon as we were checking in we got a face from the front desk . Checked in with the price from Expedia and was getting charged $180+ from the arranged price until we brought it up. No type of information on how to go up to the upstairs levels nor access to what we had . When we asked it was like he wasn’t trying to even help . No easy access to microwave nor mini refrigerator. When we went inside our bedroom toilet wasn’t clean , you could see the pee stain on the bowl and it was getting pink . Floor wasn’t clean also , stains by the front door and I had to ask for mop and broom to do it myself.

As a family of 4, this hotel was perfect for us! The hotel was very clean, beautiful & very accommodating. Service alone won us. The staff was super helpful, going out of their way to make things easier for us & just provide amazing service. The only issue we had was we were placed in a room that the roof was leaking, we were moved immediately once we brought it to their attention but that was the only negative we experienced. This hotel was remodeled. The pool was on the terrace & came with amazing views, my kids loved it. The weekend breakfast buffet had limited options but they were all really delicious. The location was another plus for us, we could walk in any direction & be in a location we could shop, eat at really nice restaurants, see historic cathedrals, see amazing architecture. We did rent a car & parked our rental in the parking garage that is used for this hotel. It was about a block away but the hotel staff & garage staff made sure we had a spot, would park the car for us & pull it out for us, if it was late at night they would walk with us to make sure we go there safe unbothered. If it was after 9 we would have to notify the hotel we were coming but someone was always there to open the gate or close it after us. Would definitely stay again!

Una muy agradable estancia en el corazón de San Luis Potosí. Habitaciones de tamaño regular pero cómodas. Puedes encontrar buenos restaurantes a corta distancia caminando. Los edificios y calles del centro de esta ciudad colonial son simplemente hermosos y este hotel está en medio de ellos.

The hotel was great! Staff was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this hotel! If you get the room with the balcony be aware you will get quite a bit of outside noise throughout the night. I will be booking at this hotel in the future! :)

Muy bien en general. El estacionamiento que tienen es muy chico y no es del hotel y además está a 2 calles y te cobran 150 pesos por día, termina uno por estacionarse en la calle. Además no vale la pena la habitación con balcón pues se mete mucho ruido de la calle y más si hay fiestas que terminan hasta las 4:00 am. El aire acondicionado apenas enfría y hace mucho ruido. Fuera de eso todo muy bien

The hotel is beautifully redesigned. The rooms are great however there is no coffee machine nor refrigerator. Luckily there are lots of cute coffee shops around that are walkable. The hotel is in the best location. Everything is near. From plaza’s, restaurants, museums, bars, shopping, banks you name it it’s near! I have stayed here twice already and I can’t wait to stay here again! The rooftop views are beautiful.

Stayed here for a week I saw double transactions under my card at the same time. I had to go to the hotel auditor and he finally told me they had a glitch in the system. They gave me the round around about the other transaction’s. The hotel auditor treated me I was dumb how did I catch the glitch and other people and the hotel didn’t?

Traveled to this area for my son’s wedding. Its was a great experience. The staff was so nice and helpful. Especially the gentleman at the front desk, doorman/valet and the wait staff. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and always felt safe.

A remarkable hotel in a prime location. My family and I absolutely loved our 8 day stay here. It’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful views from the terrace of the city center. My kids enjoyed the heated pool during the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food including a morning buffet. Everything is walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes. I would love to stay here again in the future!

En cual hotel limpio, buena atención en el área de recepción pero lo que es el restaurante en cuanto al servicio es un caos pedí una bebida que me la hubieran podido hacer (estaba el chef) y me dijeron que solo eran las que estaban pedí una bebida y no me dieron mezclador me dieron un cuchillo de mantequilla, por cierto no había mantequilla en el buffet la pedí y jamas llego había platos en las mesas y los meseros no los recogen pides servicio a la habitación y te contentan super mal ahi es donde esta su area de oportunidad lo demas bien no me ofrecieron bebida de bienvenida que estaba en expidia
