Servicen var vid vår vistelse mycket dålig då det hela inleddes med att garageporten var trasig och någon information om detta hade vi inte fått och vi fick inte avboka våra rum trots att hotellet inte hade gått ut med informationen om att de inte hade någon tillgänglig parkering på plats, så vi fick parkera i ett garage 2km från hotellet och gå tillbaka. Rummen och miljön är fräsch och känns modernt. Frukostbuffén var mycket enkel och saknade de traditionella alternativen så som ägg och bacon. Kluven kring helheten är man.

Great hotel and nice place to stay, Motel One has a cool vibe and staff are very attentive. Their bar is open 24/7 which is unique and the lounge/bar area is nice. I like this place over many of the big brands, it’s just cool and relaxed.

Great lobby/bar area which was large and comfortable. Nice place for a drink on an evening either before or after going out for a meal. Same on a morning where the reasonanly priced buffet style breakfast was available and enjoyed. Room was simple/basic but very clean and in great condition. A nice place to rest after miles of walkings/sightseeing.

First time in a Motel One hotel. Room was quiet, air conditioned and comfortable. Perfect for a short city break with a few things missing like a fridge or somewhere to make drinks but not exactly the end of the world. Breakfast was a little chaotic - there aren’t many dining tables just loads of arm chairs and sofas next to coffee tables, but not enough so a few times we just had to stand around and wait for a space and then grab nearby chairs to make a group. It was fine but I’m not sure why that’s preferable to tables and chairs? Breakfast itself was fine; a little limited but still OK. Overall a good stay, easy access from the airport and the train station and somewhere handy for taxis to stop directly outside. If you (like us) stayed there for a concert at PGE Narodwy it is perfect - 20min walk to the venue.

I didnt like the lack of fridge, that drives me nuts and the fact AC is turned off after Summer meant the only option to cool down the typically overheated European hotel room was to open the windows and face the noise of a busy street.

Staff that I met were excellent. The lobby is very attractive. The room was good, but the bed and pillows were excellent. There are restaurants in a 5ish minute walk, and lots within 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

If you’re driving to Warsaw, be sure to arrive at the hotel early. The parking garage fills up quickly, and finding an alternative spot outside the hotel can be tricky, especially if it’s your first time in the city. Parking outside is also cheaper than using the hotel’s garage. The service at the hotel was disappointing, as the staff often seemed unnecessarily arrogant. On a positive note, the 24-hour bar was a great feature.

Very nice, comfortable, clean hotel. The lobby and bar were very modern and nice, the rest of the hotel a little older but still in very good condition. Simple room with basics only but nice linen and a good price. Nice location just a few minutes walk from busy area of restaurants and bars. 1.5km easy walk to old town. Same road has bus to the airport, so that was easy too!

While the room was small the overall experience in the hotel was really good. Easy check in, nice reception staff, great lobby and breakfast, and super location, it being a very nice walk to the Old City and across the street from the Chopin Museum. The Jewish Museum is a must as is the Marie Curry Museum. Nearby Zapiecek restaurant was excellent as was even closer Gaga.

Hotel localizado bem próximo ao centro de Varsovia, com fácil acesso ao centro histórico. Um hotel bem decorado e moderno. No quarto agradável, com wi-fi, TV LCD, cofre, shampoo liquido e secador de cabelo, não tem frigobar.A cama e endredom são muito bons e a ducha com várias opções de jatos. O quarto acessivel é completo. Nas proximidades há o Museu Chopin na frente e um mercado LIDL, mas em questão de 15 min de caminhada tem o calçadão e a avenida do centro histórico, com muitas opções de compras e alimentação O check in/out foram bem práticos rápidos.

Quiet near Lidl supermarkets opposite Chopin museum. Lovely modern 4* hotel, attractive lobby & bar, water available on arrival, it was hot. Good & helpful service, although I do find 3pm blanket checkin annoying, they did store my bags from 12. Reception in the afternoon were helpful and attentive. No fridge, no tea & coffee making facilities & no free bottled water. Otherwise very good Good location, quiet, near university metro station (M2) 5 minutes. "Nowy Swiat UNIWERSYTET." To large indoor shopping centre Zlota near Warsaw Central use M2 exit 7 for Zlota. Or Exit 5 Central Station 10 mins walk. Easier to get a taxi Station to hotel €5 Uber. Used metro as 30°+ cool, but would also be good in wet weather. Continental breakfast good, limited fruit, no hot food price was reasonable.

Very nice motell. Clean, big room. With blackout curtains. Nice size bathroom. We had the view onto backyard. So it was quiet. Couldn't get my chromecast to work on the tv for some reasons. So we've ended up with polish tv. Wifi was satisfying. Breakfast could be a bit better. Some more variation. Minimal with vegan options. Works allright for meat eaters. They had some cooked egs and pancakes. Bread options as well. With ham and all. Missed potatoes, bacon, sausage.

The hotel was nice and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was breakfast wasn’t worth the extra money not hot food only cold cuts and yogurt.
