The guy at reception didn't seem too oganised plus I had to return to the office for the WiFi password. I'd booked and paid through Hotels.com, yet he wanted to photocopy my drivers licence. Apart from Reception, the room was large with two comfortable double beds. Coffee, tea, provided. Room was lean and well set up.

The rooms while small are new, clean and tidy and we’ll looked after the issue is the noise, mostly from other long term guests who have apparently settled there, arguments, drunken fight, swearing all night all through the night, it ended with someone trying to kill themselves, 3 police cars and ambulance at 5 am I would never set foot there again if you paid me to be there, and that was the advice from police officers when I was eventually allowed to escape through the cordon

Very noisy from main road traffic. Shower nosel had a rather large leak. No large mirror to check your appearance. Was something banging on roof when it got windy in middle of night. Staff member who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very helpful, lovely man. Dispite a few annoyances we would go back for the convenience of area and friendly staff.
