We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking. we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine! The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation: Stink of damp and dog in the room. Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside the window being set off by the neighbour working on his van until after midnight, starting again about 5am Fridge not working properly (and full of condensation) Stained pillowcase Chaotic parking situation which meant we had to reverse up the lane and out of gate when we left. Worn out, uncomfortable mattress

Not hot running water and the shower was poor pressure and freezing water!

Was a cute place to stay really enjoyed it had TV basic cooking facilities and a nice porch for eating. Definitely needs a little bit of love to it but with renovations has potential to be incredible Overall amazing stay thank you very much for having us

We needed somewhere to stay near Luton for one night, this was perfect, easy to find and park, quiet, just on outskirts of town and a good price
