Clean and cozy space, comfortable bed, responsive and congenial host, everything was great. This was our first Vrbo stay, but won't be our last! My one caveat to future guests is that the shower stall is quite small. Not a complaint, it was fine for me (a 1X to 2X woman) but anyone much fluffier than me might find it tight.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. We stayed twice. On the first stay we advised the host the air conditioning unit wasnt working. We were assured it would be fixed before our return stay. It wasn't.
