My mom and I came to Alberta for a quick trip and wanted to just have a safe and clean place to land once we got to Calgary. We had an absolutely incredible time from start to finish. The staff were so kind and helpful; the facility (including the pool and hot tub) and rooms are super clean; and the building is safe and secure with a fenced in area for authorized vehicles. If you want a hotel that is close to the airport and to the highway to reach all the attractions around Calgary, this is your hotel!

The issue with this hotel is that the airport transport is not available at any time it has a schedule from 6 am to 11 pm and international flights sometimes arrive after 11pm which causes a problem for people with a budget to pay for a taxi. I have stayed in other hotels and they paid for the taxi.

One of the few hotels that have a nice Bistro with terrific food. All 4 of us had something different and it was all good. However, for some reason, the exercise room doesn’t open til 8 am. Not early enough for us early risers who like to get some exercise in before start of the day.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the blind in the window barely blocks the light, the pillows felt like plastic was starched so much. The hot tub was not even lukewarm. I definitely won’t be returning.

Room was clean. It was nice and big. Not enough towels in the room. Loved that we had a fridge and stove. The fridge was set to freezer mode and froze all our food. It would have been nice if they provided basic spices like salt and pepper. The pool was cold. The hot tub was lukewarm. Breakfast was boring, as it was the same everyday. We had a nicer spread in Costa Rica.

So heads up if your staying here to get a early morning flight to the airport. They only start at 7am!!! Our flight leaves at 7am. Booked here because it said airport shuttle. Kinda useless for us. If you want to go to decent restaurants ( not small one in hotel)you'll need to book close to airport. Not impressed. As more is costing 39 bucks to get to airport.

I stayed here for 4 nights to attend a seminar. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. Very reasonable rates for a room with a full kitchen. The staff I interacted with were helpful, housekeeping staff kept the room in great condition each day. Well insulated walls I think, I barely heard any noises from nearby rooms, quiet, great for a good night sleep. The location is near the airport so a bit far from downtown or south part of Calgary. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here before and never had any issues. But this time around, it was "okay." Our room was visibly clean but you can still tell it wasn't fully clean and there's a smell in the air, unlike the previous years I have stayed here where is was spotless and smelled clean. Front staff was "average"

The rooms are simple furniture wise, but are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including a lovely bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. All areas of the hotel are also spotless, and staff are very friendly. Lots of free parking, a selection of shops and restaurants nearby, and a vast area of walking paths behind the hotel.

Modern and spacious bathroom. Full kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes and cutlery. Dish detergent but no sponge so we used paper towels to wash the dishes. We booked and got a really good deal through Expedia. Someone else checking in paid about $35 more (not sure what room they got) and got a couple of bottles of water. Walking distance to T&T and a lot of places to eat. Located in an area with new builds.

Do not stay here is you actually want to sleep. It is VERY noisy. The double queen rooms with a kitchen are all right beside or near the elevator and you hear people and the sound of the ding for the elevator arriving. (All hours!! due to it being near the airport) And if there are people above you get ready because you will hear everything. When I spoke with the hotel staff in the morning about our experience (no manager onsite during the weekend apparently) no one would help us or do anything. Absolutely brutal experience! Do not recommend

I would've rated this hotel much higher had it not been for the experience I had dealing with a noise problem - the response from the hotel was disappointing. It was windy one night and there were loud banging coming through the vents - it was LOUD (I was on a call and they could hear it through the phone). It was clear that there was a vent cover (or several) that were flapping in the wind and banging against the vent opening. I called the front desk, and they sent maintenance who said he couldn't fix the problem (fair enough) - so I asked him if I could move to another room. He tried to tell me that this banging was happening in every room. I asked if everyone was calling in about it then and he said, "yes ma'am someone on the 5th floor" (I was on the third floor) and I said "are they also right beside the stairwell?" and he said "yes ma'am" and I said "okay, can we just stand in an open room that isn't right on the end and see if it's a bit quieter" and he said no and just kept repeating that it's the same in every room and that "the wind was his enemy". I finally said, "never mind" and called the front desk again and asked them for a different room - they also said it was problem in every room, but I insisted they move me. They moved me to the main floor and sure enough there was absolutely zero vent noise - ZERO. To be clear, I'm not upset about the noise - I'm upset about the way the situation was handled and how everyone gaslit me about the solution.

They tried to pitch/sell a membership to us when checking on which is annoying when you're exhausted just wanting to go to the room. Then they gave us a key to an occupied room, opened the door to a screeching woman who was unclothed (thankfully covered) in the bathroom. She screamed and shoved the door closed while I apologized profusely. Staff were friendly enough, but simply said the room should be empty before giving another key card. Wouldn't stay there again, very uncomfortable situation.

Property was good, room was great for pet friendly. Staff have no idea what they’re doing at the front desk. Took 30+ mins to check me in after being told they have no pet friendly rooms left. But wait, they did and it was booked for me. Second go around was even worse. Will not return or book any of our members at this location.

Shower didn’t have hot water. They Nickle and dime for everything (early/late checkout/roll away bed). The room away bed was horrible and not worth $15, check in took 20 mins and they messed out multiple reservations or our party.

I like the location, it’s a bit closer to the city than on the airport strip and still close to airport if you’re going to airport after the stay. It has a nice view towards the city.

I wish I could give it better reviews. The room was okay, nothing great. However we were horrified about the restaurant. I watched the workers touch dirty dishes then go and touch the food and clean dishes. Never changing their gloves or washing their hands. I can’t imagine what would have been happening in the kitchen. They seriously need to under go some sort of health sanitation and food safety training.

Very nice place. Fast, friendly check in. Hot tub and pool were nice, hot tub was a nice temperature. Room was clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. The breakfast ($) was excellent. Lots of variety, buffet….eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, sliced fruit, baked beans, even a salad bar. Along with the usual muffins, toast, yogurt and such. Great value. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

I booked a king bed room through Expedia but the room we were given contained a queen bed. I texted the front desk asking if we could switch, and they responded by calling our room phone which woke the baby… the front desk staff said that all of their rooms contain king beds… but there are options on Expedia for 2 queens, 1 queen, or 1 king, all with different prices…. The pool was way too cold to take our child swimming in, so we left to get some room service. There were no towels left at the pool. When we got to our room at 930pm, we called room service using the menu on our desk and the kitchen was already closed, despite the hours on the menu stating it was open until 10. In the morning, we were woken by a fire alarm which caused everyone to evacuate and we were immediately let back in. I went to open the blinds in the room after returning from the evacuation and they completely fell off the window and into the ground. After we were done packing up for the day, we went downstairs for breakfast and the fridge was locked so yogurt wasn’t accessible to anyone. Very strange experience - I know not all of this could’ve been fixed or changed by the hotel staff, but definitely a weird experience. We took the morning shuttle to the airport and the driver was super nice. I was also impressed with how clean the room was.

The hotel is not too far from downtown and in a quiet location. Staff were awesome. We love the room especially with kids - having the kitchenette was helpful. The shower though is not too family-friendly - the pressure of water was too intense. Pool area was lovely - very relaxing. We had the breakfast package but it was the same menu everyday - just felt bad for those paying separately for it - but it was a delicious breakfast. We would definitely be back.
