Even thou the property and rooms are older they've put carpet and new lighting in and it's clean and welcoming.. the tv in my room didn't work at all, the lady at the desk went above and beyond and came up looked at it then moved me rooms which was so much better as that room was quite an old tired looking room that had nothing done on it and moved me to a better room .. think they must be privately owned..

I have always stayed at Oaks Hotels and they never disappoint. They really are some of the best hotels you can stay in. The staff are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The rooms and facilities are consistently spotless and well maintained.
