Visited for an overnight City break, went to use the Pool soon after we arrived however the entire pool area was full of people sitting around but no one actually in the pool and all the outdoor tables were also taken. After waiting for some time inside in case any space freed up we were informed that there was a group booking from 4pm and the pool, bar and restaurant would not be available for use which was essentially the reason for our stay so extremely disappointed

We had a great stay at the Adnate Perth. The hotel, amenities and room was excellent, and the pool and poolside restaurant were superb. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The only shame is that they no longer served lunch on a Sunday, which was only advertised at the reception desk and not online. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend for a stopover in Perth.

Great location for RAC arena and shopping. Parking easy in Wilson carpark directly behind hotel. Very nice modern rooms and comfy beds. The hotel bar is not open every day though and on the days it is open it closes at 9pm, would be nice if it was open normal hours. But overall a great hotel.

Great hotel and location. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Walkable to different areas of the city and a car park conveniently located at the back for $25 a day through the hotel. However, the pool was very small

There is a special procedure to follow when arriving with your own car which involves a third party parking provider. We arrived on a Sunday and there's no parking out the front available for check-in. We eventually parked in a loading zone and rang the hotel. The electronic answering system has an option for parking which which brings up a recorded message explaining what you need to do. Once passed that, the staff are generally friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable for our overnight stay.

The breakfast was adequate although the plates were quite small (side plate size), and I think this contributed to the amount of food/sauces on the floor which weren'tcleaned up. The room is small but airy. The seating on light pastels was heavily stained where we were seated and could have benefited from cleaning

Liked - modern design and feel, staff very friendly, hotel restaurant is great Disliked - cleanliness of the hotel room, it just didn't feel like it was the cleanest it could be, also lamp was broken in room, seems that there aren't proper checks being done of the room before guest check-in. No water in room, like it's a nice hotel, at least put water in the room?

It was a fabulous stay at the Adnate. It is located along Hay St where shopping and restaurants are. It is only a short walk from the Perth station. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very very clean. The frontdesk staff were most pleasant and helpful. When I arrived much earlier than check-in time, I was allowed to have my room because they had one available. I thought it was a very nice gesture. Really value for the price. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Perth.

The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and modern. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. The only complaint I have was what I think was the smoke detector in our room had a dim light which would flash perhaps twice a minute. At night if you had your eyes closed it was not noticeable, but if you had your eyes open it was. This was distracting while trying to wind down to sleep. Also, while the rooms were very clean, there were some marks on the walls in the hallway which slightly detracted from the premium experience feeling. Besides these small issues, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

We always stay at the Adnate when we travel to Perth. It is lovely, convenient, has everything you need. The art is amazing throughout the property and the staff are second to none. We choose the Adnate because it has interconnecting rooms, so I was a little disappointed that the toilet roll holder that was loose and constantly made the toilet paper fall on the ground in January was still the same in May. Step up now and take care of minor maintenance issues before they become major and damages your wonderful reputation.

Great stay at the Adnate. Rooms are decent size, plenty of natural light, clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows I can remember for a long time. The only feedback was that some bottled water would have been appreciated in the room on arrival even for the first night.

We loved our stay at The Adnate Art Series! It was clean, safe and the breakfast in the morning was Amazing! We were on the 24th floor and had a two double beds as there was my husband, myself and our 10year old son! We could walk every where from the hotel as it’s in a great location! Room had a beautiful view of the city too! Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is in a good position and the best thing is the bar/restaurant area . It is really lovely. Pool area could be bigger though if took away some outside tables. The main criticism is the family rooms with two beds are on the side of the hotel where you can hear music from a club until the early hours…not good.

I really like the hotel's cleanliness (looks new also), efficient and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and location (easy parking also). The only downside is that the room is lacked of shelves and cabinets to put items like backpacks, foodstuff, etc.. Hope the hotel management could look into this matter. The rest of the aspects are perfect. Thank you so much for the nice stay.

The room and hotel were very modern and fresh with very comfortable bed and very clean. The staff at reception were wonderful and helpful. While the room was we’ll appoint in most respects it was quite disappointing for storage, having no drawers at all and nowhere to properly put a suitcase. The place provided below the open hanging space is only big enough for carry- on size luggage or a no normal suitcase sideways and hanging out a bit. So if you like to unpack for your stay I wouldn’t recommend it. We had a problem with the water temperature in the shower which was very difficult to control and was scalding hot for most of the mixer range. I ended up having a cold shower to be on the safe side. We were moved to another room as it couldn’t be rectified. This had better temperature control but still more touchy than I think it should be. We loved the hotel but wouldn’t stay again because of the lacking storage and the touchy shower control.

Reception and room service rarely answer phone. I ordered a pie through room service app, after waiting an hour I called them and they said there are no pies left, next time perhaps they should call as soon as I order (and pay) so that I do not wait over an hour for an order that isn’t coming. The waygu burger was crap, undercooked meat. Overall customer service not great. Hopefully I will get a refund for my pie that didn’t come (as well as the room service fee)

Good location in Hay St - staff friendly and helpful, although some more communication during and after the emergency evacuation that took place during our stay would be an area for improvement. Nonetheless we were happy otherwise and loved the restaurant - just wish the weather had been nice enough to swim in the lovely pool!

Lovely stylish hotel and breakfast was lovely. Lost points on evening meal and overcharging. I was overcharged on three separate occasion's by three different members of staff: Additional room facilities (charged twice), food and drink so keep receipts. Also the promotions advertised on posters around the building aren’t relayed to waitresses so they had never heard of the items on menus, ultimately they weren’t available. Pool area is lovely and clean, and waiter was very happy and helpful. It needs a shower facility there however and clear policy on alcohol around and in pool: There were some loud drunk adults on a work trip, on both occasions I was there with my children. It does state on pool rules that no alcohol was to be consumed around pool, but in their defence it is advertised to promote a drink around pool. The waiter was bringing it to them in the pool too. It wasn’t the nicest experience as I just wanted to relax for an hour. At one point myself and another guest were trying to relax with a book and kept getting splashed when they were jumping in in the end I had to leave as they were talking about inappropriate things very loudly with my child right next to them. I couldn’t complain as the waiter was encouraging it. Overall, the above didn’t spoil our experience and I would still recommend it for a couple of nights. The issues seem to be down to communication as opposed to facilities.

The hotel was lovely, room was nice and large size. Parking super close and art work is amazing in and around the hotel. The housekeeping was a let down - no service one day as they did not come around until 2-3pm. This was the same the next day even when a request had been put in to service when the room was empty for 3 hours in the morning. Parking was not charged correctly but was refunded once reception was made aware. Resturant area is beautiful.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Would give negative stars if possible. The experience while we were there was okay but after checkout I realised I had accidentally left some items behind of considerable value. I contacted them straight away and thus began a gigantic ABSOLUTE rigmarole. I have sent them over 10 emails with delayed response (to which I have supplied everything they need to mail my items back including my credit card details) and have had them hang up on me multiple times. HORRIBLE service. It appears they have taken my items for personal use and have made an absolute joke of their customer service after paying quite a large amount to stay there. For them to request my credit card details and then ghost me on all accounts seems very suspicious. UNPROFESSIONAL, SHADY AND INCOMPETENT

Seems like this property should have costed more than what I paid. The room was extremely clean, modern and made up everyday, the hotel restaurant was awesome, the staff were very helpful and reception staff member sienna even wrote me a personalised list of things to do in Perth. 10/10 would stay again.

The guy who checked in was rather stayed, if you use your American Express card for you deposit which the hotel requires on checkin they want $500 and it takes 5 weeks to have it returned to you account also over charged for drinks at the bar. They reimbursed me $50 due to overcharge after questioning the bill

Lovely hotel, but location is ok. I’d rather of stayed further out as was next to the shopping the area and didn’t feel that safe at night. Reception staff could be friendlier but the bar/restaurant staff lovely!

I enjoyed the quiet. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast, but was otherwise closed. Dinner was only available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so I had to order in, or go out for a meal. This resulted in 3 days of rubbish sitting in the room. Dirty towels weren't replaced with fresh ones. No cutlery, Beverages limited to coffee and green tea, as it hadn't been replenished. There was also no sweetener, just sugar. There were yellow stains on the carpet, and the toilet started running at random times (which I knew how to stop luckily). If it wasn't for the staff and the cold breakfast bar, I would only have given 1 or 2 stars. This is definitely not a four star hotel.

Nice modern room and facilities. However, breakfasts are rather average. I had breakfast on 2 occasions and on both the scrambled egg had fluid separating out on my plate and the mushrooms are rather dry. The croissants and other pastries were dry and clearly not fresh. Clearly some internal attention to detail is needed. Recommend one rather tries breakfast in one of the surrounding cafes. Dinners were good, but menu is rather narrow. Suggest that one rather eats at some of the nearby cafes/restaurants.

Good buffet breakfast and room was clean. Could be improved by providing better pillows - far too large and shoved into a small pillowcase, so they were like lumpy sausages. I asked for some low profile pillows, only to be told there was none available. Also need to improve the bar. I asked for a gin and tonic on the first night and they said there was a problem with the gas and therefore no tonic water. That was an understandable response, however by the fourth night there was still no tonic water. Surely someone could have got some after four days!! Not only this but we were deliberately duped during happy hour. It says the tap beer was at a better price, but no one alerts you to the fact that it’s only for schooners, not pints. Pretty ordinary….
