One of the worst ritz experience. Does not deserve the 5* and is totally below par as compared to Ritz in other countries. Hotel is short handed and there’s no communication between different department. Check in process : extremely slow with only 1 person working at 4pm. System was down apparently and the front desk have to attempt a couple of times for our payment. Parking: No free parking provided even for stay in guest. We paid for valet at 70aud per day. We arrived in our rented Mitsubishi car, another guest who arrived with a luxury car honked us while we tried to get our car parked by the valet. I was upset instead of attending to us, the valet request us to move our car for the other patron. I refused and informed the valet we are a full paying guest as well and he shouldn’t act in that manner. Collection of cars : On first night, apparently there is a function, we waited almost 30 mins to get our car. Poor Customer service : 1) Prior to arrival i emailed the hotel that’s it’s my anniversary and would like to have something arranged for my wife. Everything is confirmed but upon arrival nothing is prepared. Front desk said they have not receive the instruction and will prepare it now. We went out for dinner and back to the room after 2 hours and Volaaa nothing is prepared still until we called and ask again. Surprise is not much of a surprise anymore by now.

The Ritz is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. But unfortunately there were some issues with our stay. The first was that we had a car and were given no choice but to use valet parking, which turned out to be $70 per day but nobody told us that until the end of our stay. The second was that when we checked in we were told we could get late check out at 12noon because we had a baby with us but on check out day we were told we had to vacate by 11am and they wouldn’t accommodate us. The third was that after check out, we had emailed the hotel concierge (that we had been emailing back and forth with previously) asking about a forgotten phone charger and they no longer responded to us. These issues aren’t very acceptable coming from such an expensive and high end hotel that we paid a lot of money to stay at.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The venue was lovely and ideal location. The pool on the 5th floor was beautiful and warm even though it didnt get sun until the afternoon.

Wonderful hotel experience - Great location. Staff were amazing. Room was beautiful in size & layout, but shame about the quality of the window furnishings - apart from being dirty & damaged, their quality does not appear to be aligned with quality standards you would expect at the Ritz-Carlton.

General service was friendly but just ok - some unclean dishes/ glasses when room service was brought to the room and limited array of room service food in my opinion. Great stay, absolute luxury. Breakfast was not the best we have had on our trip, but thats just some feedback. The welcome drink and snacks at the pool were a great idea. There was a concert nearby that the room shook while it was on. Not the hotels fault, just not very considerate of the event.

Respectful valet staff-Max, professional front desk staff-Alex and Amanda. Very good variety for breakfast, great room space with almost panoramic views and nice amenities. Gave an observation that the staff said they would address against upcoming stays otherwise it was a very good stay.

location is excellent. the whole building is fantastic with views to die for from the bedroom, the bed and pillows were so comfy and along with the block out blinds we had a fantastic sleep. Will be back soon.

I've been in hotels all over the world and the level of service my family and I received during our stay here was the best ever, bar none? Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Perth.

Every staff member was amazing. The disappointment for me was I booked a massage for two people And they only booked for one, so we didn’t get it done as this was a birthday present for my sister. Was a let down. Other than that , it was a lovely stay🌹

Amazing property in Perth. Booked a King Bed studio with view and upon check-in, were upgraded to one of the Ritz's few large one bedroom suites. Probably helped we stayed midweek, but was incredibly appreciated. Excellent breakfast included also, staff were excellent.
