Check-in was smooth and quick, which we appreciated after a long flight. However, when we got to our room, we noticed it was quite dusty. The space was also extremely tight which we understand is typical for Japan, but still worth noting. One major inconvenience was the laundry situation. For a hotel with 17 floors, having only two washers and two dryers just isn’t enough. The wait times were long, with guests lining up, giving each other attitude, and even getting into arguments (we witnessed one in Chinese). It made doing laundry unnecessarily stressful. We also noticed that a couple of the front desk staff looked visibly unhappy, which didn’t create the most welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t meet our expectations either. The best part of the hotel was its great location, very central and convenient for getting around.

This hotel is probably a victim of it's own success. It's a great hotel but because it's so busy, sometimes it takes forever to catch an elevator during "rush hour". We've had to wait for several elevators because the incoming elevator was packed, and the stairs were locked so we couldn't even take the stairs. I would do 4.5 stars if I could. But being popular isn't the hotel's fault (maybe having a third elevator could make it perfect.)

Realised why so many complained about the long wait for the slow lifts - peak hours saw cleaning staffs using the guest lifts. Shouldn't they be using their internal staff lifts? I checked in with 3 staffs standing freely behind counter yet staff very persistent for me to use the auto check in machine, while she stood throughout with me to help key in the info. Why not be flexible to flex the warm human touch ? Buffet Breakfast without English Breakfast Tea. Unacceptable. Location not comparable- not much eatery (esp early breakfast) ,luckily at Exit 4 of station a supermarket that came in handy.

Wonderful hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful. Umbrellas were provided along with a massage cushion for each of us in the room. Coffee and filtered water is available in the reception. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable and plenty of storage which was handy for two adults and a child. Bathroom was spacious and separate toilet. Location was close to public transport, we walked most places so it was quite a far walk to get anywhere but very easy to jump on the trains and get places quickly if you wanted to. It’s a quiet and safe location with food options around, most in the area seemed but though so I would book if you can.

The hotel, for its 17 floors, had only two elevators which resulted in waiting times up to 15 minutes, which was quite annoying. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of western and Japanese dishes to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall good stay in a convenient location, close to two metro stations.

設備が行き届いていて、お風呂とトイレ、洗面台が全て分かれていたのも良かった。立地もアクセスが良く、ビジネス街なので、食べるところも沢山あって、とても良かったです。ただ、連泊する際に掃除に入ってもらいましたが、机が汚いままだったり、コップが使ったまま、お風呂も洗われていなかったりしたので、タオル、パジャマ、歯ブラシ替えと、ベッドメイキングのみの掃除でした。比較的新しいのに、お風呂にカビが生えていたので残念でした。もはや人が不足している中で、他のホテルもこんなものかもしれないのですが、良いホテルなだけに残念でした。

The cleaning should improve. I was at first checked in to room 606, and I had to ask the reception to switch my room because there was a strong smell in the room. I turned on the air purifier to try to rid the bad smell, I got back to the hotel in late evening, the smell was still there and I couldn’t stand it, plus the bathroom was dirty. I got switched to room 616, it was alot better, despite the bathroom floor wasn’t as clean as it should be. But I was just glad to have a not stinky room at that point. The staff was always friendly and the breakfast was decent.

部屋綺麗で使いやすい。周りもコンビニ、ループ、アクセス良好。連泊中、部屋の掃除が16時時点でされておらず、その旨受付に問い合わせたら、対応はしてもらえたが、掃除のことは受付も把握できない。他業者が行っておりますでわかりかねます。と言われたのが微妙だった。

Room was very clean and large by Japanese standards. Nice view from the room. I did find that the fridge near the bed made noise during the night and this was annoying. Solid breakfast, unlimited coffee and water refill during the day. Good location.

Good selection at breakfast. The room we had was good for our family of 4. There was a seating bank that gave us more room. The bed were pushed together and enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to share.

良かった点・立地は問題なく良いかと・スタッフの対応も問題なし悪かった点・アメニティが部屋にはなく、エレベータ前にて事前に取ってくる必要あり・バスタブに湯を入れた際、髪の毛がたくさん出てきた、シャワーカーテンの辺に隠れていたと思われる・ラージダブルルームを2人で予約したが、部屋の広さ、ラゲッジの置き場、椅子含めて1人分のスペースしかないと思われる・ベッドサイドでのスマホ充電についてコンセント、USBは近くにないと思われる総じて、リピートはないかな

The staff was great, everyone was very helpful and English friendly which was a huge plus. The bed was soft and the room was a comfortable size. The location is great, not too far from a train station and in a safe quiet area. I would definitely stay here again during future travel.

The property was convenient although lobby and room relatively small. Check in was slow but check out was quick. There are only two lifts in the whole building so takes a long time to go up and down. It took me 8 mins to get something from room when I forgot something. Breakfast was ok, small but have a good variety of food. Towels are a bit of a problem, we had a room for 4 but they always only leave 2 towels so had to trek down to lobby to get it myself which takes a while with the slow lifts. Otherwise place generally very clean and has everything

Recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and with separate toilet and bathroom, the compact room (2 adults and 2 children in a standard twin room) managed to fit everything you needed into a typically Japanese-small space. Including bonus massage cushions. Staff at front desk were efficient and helpful, though there were shifts where we required the use of Google translate to communicate effectively. Buffet breakfast was great and good value for money.

We loved our stay at Forza. Would definitely stay with them again. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby was great. Very clean place. New condition hotel. Very comfortable. Location is good - quiet part of town. But close enough to Yodoyabashi station (Red subway line) to make many things accessible. Also right at Keihan Kitahama for easy trip to Kyoto.

Hotel Forza has very clean and modern rooms. About a 40 minute walk to Osaka Castle. Dotonbori is a just 3 stops away via Yodoyabashi Station which is an 8 minute walk from the hotel. Not too much open late at night for restaurants around the area compared to other parts of Osaka but the conbini is closeby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and spacious, which a bonus in Japan. Not that hard to get to and from but very little going around there. I booked it last minute so I happy to compromise. The front desk staff were very friendly. If you are looking to stay closer to more exciting places I would recommend the same chain hotel but 3 stops away in Namba area. Otherwise this is okay.

O quarto pequeno e cheio de pó. Limpeza ruim, banheiro com sinais de mofo e toalhas bem usadas. O hotel tem lavanderia mas é bem difícil de conseguir pegar uma das duas máquinas disponíveis, que por sinal são bem velhas. Consegui lavar as roupas as 5am. Café da manhã muito ruim, não vale a pena pagar porque tem uma loja de conveniência bem do lado

Hotel à deux pas du métro et du train. Que ce soit pour accéder à Osaka ou pour vour rediriger vers Kyoto. Situé dans un coin tranquille et paisi ble. Nous avions pris connaissance à partir d'avis d'autres voyageurs que leur déjeuner est excellent et c'est la cas. Belle variétés de plats tous aussi appétisant les uns que les autres. Service au déjeuner et à la réception est courtois et attentionnée. La chambre était propre et les lits confortable. Peut etre pas la meilleur disposition de la chambre mais on est au japon. Douche multi-jets hyper agréable. Les hotels nord américaines auraient de quoi à apprendre.
